Petco employees are always helpful here. I bring my dog friendly dogs whenever I can and they are polite to my dogs too.

It was a very pleasant experience after going through the crowds during Christmas!! I asked a very nice young man to help me with doggy treats and Kitty treats he was such a nice guy!! And I found everything in a snap!!

the person who helped us at the register was really nice, patience and knowledgeable, my 6 years old son went over the register several times with questions about his guinea pig and betta fish, she was incredible nice and patience.

Petco is not my favorite place. I think they are too expensive and they don't carry the Prescription Science Diet that my Schnauzer needs. I like to just make 1 pet store trip not 2.

We went to get a hamster. The person we talked to wouldn't let us buy a hamster unless we had a cage. E had a big aquarium at home.. They sold us a $50 cage that wouldn't hold the hamster it escaped between the wires. I put screen cover and it and it chewed it's way out.

Jake and Tyrone are great!!! They were very knowledgeable and patient with me and my 4 year old when we were shopping for a fish tank. They helped us get everything we needed and continue to help everytime we go back! The down side is they really need company support to fix the tanks so we can buy fish there too.

The sales woman was very aggressive. The information she was trying to provide was delivered in a way that both my daughter and I found to be rude. Also the fish I bought died within and hour of bringing it home. There were dead fish in the tank at the store. I will most likely never purchase anything from this store again.

I always love going here, especially the Grass Valley one. The staff is always polite and it feels like a family. There prices are sometimes a bit over the competition and it's worth it to support local businesses such as these.

A lot of other places to buy much cheaper, especially if we have a few pets...it adds up. If you buy anything refrigerated you have better check the expiration dates.........keep this in mind.....I was in Petco in Grass Valley Ca yesterday, wanted to try some of the "fresh?" foods.....didn't because a lot of them already expired.....
