I love Dr. Quinn, and if she ever leaves this practice, I will follow her anywhere she goes. She is absolutely wonderful and I wish she could continue being my dog's vet. Unfortunately, working with the staff has been such a headache that I need to find a new practice. My emails are never answered. I cringe whenever my dog is running out of her medicine, because I know I'm going to have to call the office and the pharmacy 4x each to try to get her prescription refilled. I learned the hard way to call and confirm that they called the prescription in after I waited in line at Walgreens for 45 minutes only to find out that the front desk hadn't called in her medication. These incidents are not isolated - it has been a pattern for years. My pup and I will really miss Dr. Quinn.

Love this pet hospital. They're very attentive, fast, and caring people. They treat my cat very well and offer up multiple medical options for every occasion. The goleta airport pet hospital is apart of a sisterhood of pet hospitals hospitals (such as the San roque one) and they communicate with one another pretty well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Quinn and her staff squeezed us in last minute as our cat was very sick. Although the diagnosis wasn't what we wanted to hear, at least we finally knew what was causing our beloved kitty to be in so much pain. Making the decision to end your pet's suffering is never easy. Dr. Quinn is competent and compassionate. She genuinely cares for her patients and their owners. We just want to say thank you. My daughter and I truly appreciate the kindness you showed to all of us. RIP sweet Callie

Quick response times, open availability and the staff is very friendly with pets. I brought my puppy here for his first shots and they’d remind me if i missed an appointment date.

Both Dr. Quinn and Dr. Brand are very good veterinarians. Capable and kind. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with.

Dr. Brand is amazing! Buddy my little English Bull Terrier was feeling sick and she fit me in that day. Being a doggie Dad is rough because they can't talk. Dr. Brand put me at ease and did a good job explaining what was going on. It made me feel good because it seems like she genuinely cares about her patients and their parents. Great vet, I would highly recommend her practice to someone looking for a solid veterinarian.

I have four cats 20 yrs, 9 yrs, and two 6 yrs old, and all needed care recently. I am very impressed at howresponsive their care was and am very grateful for Dr Brand’s caring and personal comments about my cats. I feel she “knows” them.

When I need help they are available. The system of dealing with covid is seamless. All the people are kind and friendly and happy. They care about my Maru and me, too. For the first time in 50 years I don’t dread going to the vet.

My partner and I recently adopted a little senior chihuahua named Chester. We knew he deserved the best possible love and care given his 10 mysterious years of life. Chester was already on speciality prescription food and eye drops that required a vet's order, so I wanted to be sure to establish care early on. I reached out to several veterinarians in Goleta/Santa Barbara but many were no longer accepting new 'petients' (I think I literally just invented a new term that works!). Based off Goleta Airport Pet Hospital's positive Yelp reviews, I called them up and the extremely friendly front desk staff member was able to get me in the following day. From the exterior, the hospital is not the most welcoming and the waiting/reception area could use a bit more decor. However, they have available leashes, leash tying stations, poop bags and dog (plus human) treats. I was also impressed by the sign on the front desk accompanied by a candle that is turned on for everyone to provide respect and use soft voices when their pet is being sent to pet heaven. Chester and I were brought back to an exam room right on time. The care tech was very welcoming and made sure Chester was comfortable. Unfortunately, I can't say he or myself are fans of the cold metal exam table, but it is what it is. We were asked a set of thorough questions regarding his medical history and general health--I was sure to bring proof of any and all neutering, teeth cleaning, blood and stool lab work, vaccinations and microchip records to speed up the initial process. Dr. Evelyn Brand then came in and was an absolute pleasure from the start. All while holding or petting Chester she was able to do a thorough head-to-claw physical assessment. She is super knowledgeable and provided me with many useful tips given I am a naive first-time dog owner. This involved eye and mouth care, dietary advice, answering questions on his odd habits, and educating me on any other dog basics. He did have a brief tear duct production test of which they allowed me to stay in the exam room to comfort him. The two techs who did a test were super friendly and loving. Shout out to them--I don't think I could do their job! I adored how everyone Chester came into contact with here was a pet lover and had a smile on their face. I was also impressed with their electronic online prescription website they use which allows me to have medications sent to my house directly. We will be doing a check in again in two weeks but I expect the care to be equally amazing. Chester and I thank you Goleta Airport Pet Hospital staff! Note: Keep in mind that they are closed weekends and after hours. You will be referred to San Roque Pet Hospital at those times.

Love Dr. Quinn and the awesome staff at Goleta Airport Pet Hospital! They are really gentle with my nervous senior pup. Currently, due to COVID, only your pet goes in the building. All conversations with the vet tech and doctor are over the phone. Someone comes to pick up your pet to bring them inside and then bring them out when their appointment is over.

We have been going to Airport Pet Hospital for over ten years. In the spring we had a new puppy who was very ill. Dr. Brand and Dr. Quinn were both so professional, responsive, and caring. We'll never forget their care during this challenging time for our family.

I've been with Goleta Airport Pet Hospital for 5 years. The good doctors at this location have taken care of two of my cats. They were so amazing and empathetic when my first cat - Pepper - died. They helped me through the process of legally disposing of Pepper's body with a lot of grace and sympathy. Appointments are easy enough to get and everyone who works there clearly LOVES animals. My cats have never had any "medical errors" under the care of Dr. Brandt. Highly recommend this location if you're nearby.

Dr. Brand and the staff are amazing, Very compassionate when we dealt with the illness of our elderly dog and through the process of losing her and now for the last 18 months with our new rescue pup. I highly recommend them!

I have been very unhappy with the receptionist at this office. One of them is nice but the other is very rude. I canceled an appointment today in less than 24 hours because my dog is feeling better. I was told there will be a warning on my account and next time if it happens I will be charged $35.00! I understand the policy but the receptionist that told me that was super shaming. I really liked the vet but most of the time you deal with the staff so I will finding a new vet.

We have been taking our dog here for 10 years. I love Dr. Quinn! She is so compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking your pet to see her. The receptionist, however, is a whole other story! She is the reason I rated this place 4 stars instead of 5. Like other people who have commented here, I found her to be horribly rude and unhelpful. She treats folks like they're stupid, when in reality we are just asking for more information. Just beware the receptionist! Once you get past her, this place is wonderful!

They've taken good care of our cats for about 5 years. Dr. Quinn provides compassionate care while working with us to stay within our means on medical costs. The vet techs are wonderful as well! I trust them completely.

The veterinarian and technicians were great. Knowledgeable, accommodating and quick with diagnosis. The receptionists were a whole other story. Rude through and through. Went out of their way to pet shame for an emergency walk in appointment. Used the word “euthanasia” multiple times to belittle my pets medical concerns.
