Horrible service. Rude staff and no concern for my sick dog. Long wait times on the phone and for appointments. They take a week+ to respond to messages sent on the app. Would NOT recommend.

The 1st time I used this vet was for my 2 cats, 3 yr old and kitten. They ended up putting a shot in the wrong cat and then wanted to charge me again to put the shot in the correct cat when I brought it to their attention. Fast foward a year later to go back for booster shots, they wanted me to 1st make and pay for an annual office visit. Now they say cats can't get their booster because I didn't get the shot within a year of the last office visit. No where was this explained. This place will not extort money from me or anyone I know if I can stop it

Was caring for a sick dog, his condition got worse and I was certain I would need an appointment immediately. Every other place I called (literally 12 vets) were full for emergency services, most of them straight up hung up on me after they said so. Here at Brighton the kind woman who took my call spoke to me kindly and got me an appointment, gave me advice, and even gave me numbers to several other vets that may have more immediate openings. 12 phone calls and this was the only place in town that treated me and doggy with kindness and concern. They have my business for life

Great veterinarian office! Staff is friendly and professional and doctor thoroughly explained everything that was needed or recommended for my dog. I highly recommend this facility if you want top notch care for your pets!

First time here. Dr. Murphy and her staff were great; dog was very happy after his shots and exam, and even though I couldn't go into the hospital with him due to COVID precautions.

I received excellent care for 2 cats and 1 dog. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and totally tuned into my pets and my concerns. While all the vets and staff are great, special note about Dr. Janeway: she gave excellent and thoughtful advice on whether to euthanize one of my cats for medical reasons. Very honest and thoughtful!! I feel like I found a vet office for the life of my pets!! Thank you Brighton Greens! ❤????❤

I brought my dog here who had a cough and they were planning on doing xrays and blood tests... i asked for antibiotics if possible to start with, which they agreed to do. Initially they were going to charge 600 dollars.... for a cough. Then I came to pick up the medication which was 92 dollars, only to find out that they charged twice for the antibiotics.... which they reversed, but this took 30 minutes to do. Very unprofessional and lengthy service for a simple issue. They responded and were very kind by apologizing and calling and checking up on our dog. It was the initial experience which was unprofessional, but I am happy with how they have handled follow up and the kindness they have shown.
