I truly HATE these Covid restrictions by having to wait in the car etc., but I am sure they would do things differently if they could. That is my ONLY issue. I love the staff and how accommodating they are. They have always taken amazing care of my animals. THANK YOU!!!

Dogs get checked, they do good work ????????

My dog was diagnosed with a couple of very expensive problems before COVID hit. They wanted to see him every month for tests. They stopped allowing regular appointments and now have a six week wait. I was told it is because of client volume when actually it is because of their STUPID COVID protocols. I will never take my dog there again. I also think his diagnosis is just to make money. Pet care definitely not a priority.

With the help from Sammy's Friends they really came through for us when no other vet would!!! Thank you so much!!

Everything was done perfectly. Jesse was spayed, tooth pulled and teeth cleaned on Thursday. We were given great instruction on how to care for Jesse and she is already doing much better than my husband or I thought pissible. Great surgeon, friendly, accommodating staff. Thank you!

Love the homey atmosphere in this clinic. It doesn't feel cold and sterile, but feels like home. Very comfortable and with great staff! Doctors here are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you prefer the old country style businesses then this is the place for you and your animals!

They really are awesome. I thought my elderly dog was a goner but with some tests,, a few meds and some TLC she is on the road to recovery. They were very understanding when I nearly broke down when I found out how much it would cost and took 1/2 right away and the balance on payday.

Excellent veterinarian and reasonable prices

This vet clinic is excellent. They always take very good care of our dog and cats and actually care about them, what more could you ask for.

Took our dog in for an emergency visit, we had never been there before but they took our dog immediately. The emergency visit cost less than blood work at our original vet. We will be going here exclusively from now on.

We were new to the area and had not established a vet relationship yet. We knew our 17 year old terrier Rosie needed to be put down as she was hanging on but was in pain. We’d never experienced this before. Our past pets just passed away of natural causes and we had never experienced having to make this really hard decision for our pet. We called and talked to a few vets in the area. Some literally said “sorry no appointments available” and hung up. Some were empathetic but still no appointments available. But Best Friends from the minute I called, I felt like we’d been taking Rosie to this vet for years. They listened, told us how it all worked and made an appointment for us that day to bring Rosie in. They did an exam and confirmed what we already knew and we agreed to put her down. It was heartbreaking but we know it was best for her and Best Friends was right there and helped us handle this. Even sent us a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. We will use this vet for our cat and when we get another dog (and we will one day), this will be our vet!! Thank you Best Friends for being amazing and for loving our pets as much as we do!

Dr Messamore saved my Concettas life a few years ago..he was on call on a Sunday!!!!He showed right up...He and staff took great care of her...she recovered well????So I had her records switched over from a different vet...now both our dogs go to him...staff ...and Dr is the best!!!????

Dr. Susan is the best! The staff here is top notch. This is the only vet I would take my dog to. If you have a new puppy, ask about the puppy package. Killer deal and establishes a much needed relationship between you, your pet, and your vet.

Excellent, I feel blessed to have them for my best friend Jack - the Jack Russell. High quality medical care and routine needs and vaccinations, they treat Jack as if he were their own, and take the time to explain and answer my questions. Also happy with costs, very fairly priced.
