This place was recommended by a local low cost vaccination place. Couldn't be more happy! The vet here is fabulous and takes their time explaining things. You can tell there is a love for the animals. I had the most difficult time finding a satisfying vet since I moved back to CA. The staff is wonderful!

Brought my 20 year old Black Lab mix because he was having trouble getting up on his back legs. We did have to wait almost all day to see the vet (covid issues I'm sure) but we were glad the vet would see him. My original vet had not seen him in years so they would not take him. We do regular care with a vet that goes to the pet shop. We thought our Kilo might have to be put to sleep but no the vet gave him so medication and recommended a special diet which is helping him tremendously. He is up and running, wagging his tail and playing with our young puppy. Everyone in the office from the person on the phone, the guy that took Kilo from the car and back and the vet was very nice, patience and helpful. We will be bringing our pets here whenever they need to see the vet.

Terry Johnson is so sweet and kind. Very thorough. She does not price gouge. My boy cat is better thanks to her suggestion for which foods to give him. We are so lucky to have finally found d someone we can trust in. Believe me, I have been to 2 other vets and they were not what we hoped.

I've been here a few times and every single time I've gone the service is great. All the staff are very friendly and caring. Whenever I come here I know my puppies are in good hands. Also in my opinion they're very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Bad attitude.... i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, find another place that cares about your love one.. I know there busy... but have some customer service on the phone...

Very Disappointed in Dill Veterinary. Our loved dog past away on Monday @ 2.30am went on their website and left them a message thru they're site for someone to please call me when they get in and today is Saturday evening and still No call back .Not a place for me to take my beloved dog if they can't even give you a call back especially at a time like this.

Service good, wait time not. 3 hrs

The compete worst customer service I have ever had at a vet. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. They checked my dog out. Failed to clip his nails correctly. Held medications hostage until I paid for a poorly done nail clipping. Attempted to blame me for their poor scheduling telling me I wrote down the wrong time. I had an appointment At 2pm. They tell me it was at 215. Well I got a text from them clearly showing the time. Failed to have any sort or communication skills with customers and failed to take any blame over a poor job done. They still expected me to pay for their shooty work then get mad when someone calls them out on it. Operator yells at me over the phone. Gets manager who is even worse than the operator lol. Defensive,insecure manager who doesn’t have any business dealing with people or issues. It’s a clown show here.

They've been great to us and our dog since the first day we walked into this place. Compared to most Vets, they aren't that pricey. They also accept CareCredit as a credit card for your dog. I absolutely love that because it's like I have a health credit card for both my dog and I.

My dog died because they put me on hold when I told them I was in parking lot with my dog who was having trouble breathing. They note that they are emergency vets, my dog having breathing problems seemed like an emergency to me. I've told others of my treatment. My daughter says she will not go there again.

Been going for many years can't see myself going anywhere else ......love the staff !!

Convenient walkin option, office visit fee $65

I took my cat here and he is a very gentle loving animal. I get they had to hold him to draw blood, but one of the vet techs was just holding his head down and my cats eye was already damaged. I told the vet my cats eye was bleeding and he said "it's ok it's going to come out tomorrow" I forgot his was my former vet and they did not treat my pitbull very nicely. I'm never going back, just went here, because i had to hurry for a blood panel and I needed it that day.

Just went for my dogs check up

Very comfortable taking my Ragdoll kitten here. I was attended promptly and the service was very good. Prices are okay and the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely taking my kitten here for any future care he needs.

They took care of my dog’s vaccination even if my dog has not had any haircut and bath for a long time!They are very professional in checking you in and out of the hospital.

I drive 80 plus miles to use them for all my breeding needs. Dr Jonson is great with my dog, and has me feeling at ease regarding any issues.
