Cut and chop my dog she looked like a Rat it was awful I said don't cut she hair at the top of her head they skinned it all off very disappointed with the Service. Never again.

Took my dog camping for 4 weeks. She was a mess. Found Furr Paradise and in no time had her looking great. The groomers were polite,caring, and professional..I will take her there again.

This guy used to cut my dogs hair and groom him. I had an appointment for a Saturday first week of May and my dog couldn't make it in anymore. So I called to tell him and asked if my cat could take his appointment instead. He told me that he didn't take cat appointments on weekends because he said there were so many dogs on the weekends. I understood. He did not offer any other day for an alternative so I called and had to leave a message asking for a return call to set up an appointment for my cat. I've gone to him solely since he has opened for business. I don't understand why a business man can't be good at returning calls. He told me about 3 months ago that he would groom my cat if I had her rabies certificate. I made sure to go to the humane society to get a copy of that document so I would have it. Then as I said I tried to get her in to be groomed but received no response. I want to give a positive great review so I am going to try calling again.

Be specific on how you want your pet groomed and they will do it. I don't like loose hair on my dog after a groom day so I let them know and the next visit they left my shiba fluffy and all his fur intact just the way I like it. I only go for the bathing and a good brushing.

We just moved to Hemet and found Jose, at Furr Paradise. He was very gentle with my dog, prices are great, the wait was reasonable and my dog was groomed very nicely. Harley looks awesome! Definitely coming back!

Brought my Maltipoo here 12/05/20 for the first time I had to make an appointment due to covid social distance I pull up to their business door they came out fast took my Maltipoo in two hours later they called me he was ready and they did a wonderful job i will definitely start coming here from now on there prices are definitely lowered than every other business I know I am very satisfied thank you.

Very reasonably priced only took a couple hours for 2 dogs to get groomed. Groomer was very nice and professional I would definitely recommend this groomers and I will be a repeat customer.

My dog always comes home cuter and loves coming here to be groomed. Great and friendly staff.

10/10 recommend they left my dog looking good and definitely gonna bring her again !
