The only thing this vet was good at was taking our money. We took our cat on a Tuesday to Acacia Animal Hospital because she had an eye infection. We had to leave her there for about 3 hours; we returned; paid the bill; and were given an eye antibiotic. By the way, the vet never met nor spoke with us. We were told to call back in 7 days to inform them of her condition and were told if there was little or no progress they'd see her on day 7 for further diagnosis and a much more expensive treatment. My wife called the office on day 6 because our little girl's eye was not responding to the medication and we wanted to make sure that we could have a reservation for day 7. We did not get a call back that day. My wife called again on days 7, 8 and 9. My wife left messages, morning and afternoon on those days. She also left a text message with the girl who we met with and she was the person who took our cat inside for the exam. By day 10, NO ONE HAD CALLED US BACK and WE WERE DONE. My wife frantically called Animal Medical Center to make an appointment to have her eye examined AGAIN..By the time our little girl was first seen at Acacia,15 DAYS HAD PASSED and there was very little improvement with Acacia's medication. We were so worried that she may go blind in that eye. At Acacia we were promptly met outside and not long after the doctor met with us outside. She told us that a stronger medicine was now being used. It's been 6 days now using it and her eye is near fully open and she has a more green eye again rather than that blackish color. Our little girl is now sleeping better and more playful again. Now she rarely fights us when we apply the medicine. In summary, we feel there was ZERO customer service nor professionalism at Acacia. Obviously, WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY with Acacia Animal Hospital. We will never recommend them nor ever go back there....WE ARE SO DONE.

I made a appointment for 2:30 and they made us wait for 30 minutes outside in the hot temperature with lots of mosquitos. Poor costumer services.

I have 3 cats. I started using Acacia Vet hospital about a couple of years ago. Luckily all of the visits were basic shots, teeth cleaning and yearly checkups. A couple of months ago I started using the litter that turns colors if there's a problem with the urine. When I saw that the color turned blue I figured out that it was one or both of my senior girl cats. I took them in and had them tested and both have kidney disease. I had to change their diets and start giving them sub fluid treatments. This was a really scary thing for me to do since poking needles in my cats was the last thing I imaged that I would have to do in my senior years. Everyone at Acacia, Dr. Bath and all of her employees have been so helpful to me during this stressful time especially Deedee. She trained me on how to administer the fluids and has been there for me with patience, understanding and advice. I appreciate everything that they have help me and my girls with during this time.

I only went here because it was the only vet who could take me in early but to start off they wouldn't let me come in with my cat & We had to wait outside for an hour to get her in when its hot & disgusting, bugs were crawling all over me & every time the lady came out she had no answers or could tell me what to do or what was going on she asked me what my appointment name was 5 times. Then my cat finally had surgery & i come back to get her and hear her screaming! My cat was traumatized :( she was shaking & scared of everything even when i got home & my cat has had surgery before she has never reacted like this... Save yourself some money & your animals wellbeing & go somewhere else.

Dr. Bath has been caring for my dog (Rocco), for a few years now. She takes as much time as you need during your visit to resolve your pet's issues. The office is very clean, with no pet odors. The staff is always attentive and helpful. During this pandemic, it is a little difficult, because you have to let your pet go in alone, however, they do their best to keep you informed on the treatment process. The prices are resonable and affordable. They also offer a senior discount. I would recommend this clinic for your pet's needs.

I presented my dog to Acacia Animal Hospital on Friday with blood in her urine. They took her and had her for several hours. they called and told me to pick her up. When I did, the girl came out to get my credit card and finally brought my dog back out. They said they had to run tests. I was not given anything to help my dog and nobody gave me any advice. I did not see or speak with the doctor and did not receive a phone call. On monday I had to call them to get some information. Also, I wanted to let them know how displeased I was that nobody told me they had shaved my dogs neck for a procedure that was not given and they didn't tell me about the shaving. I found it when I was brushing her and the area was badly rashed from being shaved too closely. I finally got a call from the doctor on Monday afternoon. she said I would receive a call from her staff when I should come pick up her medication. By 4:30 I called them to find out if it was ready. I found out then that the office closed at 3:00. Fast forward to this morning. Office opens at 10:00. I called at 10:30. I keep getting the answering machine but can't leave a message because the "mailbox is full." Since I'm already in the hole $209.00, my back is to the wall. I'm relatively sure they won't give me a refund. But here it is 4 days later and my dog is still suffering. The reason I went to this place is because I could not get an appointment with my dogs usual vet, Dr. Runde in Perris. I do not recommend this office and I will not be using them again. Very poor customer service!

Friendly staff. My dog had her teeth cleaned, had some coughing afterwards. Staff returned my phone call and spent quality time discussing the situation and what to do. Simply put, it seems they genuinely care, and that's what good service is all about.
