Honest and thorough services provided. I came in with a little kitten ???? and Bay Cities were very responsive, communicative and willing to answer all my questions as this was my first kitten ????. Very satisfied with their advice and services and will be continuing with them for little our little one.

Wonderful and caring staff. My family and I have been customers here my entire life. They remember you and your pet and are passionate about your pet as much as you are. I can't say they are or are not pricey because I feel like I'm usually broke all the time anyways and my pet gets my money if he needs it and I have never been here and worried about going broke to make his life happy and pleasant.

Bay Cities Animal Hospital has been a great find for our two dogs! We have tried several other vets in the Bay area who did not give our fur babies the attention we wanted. The service we received was fast and professional and came at a good price. Our older dog Poseidon recently had to have surgery on his paw and they did a great job taking care of him (and us) throughout the stressful process. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for over 10 years. I first took my 2 pure bred American Bulldogs. Always great service. Today, I took my Pit/Lab mix in. He has some trust issues with people and he did not show ANY of that here. He could tell he was in good hands and was relaxed. They always handled me with more excellent service and good prices! Thank you! The Dr. brings nothing but good vibes with her.

I had to put down my 18 year old mini poodle. My entire family was there for my poodle and they gave the room as they understood our families sadness. The place was busy and they did not rush us in any ways and gave us the room to let things sink in. Thank you Bay Cities!!

My wife and I have been taking our dogs for over 10 years... And we are especially satisfied with the Veterinary doctor in her honesty and devotion in caring of our Pitbull girl Lola Bunny... The Veterinarian straightforwardness when Lola Bunny came down with a liver infection last year... And she told us that what she recommends what need it to be done with her... And she even call SAGE Veterinary Hospital in Dublin to recommend what needed to be done... And to me and my wife... That shows her caring for all animals... Today, Lola Bunny is a healthy happy Pitbull girl... Bay Cities Animal Hospital is Number 1 in our hearts... ????????❤✌????

My wife and I are very satisfied with our Veterinary Doctor at Bay Cities Animal Hospital..... We have two Pitbulls, and one of our dogs(Guero) came down with a very bad ear infection...... This infection was causing our dog Guero to go into very bad seizures..... But the veterinary doctor manage to stop his seizure without prescribing him phenobarbital..... And Guero is doing much better..... She also takes the time call and check to see if our two Pitbulls are doing well..... They are ALL HONEST AND VERY FRIENDLY..... Bay Cities Animal Hospital is a place that you can TRUST......????❤????????

This office proved to be nicer inside than I thought. The doctor was very nice and concerned with my fat cat.

I had a 5pm appointment, re-scheduled my work day to leave early, only to get a call the day of the appointment to cancel. No reason given. Just a giggle and an apology. Very unprofessional.

Great relatively inexpensive vet. She knows her stuff and has helped our pets (dogs and cats) for about 15 years.

Highly upset at the fact they haven't updated there hours online or in person. Drive from Fremont to try and pick up my dog's medication, just to find out they had closed. Arrived at 6:30pm and the hours on the door days 3-7pm.

Answered the phone speaking Spanish. Asked simple questions and couldn't understand english. Why.....
