Great pet clinic, we took our rabbit for a checkup and Dr Harvey did a good job.

These people are excellent. I unfortunately had to put down the family cat. During treatment, exams and ultimately euthanasia they treated us with class, dignity and respect. They were comforting and upfront about our situation. Cancer is never good and the care and dignity they showed us and our cat was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone I know who has pets.

We really appreciate everything that CVC has done for our pets. We are glad they are in our area and depend on them to provide care and support for our furry little family members. ????

Chabot is the best veterinary clinic we had the pleasure of working with in the Bay Area! They truly care about their patients, both fury and human. Our elderly cat, Kitty Meow Meow, and boxer pups, Chloe and Otto loved their staff. I felt at ease letting any of the staff take our babies, and I could see how much our pups loved seeing them too! Chloe and otto would get excited to go in with them. All of their Doctors are amazing, but Dr. Neely is a gem. She takes her time with you and will answer all questions. We loved working with her ❤

Great service, great pet health consulting. Probably still through Spring '21, stay in your car the whole time... they come to you. Call to check in with your spot # when you park.

Dr. Neely is my primary vet for my rabbits, and she's always so caring whenever she's with my rabbits. I love that she has rabbits of her own, and really understands rabbits. I completely trust her with my rabbits. During regular times, they have different entrances for dogs vs cats and rabbits. I really appreciate not having to stress my rabbits with the presence of dogs. During COVID times, they have a pretty good set up with the parking spaces. You park in a numbered spot, call the office, and then they come out to give you paperwork and collect your animal. I highly recommend Chabot Veterinary Clinic to any rabbit owner! I've also seen Dr. Harvey for a more urgent care when Dr. Neely was unavailable, and Dr. Harvey is an expert rabbit vet.

Hands down the best vet clinic I’ve been to and one of the few that will treat and perform surgeries on rats. Though be warned, you may have to wait a bit for your first appointment! They are highly sought after and have to limit the number of new clients, otherwise I’d imagine it’d be impossible to get a regular appointment. Don’t wait until your pet is sick before calling them! Once you’re a “regular “ client it’s super easy to schedule following appointments. Wonderful staff and very talented veterinarians. 100% recommend them.

Never in my life have I been so offended by a business... Some years ago I was experiencing hardship, and often would have to cancel upcoming visits. When my pup had a hematoma, and was uncomfortable, I reached out to Chabot Vet. The lady on the phone was very rude once she pulled up my account. She reprimanded me for my cancellations, and told me the next available appointment was a month later. I had no other choice but to try a different vet where I was told the hematoma would shrink on its own. Unfortunately it shrank and shriveled. Now my pup has another hematoma growing on the other side. I took a chance and called Chabot Vet once again. I spoke with a different woman this time. Before she pulled up my account I explained it had been years since I had been there. She was still happy to pull up my account, and then expressed the next appointment wasn't until some extremely far out date. I asked her why she didn't share that before pulling up my account. She explained it was because I hadn't been there for years. I responded by telling her I shared that at the start, and that my last experience with them was similar. I’ve never once been rude to them and can only assume their reasoning is because of my past cancelled appointments. It has been years, and I'm financially stable now. There’s really no good reason for this continued rejection. My experience with the veterinarians have been great, but I can't understand who would allow the people at the front desk to be so awful. How can they lack compassion and have our pets best interest. For this reason I chose to write a review.

Wonderful for bunny veterinary care by Dr. Harvey and Dr Kim. Also wonderful staff working hard to care for your pets, including the awesome grooming done for our Lion head rabbits to keep the fur under control.

Our 2 bunnies been seeing Dr. Harvey and Dr. Neely for years. Both docs are basically reincarnations of Saint Melangell. Girl bunny had nerve damage on her face that led to frequent drooling that looked like teeth issue. Saw several vet before and no one knew why. Dr. Harvey examined her for 2min and knew exactly why. Previous vet could not find her lady parts, Dr. Harvey did a normal spay. Recently she had sudden onset head tilt and Dr. Neely squeezed us into her busy day and saw us urgently. Anytime there is a question or concern, one of docs always calls and review everything in detail. The staff is amazing, everyone we have interacted with, especially Steven,Jessica, Suzzy and Georgia. The list goes on... We drive far to see them and if you have bunnies this is the only place to go. The clinic also works closely with many local bunny rescues including The House Rabbit Society and The Rabbit Haven and provides discounts. Dr. Harvey saw some of my foster bunnies and many chronic medical needs bunny. Again, both doctors are bunny saints.

This vet clinic has a great staff. We moved to San Leandro and needed a good vet for our rabbits. Their staff is good with rabbits and they have rabbit vets. Rabbits require a particular type of care. So great to find a good vet for a rabbit. The dr called me to tell me how my rabbit was after he was neutered and spoke to me at length. The other vet we saw called him sir with great respect. Not kidding. That was a pet highlight of my life. Great vet office. Great customer service. Happy bunnies.

Great staff been taking our fur balls here for about 10 years now.

I took my foster kitten in for his eye and Dr. Harvey was so gentle as she examined the kitten and she gave him a full examination of his eye using drops, ointment and tools to be able to see and treat the eye as well. Dr. Harvey and her staff that I met yesterday were exactly what I am looking for since my wonderful vet Dr. Schuckman has retired.
