It was my puppy’s first time getting groomed today at this establishment. He came out looking like a new dog lol. He was super clean and smelled wonderful when I picked him up. Prices are very reasonable and staff is super friendly. Thank you for the amazing experience. I’m looking forward to booking again in the future. :)

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. First of all I asked the lady to cut his hair only and mind you I went once before to get the whole treatment for 45 dollars so this time I wanted the hair cut only and was charged 45. I only had asked for the hair cut and my dog came home with his nails cut and his paw was cut as well!! I asked for a refund and declined, she offered to put something on his paw to stop the bleeding. He was in pain all day!! never going there again!!

There was a misunderstanding about the appointment time but they worked my pet in anyways! They always go the extra mile.

I took my doggy in today to be cut with Morgan and she was amazing!!! Extremely attentive to my dog, hope, and even took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. She went the extra mile and gently explained the importance of getting her groomed in the future, thank you so much!!! We are both happy we found a long term groomer that fits her so well! Highly recommend.

Very friendly, professional, and efficient. My little dog doesn't do well in a cage as she's older with cancer. I needed a nail clipping only and they were able to accommodate my needs and clip Daisy's nails in 7 minutes flat while I held her. Her nails were trimmed great too!

I just don't think I can say enough POSITIVE things about my visit to Pets R People 2! My dog, Roger, is a beast when it comes to nail trimming. I don't have his nails trimmed often enough because his cries and screams are horrifying! I took him to Pets R People 2 expecting them to say he's to difficult to work with and I should take him to a vet for his trimming. I was happy to be proven wrong! These WONDERFUL, AMAZING groomers were so very GENTLE and SWEET with my little beast. The COMPASSION they had towards him through all his dramatics was ANGELIC. They never stressed him (he did that to himself). The ladies calmed him and soothed him after each clip. They took their time and let him rest after each clip also. They petted him and showed him affection when he would scream and yelp. They were firm to help keep him safe and very LOVING at the same time. They never showed one iota of frustration towards his disposition. They recommended to have him come back once a month till he starts to feel comfortable with the routine then every two weeks. I will defiantly be bringing him back plus my other dog who, I promise, is much more easy to work with. Thank you for all your help <3

Great place, small, and fast. They do mobil grooming as well. Took my pug there about 3 weeks ago, he smelled nice, and had a cute little scarf that was placed for show on him when i picked him up. very nice detail work

I just picked up my dog from there, he came home happy. They did a great job. I missed my appointment yesterday thinking it was today I showed up and they were very nice and took my dog in I appreciated that. Overall I had a good experience with them.

Staff is always welcoming, NEVER attitude. Always willing to work with you on your schedule. And most important, the prices are UNBEATABLE!!!

They are very nice staff. They really love the animals and they cut as you ask them to. You can take them (your babies) into their shop or they have a mobile service that comes to you. And their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their kids groomed.

A good place to take our animals big and small pets. Good people and know what their doing and do it well. Pets like visiting there as well.

Helped a neighbor bring his old kitty here for grooming. (After his wife died, he had no idea about how to take care of this long-haired baby.) She was a mess! The girls had to struggle with her because she hadn't been handled much and never been to a groomer. They did a great job and handled her gently. We were pleased with the price and the results. I would definitely use them again. They also have a mobile pet grooming service.
