Very courteous staff, and helpful.

Our dog attacked a critter in yard, after couple of day became apparent would need to take her to vet. Seemed simple enough,but several local offices were closed due to covid. Was easy to get in & have her taken care of. Took several days for medicine to kick in, but Dr knew exactly what he was talking about. Dog is doing great now & no lasting side effects. In fact Dog is still going after critters in yard! YIKES

We found our fur baby like this and now he has his forever home and healing so well. Thank you to the doctors and staff who took care of him ????

I have been bringing my dog to this vet for almost 2 yrs. Everytime it has been a pleasant experience. Last year, I took my dog for a tumor mass i found on him. He was able to get same day surgery to remove it. They quoted me an affordable price compare to other places. The quote had his blood work, anesthesia, post medication, surgery, biopsy and follow ups. Recently, they took care of my dog because he was feeling well. Again, quoted me a great price for his administration medications and fluids, and post medication. My dog has had great improvement within 24 hrs. Great doctors and staff!

Great value and care. Their walk in waiting system is genius and fast compared to other vets. Employees are very intuitive.

They wanted to put my baby down, took him to this other vet and my baby its perfectly fine.

First and foremost, I spent too much money and time there, to now find that you left a suture in my dog that you diagnosed with cancer! I pay what I'm told and I don't complain about your prices. Your system is not the greatest and the wait time after initial check in os ridiculous. There is no way I should have been there an hour for a suture removal and you still left a suture in. Your female staff are all young and rude. You should consider diversifying your staff. I've encountered two males, one was kind the one I just spoke to today was ok. I gave 3 stars only because the Doctors have always been nice.

They have a $75 consultation fee unless you make a reservation it is free. They don’t have reservations for a month out, but their service is really great.

I'm so thankful and blessed to be able to find Economico they are for sure a life savers..I was really desperate looking for a surgical hospital my Dog Tank had sufer a really bad Car accident/hit by a Car.. He had a big Open wound on his right leg plus an ACL rupture and Knee deslocation..Other hospital that I took him they were charging an Harm and a Leg for the surgeries and we didn't have that type of money so they wanted to amputate his leg and still was pricey..But Economico save were much more understanding and compationate that they charge us less then what we had to pay and were able to give us some hope..Tank still needs several surgeries but we feel more hopeful and we are so greatful that they were able to step up and help us. They sure have an Awesome Team..Props for them..I can't tell though how thankful and grateful we are that we find them ???? to all.. 100% RECOMMENDED let this place be your first stop on any Emergency you have for your fury friends..

I just moved to the South Bay and my fur baby, who is a senior dog, was having a really urgent issue. No other vets would take us and a few emergency vets said it wasn’t even a big enough issue (it was!), but Economico did and understood the urgency of the situation. It really felt like they cared about my dog—she had a major procedure where she was put under so naturally I was scared, but seeing how much effort the staff put into explaining everything and making sure I understood the procedure and medicines instead of just sending me home with the paper made me feel like I was in really good hands. Thank you Economico ❤️

Called in to this The canonical pet Hospital customer service is very nice he gave me feeling that I could trust them with my little Dog Daisy but the next thing you know Dr. Yoon came out to give me very bad news that I had to put my doggy to sleep well he was saying that my mom was crying and he screamed at my mom and told her you should put yourself on her skin she’s suffering and he didn’t what to give us or pet back when my mom said give me back my pet he did but I guess it’s our decision whether to put our doggie down or not but he doesn’t see it that way he just thinks about money he doesn’t care about anybody’s feelings .. very rude and disrespectful Doctor .. is mine is all about making money and doesn’t care about your feelings my Daisy is very love i’m going to get a second opinion

I usually LOVE this place. Customer service is excellent, the location is convenient, the actual hospital is clean and wellkept. However, my dog injured her leg the other day and all they recommended was surgery ($5,000+). I asked if we could try something less invasive such as a brace but they said they don't carry braces ???? ... Perhaps I'm reading too much into it but it just seemed like a cash grab. I understand it's a business but I would also like to know that this place cares. They then told me I could just think about it and prescribed some medications. My dog is doing better with rest, a brace I bought on Amazon, and the medicine prescribed.

Always came here until what I witnessed and experienced, Dr.Yoon (owner) being VERY abusive to his employees and screamed at them In front of all his patients. He later yelled at me For speaking up about it. Several recorded him because of how manic he behaved.I complained about his behavior and he came to the car to speak to me. After a few minutes he began to yell at me too and said he didn’t need my approval and he can handle his employees the way he likes. He said he was sorry but that he “had to yell at them” I asked him not to yell at me and had to put my window up to make him go away. This is only about Dr.Yoon the owner, not Dr.Hwang who is AMAZING. Sucks to have to find another vet but if he yells at his employees and customers, I can’t risk him handling my pets. Hope he gets the help he needs :)

Great customer service but the dr Yoon did not really try to help it give me a second opinion.

I actually only spoke on the phone for a very brief time. They could not help me but they were friendly enough on the phone.

They were amazing and helpful I will go here from now on. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place was a lifesaver: Once when there were no other places open and my dog was having allergy issues and again when she had an ear infection. The wait was not unreasonable and they are very accommodating to walk-in clients. The vets here are super knowledgeable and you don’t feel like just a number.

I took my dog there to have her teeth cleaned and pulled. The Vet was in an office that overlooked surgical area. There were about 5 dogs all under anesthesia at the same time. It looked like the technicians were doing the cleanings, not him. It's also very dangerous to have so many dogs under at the same time. It's like a vet mill.

I loved the service there and they treated my puppy really well and they also attend very fast.

Absolutely love the staff here, super clear about what's going on with amazing communication. They make me feel like my dog is their family too. "Our baby"! Currently they do not have a waiting room open, you sit in your car which is fine and helped my puppies anxiety. 100% would recommend to my friend's for their pets.

Excellent service it was our first time here we signed in and had to wait in our car was told it would be 1-5 to 2 hours wait time ..and our new puppy was taken inside in less than half hour later in about 45 minutes we will make this our new place foe our dogs and cat

This place has a ton of business, for good reason! The staff is very kind, courteous, and professional. I scheduled my dog for a general exam and booster shots and the process was smooth and easy. They treated my dog very well and were fairly quick considering how many others were also there to receive services. After check in, we were out about an hour later. The price of the overall visit and vaccines was very good, especially compared to others nearby (others ask for an arm and a leg in payment). Overall, we're very happy and this will be our go to pet hospital from now on. Highly recommended!
