I called today to cancel our reservation because be just now found out that we won't be allowed to visit our daughter in hospital when she has her baby. .They won't transfer our deposit to next week. They are keeping it. Wouldn't you think that would be a little flexible with the Covid situation????

I take my dog here for daycare and boarding. The staff here is really friendly and caring. My dog loves it here and always gets so excited when I bring her. Such a great place, would always recommend.

My dog Waffles absolutely loves going here. They have the best customer service for pets and owners I have ever encountered. They make my dog feel very special with their warm welcome. They set up play dates for my dog. Also the grooming is excellent and very affordable. Love it!

Pricey, not sure when I called I received info on my dog because when I picked her up what I was told and what was written were different story I later learned there were 3 dogs w same name...

We were not able to pick up our dog on time and extended stay one day. They charged an additional 60 dollars because of a contract I signed 3 months ago. It would have been nice to be reminded that we had to pick him up by 12:00pm, we were there at 12:33. Disappointed more than anything, customer service is not a priority. You are correct, it was only $20. I have been taking our dog here for years. Due to the 1 star review, we were banned due to lack of trust. It's unfortunate.

I was really happy with the care they gave our Boxer she loved the attendant that took her, she seemed to have been very happy

They have a very friendly staff, and took care of my pet very well. She came back to me happy and looked healthy from what I could tell. I appreciate that they take the dogs out numerous times throughout the day and even let the dogs play together if they get along. After the stay they give a report card giving details about how your pet did.

Funny Faces is the BEST boarding facility I’ve EVER encountered! I’ve been bringing my two doggies here for quite some time and they absolutely love it! The facility is spotless and well maintained! They even send my pups’ home with a report card to let me know how they did while I was away. The employees always show kindness and are always offering to help me unload my dogs and their belongings. I don’t see anywhere else taking care of my animals as well as they do! :)

Was thinking of taking out dogs there but after reading the latest review especially the reply from the company, we decided to take our dogs elsewhere.

This is the ONLY place I trust to groom or board my dogs! The people are amazing and the facilities are spotless!! The outdoor exercise yards are very well maintained!!! This is my favorite place to go with my doggies and they seem to love it, too!

Maggie Mae made new friends and came back happy! I t was her first visit. I am an overprotective doggy mom, these are actually my four legged children. When I was picking her up she happily went around saying her doggy goodbyes. I have decided for her mental stimulation to make funny faces a monthly sleepover for to hang out with her new pals! Thanks Funny Faces for loving my gal! And she isn't the littlest gal. She is an OES! Very springy, clowny and full of life!

I have been taking my animal/s there, since Tim operated out of his house. 2014, When the business moved, I continued because it was a convenient location, and the 2-3 girls up front were nice, despite the exorbitant fees and expensive rates. When I noticed the pricing posted in the facility and questioned the price because that is not what I had been charged, the clerk was very rude. she told her boss my concerns and questions, and I then got a letter terminating my relationship with them with a refund check because they knew what they had done was wrong . As long as you do not ask questions and pay high prices, you will get along well with this business.

I have been boarding my pets at Funny Faces for 12+ years and have never had a bad experience. Dogs are well cared for and come home happy and healthy. There is doggy playtime. They accommodate food needs and facility is clean and oder free. Best kennel in Tulare County. My pets love going there as much as they love coming home.

I've taken my Pittie there for about 3 or 4 weekends and a couple daycare days to get acquainted. They provide great care despite her fear of doorways and thresholds which requires extra handling. I don't know what I'd do without them. We'd prob never travel. It's well worth the drive from Fresno.
