Excellent service and good selection. Understaffed though.

Very limited on fish minimum service.

Terrible service today lady yelled at me for having my dog off the leash for literally half a minute. Trying to find a Halloween costume for him and they just had all their costumes in a shopping cart totally unorganized. Just left after she yelled at me won't be going back to that store.

Don’t close at 9 but at 6.

I used to love this store, it was very convenient but this is the third time I've had issues with them. First time they changed my dogs' groomer and he ended up with an uneven haircut. They didn't even tell me they were changing the groomer until the day I showed up for his appointment. The 2nd time I brought him to the grooming salon he got cut a couple of times and was told by the groomer she couldn't cut his nails but yet she charged me the whole amount plus nail filing. Once again I decided to bring my pup here and made an appointment for nail cutting, even confirmed over the phone. Showed up and now there is no record of such appointment. Don't waste your time dealing with their disorganized method of booking appointments, in SD I never had any issues with any of the Petsmarts.

Friendly staff , not very well trained in the fish department, yet thats over head issue for not training employees properly. Over all a clean, well stocked petsmart

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have my German Shepherd groomed. I called my vet and had his rabies vaccination records sent over in advance and called this petsmart to make sure they had received them. When I brought my dog in to be groomed, they denied that they had the records and sent us away despite telling me that they had them on the phone a few days before. Will never again try to make an appointment here. Huge waste of time

Its a very nice place to go they have lots of things for you dog cats there very nice and helpfull

This PetSmart ONLY has fish. Nothing else except pet supplies and it's not well ran. The employees leave the fish supplies all over there's no room to walk. Petco is better.

Stopped by while on a road trip with my dog . She needed water and I had already depleted my bottle of water and had forgotten her bowl . I felt like a bad dog momma . ☹️ I didn’t want to leave my dog in the hot car whole I ran into a store . So I’m walked in to this Petsmart and I explained my situation to the two young ladies ( wish I had gotten their names) . They went out of their way to get a bowl and water for my dog. I will make it a point to shop at Petsmart. Nicely done !

Bought some canned cat food and asked the clerk to explain the reward system and she did explained it well.

The guy wouldn't sell my five year old ONE tetra fish because our 25 gallon tank was too small. We literally have 2 other fish in the tank...

They didn't have Taste of the Wild cat food which is a standard for our cats. Also pricey. I prefer Lemos here in California, or the local family owned feed stores. Shop local ????
