The friendliest animal place when your baby dog is sick. The staff is awesome. My baby was not scared. Fast results on lab work if needed. The faster the results , the faster your baby dogs will be feeling better! The prices are reasonable, and convenience is a super plus!!! Yay for the Hemet Animal Hospital!!!!

Fair price knowledgeable staff, kind and sensitive to my feelings. They told me the truth and did not try to sell me something I didn't need.

Very professional yet friendly veterinary animal hospital. Our dog received a surgery and vaccinations. Great follow-up from staff. I highly recommend Hemet Animal Hospital. Our labradoodle is a puppy and healthy, growing.

Most of my appointments , I am there an hour with my pet. They are always busy. I appreciate the fact if necessary they can get me in on a day or two. Sometimes it's a week. If you don't mind waiting 30 to 40 minutes after your appointment time. I how ever am looking for a new vet

Doctors are always specific with problems and treatments. Taking the time to explain symptoms and care.

The doctor and the tech were wonderful, very compassionate and caring. Some of the office staff were also very nice but there was one of the staff that was confrontational and insisted that she told me how much a medication cost before she ran my card when that was not the case. I would have purchased the medication anyway but there was no need for the confrontation. Maybe a little more training in customer service would help.

Amazing staff Made the hard decision of letting my Fur baby go Is very compassionate dignified and caring They're not about the money but about actually caring about you and your Fur baby I am so grateful that a vet actually still exists like this

I have been slowing moving each of my animals here.. they are more family oriented and truly have a heartfelt feel- the vets recognize your pets and the techs do too, more homey!! They are truly a wonderful crew; it took five years and several vets before finding them. They are a blessing to this area.

Seemed ok for a few visits with relatively minor issues. My dog is really healthy. Even though we'd had a recent exam, they only approved 4 cerenia pills for a dog that has horrid car sickness. As in, can't go 500ft without vomit in a slow, steady car. This is for a 10 day trip, as we're moving 24hrs drive away. Ridiculous. Our last vet, Banning Veterinary Hospital is worth the drive. Too bad I don't have time to wait for a non-emergency appointment with them. Now we're stuck using dramamine for my dog. Real compassionate, Hemet Animal Hospital. ???????????????????? I'm so furious that I can barely hold on to civility for this review.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful 15 yr old baby, and the staff was extremely sympathetic and allowed us time with him. Losing a pet is losing a part of your family and heart ❤, THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TIME.

My cat got attacked by my dogs and this was the only animal hospital open. They say they open at 7 but the vet doesn’t come in till 9 and no one there knows cpr. The lady closed the door on me while my cat was dying and I was crying and begging for help. Why are you open at 7 if you cannot assist animals till 9. Why are you an animal hospital if the only one there who knows cpr is the vets. My baby died when she could’ve been possibly helped. I will never come here again and if you have an animal emergency just keep in mind that they won’t be able to help you until their vets get there. Don’t waste your time find another animal hospital that may actually be able to help. There’s one in murrieta take the extra minutes to go somewhere that can actually help you rather than waste time trying to come here. Heed my warning please.

We recently had to put my buddy (Baxter) to rest due to cancer. It was one of the hardest things my wife and I have had to go through. The employees at this vet are some of the most caring people I've ever met. Even with a packed parking lot of people with their sick pets, they made us feel like we were their number 1 priority. We were given the diagnosis and then gave us a room with a soft blanket for Baxter to lay on as we said our goodbyes. Even though it was heart wrenching, they made the experience much less difficult. If I had one small criticism it would be that they are a little pricey in comparison to other vets in the area.

I have taken my Dachshund here for many years and was fairly satisfied with everything overall, until recently when I brought her in and paid all this money for an ultrasound, urinalysis, and an extra STAT fee in order to get results quickly... only to end up waiting over a week to hear anything at all from them. And this was only after having wrote an email to them asking what was going on..... It was only THEN that I got a response. Although not a very good one. Turns out they had NO urinalysis results, and I had to either bring her in to do ANOTHER test, or get refunded later. AND got very little information as to the results of the ultrasound and was left feeling very much let down by the care (or lack there of) that we received. Fast forward to a few weeks later and I send an email asking for more of an explanation of the results, and question why I never received the ACTUAL results so I could at least be able to look them over and research and try to help my dog myself, which is what it seems like is NECESSARY nowadays... especially with the lack of care for our pets in Hemet. I stated how hurt I was due to the lack of care, and was hoping for some sort of resolution or apology or explanation at least. And I also wanted to know why there was nothing that they could do to help with the pain that she has been having. Their response honestly just... broke my heart. They simply said that they would refund the money for the urinalysis test, and that: "We can also send complete records to any Animal Hospital or Specialist of your choosing." So, that's that I guess. They would rather just get rid of me and my dog, rather then make any effort to help with any of her health issues. After spending thousands of dollars there and 7-8 years of bringing her here.... WOW. That really says a lot. Thanks.

When I made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my 18yr old cat (who was suffering), our primary vet and all others in the area had a long waiting list… so I called Hemet Animal Hospital. They were extremely busy but they agreed to an appt the same day. The vet and staff were absolutely incredible. My heart was (is) broken but their kindness and compassion is something I’ll never forget. Absolutely nothing I write, can possibly convey my gratitude. Today, I received a beautiful sympathy card from them which meant the world to me. This place is NEXT LEVEL when it comes to animal care and compassion for pet owners. I cannot recommend them enough!! They’ll definitely be my vet moving forward. I absolutely love them.

My dog was supposed to come in every 3 weeks for animal glands. The appt they made was 5 weeks. My dog is now sick and when I called today they did NOTHING to try to help. My dog is sick and its their fault!! The vets and techsvate great their office staff SUCKS they are not helpful and they just dont care. I will not go back there and I advice others to think before they go there.you cant get sn appt they have way too many patients and their front office staff are horrible. It is their fault my dog is sick now!!!! I dont reccomend them to anyone!!
