I been taking my fur baby here for a year now. They are very friendly and professional. They ask all the right questions to give my baby what he needs. Not to expensive in my opinion. So close to my home so it’s very convenient. I definitely recommend this place.

Luana is always kind and helpful with us at the receptionist area. We do Volunteer service with Peggy Hansen and "People and Cats Together". Dr Kumar is very knowledgeable in his Field and DEFINITELY cares for all the animals

Wonderful employees and good services. Just that the office itself needs some deep cleaning and updated on the furniture.

This is an amazing, caring, and professional place. I brought my dog Vienna, who I adopted as a senior that's 13 years old and she wasn't being herself and we found out her diagnosis. This establishment isn't about all the money, they genuinely care about the wellness of your pet. The staff was so understanding and caring while I was under emotional distress because I thought she'd have to be put down... but after her surgery she was like a puppy again.. not a senior dog anymore. This place saved my little Vienna and even though she was a senior dog they said she still has years to go living life and didn't give up on her. They see that every animal counts.

I love how staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Is so nice and they always have the right answers to caring for your pet.

Scheduled a check up but they couldn't even check my dog's ears after paying almost 100 for vaccines. Couldn't even go in with pup and had to make another appointment a month from now.

fast service and very friendly as many guest as they see you would think it would be hard to remember them personally but every time i come im greeted like family and they love my lil baby Jaccson

I have trusted my pets to Animal Medical Center for nearly 20 years. We first met Dr. Kumar and his staff when they volunteered at a local park to offer low-cost vaccines and ever since, they have never failed to provided a caring and helpful environment for me and my pets.

I’ve brought both my cat and dog here. Great experience every time. Staff is very polite. Vaccines are affordable.

Went to do a check up on my dog on Monday morning. Paid to do a blood and stool test supposedly was going to get his results the “next day” next day i was waiting for a call nothing at this point i took him to a different vet because of me being worried of how he was they gave me the results literally the next morning. I called asking for a refund since the other vet gave me everything before they did no call no email since Monday and today’s Friday. I’m sorry but the doctor is really unprofessional when talking to clients i ask to get partially refunded and he kept arguing with me and barely now Friday tried giving me the results through the phone when i called for a refund when i didn’t need them anymore since the other vet gave me the results already. I’m sorry everyone else was great except the doc he cares more about the money than your animals health.

Very good doctor, VERY friendly staff! My dog (Chihuahua/dachshund mix) has sensitive armpits/elbows and the doctor and staff are always mindful of this when they pick him up or carry him. They are patient with him too! He gets scared and tries to nibble at the vet so they ask me if they can put a muzzle on him for a short while, and they have me hold him so he does not get too nervous. They are good at keeping on schedule and honoring appointment times, too! They even offer discounted vaccinations on Tuesdays for us pet owners on a budget. I highly recommend this office, the people (and animals!) are SUPER GREAT! thank you!

Absolutely the best clinic for our cat. The entire staff are all exceptionally caring kind & professional with all their pet patients. Prices are very reasonable.

I thank the staff and doctor Kumar for taking care of Khloe. I was glad to get an appointment with Kumar sooner rather than later. The timing of it all was perfect. Kumar took special attention to Khloe’s skin issues, diarrhea and her fever. The shot administered helped relieve the itchiness and her fever. Up to this point she’s not scratching herself raw. Her diarrhea ceased as well keeping my worries at bay. In the end her quivering stopped the following day which showed right away signs of improvement. Overall, my experience with Dr. Kumar and staff exceeded my expectations. Thank you for all that you do. You are all a blessing to us all.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my two cats. They are all very kind and show that they genuinely care for the animals. I'm a first time cat mom and I feel so comfortable knowing they are in the best care with the team at Animal Medical Center.

I booked an appointment and when I got there the front desk told me that my appointment was the previous day which it wasn’t. The lady over the phone was rude and snappy. She basically said that I was making it up. I could have done without the attitude. Also If I had missed an appointment why wouldn’t you call me? That makes no sense to me. At least take responsibility for your mistake. I am switching vet for one who actually cares about the pets and their owner.

Got my puppy max his 2nd shot here, would recommend! Update: VERY happy with their service, getting my max his 3rd set of shots today! 1 step closer to the outdoors!

Was thinking about switching to this office for my pet. However, the receptionist was so rude on the phone when I called to inquire about what was done when we visited. Also, saw a few services through their app that I wanted to enquire about. Didn't even get to that. We asked for a physical, but the doctor did a wellness exam. But charged for a physical. So, I was trying to clear up the confusion on my end. But she got defensive and said that the phsical was a wellness exam and I should have asked for a physical with labs??? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I mentioned we were new to the office. So, if there was a difference in the physicals then the receptionist should have taken the time to educate me on that. We will not be dealing with attitude from the receptionist over the phone. It's funny when you are there in person they are so nice and respectful. Calling you Ms. and Mr. Didn't call me Ms one time during the 2 times I called. I told her we will not be going back and to email me my dog's medical records and she said she would and mentioned how the office was busy. But this was around 8 or 9am... I called again around 11am almost 12p to be sure I didn't miss it, and she still was short and rude with me talking about how busy she was etc... We are talking about emailing me 1 piece of paper. We had only been there once.. So, she reassured me that I'd get the medical records by the end of business or early the next morning. So, the morning comes and then the afternoon and no medical record email. So, I took what would be my last drive up to the office and guess who's at the front... The same receptionist. I asked her name and yep it was her, and I mentioned that she was the one I had been talking to on the phone about my dog. I had a whole different experience. I'm Ms, and she didn't forget about me... She said she had received our medical records we sent over and I reminded her that, that no longer mattered because I told her over the phone that we would not be going to that office. She's all oh ok Ms.. and using my last name and real apologetic and and concerned. Very good act. Shows over. So, I told her I'd take a seat and let me know when she has my medical record ready. I had it in no time and I left. She better be very glad I didn't complain on her because we all need our jobs. But we as pet owners take taking care of our loved ones very seriously and it looks like it's a game to the receptionist. I seen All of these good reviews. I was so confused. But now I see they are for the dad. So, it makes sense because I know a Doctor who was as passionate as the reviews say...wouldn't allow that type of behavior to be the face of his business. Wasn't adding up. Be careful.

The Administraive Staff shows wonderful, positive customer service. The Veternary staff has shown expertise knowledge in order to treat my sweet dog & kitten. Seeing their expertise in action every time my pets require a visit, enables me to feel satisfied that I don’t have to worry about whatever treatment is given. I’m sure you will be happy with the special care your pet receives!
