Amazing place to take your pets. My family has been coming here since I was a child, and I continue to bring my pets here till this day. Dr. Rizon Is an Army veteran and supports our service members and first responders. As a military member I definitely appreciate that, as well as the great service pets vet and their staff provides and accommodates to their customers. Highly recommend.

They are only open a few days a week and once they ARE open and you try to call to make an appt, the phone is busy....for hours. Closest place to my home so I suffer through this...????

Friendly and demonstrating concern for covid-19 protection. Dr. Bob came out to talk with us. This was our first visit, a positive experience. Puppy was vaccinated, 4th shot. Scheduling for spaying and rabies shot at 6 months.

My dog had infected gums and needed a tooth extraction and treatment After the treatment/procedure his teeth look healthy and clean and they even trimmed his claws. We were given antibiotics and pain pills. My bill was much LESS than the reasonable rate I had been quoted. Other vets in the area quoted me a much higher rate for the same procedure. Dr. Rizon and his staff were friendly and caring.

They are such a sweet team. But very busy. Be prepared for having to wait. But they are worth it.

These people are wonderful! My dog had a big gaping wound and I couldn't find a vet that would see him. I took my dog here, they examined him, said he needed surgery and they would do it and the bill was less than I anticipated. Will for sure stay with this vet. Thanks to all of you, you are awesome.

Great staff but hard to get in.

Highly recommend this vet. I've been able to get all of my work done here. The Dr is an artist with Doberman ear cropping. Make appointment early due to covid-19. Fair prices for the work they do. I'm glad they are close to home.

The best place to take your pet s they will not try to BS you and screw you for your money they will tell you the truth very professional very informative caring amazing staff courteous would highly recommend pet vet to everyone!!!!!!! Okay when I though pet vet was amazing well they got even more amazing we had to cremate our baby she was 14 years old and she lived a good life the arrangement of the cremation was beyond satisfactory beautiful arrangement made us cry pet vet is the top of the line when it comes to vets here in Hemet I totally recommend pet vet they are closed on Wednesdays and weekends but they will never turn you away in an emergency ever thank you thank you thank you pet vet for all that you've done for our dosha from beginning to the end God bless you and your staff ????????????

The vet was wonderful with my Olde English Bulldogge. Very compassionate and thorough.

Pets Vet has provided vet services for my pug for 13 years. Dr Rizon did her patella luxation surgery along with tending to many other flat face breed issues. His staff has always been professional, compassionate and reliable. Kudos to Jordan who always gets my dogs seizure meds refilled and gets me in to see the doc. Sadly 2 days before Christmas it was time to put my pug down due to worsening neurological issues. Dr. Rizon and his staff were there from the beginning of my pugs life until the unfortunate end. It was handled with the utmost compassion and professionalism during a time when Covid was surging. I was by my little girls side the entire time and properly said goodbye. Not only did I get her ashes back in a timely manner but they went above and beyond and added some of her ashes to a necklace for me (that part was a surprise). Thank you Dr Rizon, Jordan and all of your staff.

WOW they never answer the phone very bad service that way BUT the doctor is the best wish they had an answer machine

Even though he was slammed busy, he still took the time to scan for a chip on a dog I found wandering the streets with no collar or tags. Thank you !!

Excellent vet. Small facility and very nice staff. The vet is very kind. He was recommended by a friend and I in turn, highly recommend him. Expect to wait from 20 - 60 minutes. It's a small staff. The wait is a small price to pay for the service you'll receive. And the fees are fair. ????
