Best Vet in the SFV. My family and I have been going here to see Dr Bender for years. Todd, his son runs a tight ship and makes sure everything is in tip top shape. Friendly staff and good people with great hearts. Highly recommend taking your dog or cat here!

I have been seeing Doctor Bender for 25 years now, and he is OUR vet. Cats, dogs, a boa constrictor. I hate having to go anywhere else on the rare occasion I need services they can’t provide, because I know it’s going to cost me twice as much and I won’t receive the same personalized care. As long as North Valley Vet is in business, we will be going there.

Outside of the covid protocol, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. And their prices are fair. I've been ripped off by other vets so they were a breath of fresh air.

Best place to bring your pet!

Dr. Choi is the best! Very patient with me and was very caring when it came to putting my doggy down. I have to bring my other dog for dental soon, so I just know that appointments are pretty backed up right now. The front desk sometimes gives me a weird vibe, but overall a great clinic.

Been going here for years, and have always had a great experience, prices are more than fair and far below some other Vets I have used, and with much more personalized service. Highly Recommend

I called this afternoon spoke to Cindy. I was asking for information she could not give over the phone. Instead of receiving classic information like make an appointment, here is pricing to be seen; I get Cindy disrespectfully sighing, telling me she can't help me with any question I had. She also said that there was no one else to talk to and the doctor doesn't get in until 2 p.m. daily. I didn't want to talk to a doctor, I would have been satisfied with a different front desk staff who has compassion for dogs in need.

I have gone to North Valley for over 20 years! Dr. Bender is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Their staff is too!! I highly recommend this place!

They are fast, but sometimes that can feel not thorough.

My family has been bringing their animals here since I was a little kid. I got a dog a few years ago and even though I don't live near here, I still bring her here to get taken care of. Everyone who works here is very nice and clearly cares about animals. My dog has been seen here for a variety of reasons, including check ups, for her allergies, and when she's sick. I can usually get an appointment the same day if it's something urgent, which is nice. When I first got my dog, she ended up catching pneumonia from doggy day care and North Valley Vet helped take care of her and nurse her back to health. The prices also seem to be reasonable, both for vet visits and medication. I would recommend bringing your animal here if they need to be seen by a vet. I will definitely continue to bring my dog here.

Had to bring my dog because of an open cyst the Dr was able to remove it quickly and was able to pick up my woofer the same day. Price was affordable as well.

Took my sick cat here, the vet seemed to not care. They just tested her blood but no x-rays she died 3 days later. Not saying it's their fault, but I believe they could of done more. Plus, it was not low income almost 300 for visit, meds, and blood drawn.

My dog was seen by a vet there for a mass, it got worse over the course of 3 months. I made an appt with an oncologist, when i called the Nv Clinic to ask for his record the girl told me she had no record of us ever being there. I went there because of price, theyre just as much as other vets, i had to wait for over an hour to see the vet and now they have lost my records. Definately never go here
