Your ???? will leave looking great and happy. Compared to other groomers, this place is low stress for the dogs and owners. We've been taking our dog here for years now with no regrets. We've never had a problem and they're good at accommodating special needs.

Hazel is the owner and she is very sweet and loving with the animals. I have a 14 year old blind dog who needs to be handled very carefully. Hazel was wonderful and I was very satisfied with the grooming. I would definitely recommend her. We will be coming back again.

Very happy with your service . My dog is very scared of nail clipping and you guys were very helpful. Veronica was very helpful on the phone and helping things go smoothly. Hazel goes above and beyond to help .

It’s not a cheap place but they do a good job

Horrible!! was taking my pup there for almost a year with no issues. Then one day she came home coughing and with bloody eyes! Vet said eyes were ok, just shaved a little too close. Talked to the girl that groomed her and went over a grooming plan that would keep her safe. Booked another appointment. Yes!! I know I shouldn't have!! This time she came home shaved to the skin! All Over!! When I asked them why they did that, they said she was matted. SHE WAS NOT MATTED!!! Never again!!

I’ve been taking my dog here for years but now There’s a heavier set woman who started working here and she is incredibly rude over phone and in person. Unfortunately now I’m not sure if I feel safe with leaving my pet there and might have to shop around for another place to groom her. It’s really sad because I loved this place. Note to staff: you are all great but consider coaching the woman who answers your phone and works the desk.

Ryder, my little dog, looks forward coming here to get her nails trimmed and buffed for more than 2 year now. All staff are very attentive and pleasant. I've visited other locations, this is the BEST so far. Ryder enjoys her nails trimmed by Adam, or the other ladies.... Thank you Tender Touch and staff for a job well done...

1st visit: I scheduled an appointment because I saw the Yelp reviews and when I called the young man Adam (super sweet and professional). When I should up to my appointment, receptionist, not the friendliest but okay, she asked one of the stylist the cost for my dogs, was told $46, $46 and $56 for the medium (wired haired Fox Terriers), I informed the receptionist Adam had started I would get a $5 ea. Discount when I started I was referred by the Yelp website so I did, receptionist at 1st tried to ignore my comment so I repeated until she responded, "well we"ll see what Adam says when he gets here ( bit if a juvenile attitude), making me feel really uneasy, but then she would not look at me and said "umhum". When my roommate went back the price went up to $56, $56, $46??? It's not even the worst part, my dogs look like they were chomped up with bad or old clippers! Not going back, feeling really disappointed, next time I will ask personal referrals!

I love this place I just took my dog for his first grooming and he looked so cute. The personal is really friendly here from the receptionist to the groomer . Thank you.

Been taking my dog here for a year and never had a problem. I like the nice neighborhood feel and respectful staff!

Our dog loves coming here. She gets the best wash and cut for a great price. She goes in looking scrappy and comes out looking like a fresh new dog. We can tell she looks good by her smile on her face. They also put a cute bandana on her before we pick her up. We've never had a problem with this place and we highly recommend all our friends and family to come here. They best part is its a local place and we love supporting local businesses. They take care of our own.

My dog is in and out, never been there longer the 2 hours! Which I find one of the great services a groomer can offer. He always looks great and is so clean and soft.

Awful ! My dog went in as a fluffy cute havaton and came out with half his hair cut off. Looks ridiculous

I Have been taking my Siberian Husky for several years to TT. I have never been disappointed, unlike the one review where the owner took her dog to Pet Co. instead, well like the saying says, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I took my Husky to Pet Co., ONCE!, only because Tender Tuch was closed, let me just say, i paid almost the same as TT. But, it looked asthough they just hosed him down and let him sit their to dry. Zero grooming. Plus the staff appears to young, unqualified and inmature, When i complained, The manager (he), was rude and impolite. TT is more like your neighborhood well, neighbor, Pet Co. treated us adn my Husky like another number. But this one episode convinced me to never go back to Pet Co., As all Huskies are, my dog is an escape artist, he got loose went to his normal stomping grounds, ended up at Pet Co. did not receive a call from them, even tough he has his collar with indetifiaction, tel no. lic. no. etc.. they called the pound instead, but luckily i found him before the city pound arrived. And proceeded to get a tung lashing from the Mng. at Pet Co. Thanks. The same thing happended months later, but this time he ended up at Tender Touch, with in minutes i received a very polite call from TT. Thank You very Much Snowball

My dogs hair always turns out super cute and she always leaves here super happy. You can tell, they really love my dog.
