Dr. Yow and the staff (vet techs and Alex at the front desk) are wonderful! This is the best vet experience we have had with our highly anxious - and very health challenged - dog. And Dr. Yow is very thorough and her diagnosis and treatment plan is addressing the underlying causes and giving our dog relief. We highly recommend this vet practice.

Only problem is the amount of time it takes to get your animal in for a first appointment and the cost. But doctor and employee are great

Dr. Yau was amazing with my furbaby Rocky. He had such a complicated health situation and when other vets from Glendale to LA couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him, she could. I knew he was safe in her hands, she was always amazing at explaining his conditions and I believe she added more time to his life. Thank you Dr. Yau for being Rocky’s friend and angel!

My elderly German Shepherd dog, Zoe had her ear ripped nearly completely off at the Glenfora dog park, by a pit bull awhile back. (Whose owner refused to pay, even half) They stitched her ear and I cannot even see a scar. They took good care of her she was 15 at the time. I'm happy to say she will be celebrating her 17th birthday next week.

Dr.Yau is the absolute very best veterinarian out there!!! She's kind, compassionate, VERY knowledgeable, and patient. Our 10 year old Yorkie has Cushing's, Diabetes and a history of bladder stones. Dr Yau is an expert in all three. The staff is also top notch!! A great Veterinary Specialty Group!

Dr. Yau is a smart, caring, excellent doctor. Four years ago I brought my beloved pup to her with chronic kidney disease that was getting worse. Because of her wise and thoughtful plan of care, Teddy is sleeping next to me as I write this. I'm so grateful to Dr. Yau and recommend her highly!

I am writing this only to help future clients of this animal hospital. My family had left our cat in the care of these professionals with a very important and sentimental memorabilia blanket to keep our pet calm while he could not be with us. Within a matter of days the hospital lost this blanket and has yet to return it to us. I do believe this hospital does a good job with their care but I hope that this review deters another family from bringing in any personal item with their pet as this company is known to loose, misplace, and not return the item back to the owner.

Our dog was losing ground in kidney failure. Dr. Yau ran many tests and Came up with a treatment plan. We were losing her. Now 3 weeks later she is stronger and much more active. She had been sick for 2 1/2 months and getting no where under other care. They saved her life. The staff is very good there as well. Very compassionate and professional.

I had to use the emergency services of this vet and I could not be more grateful. My dog was attacked and had to have her ear amputated but Dr was able to save her ear drum even with extensive damage. Follow up appointments and care were superb. Any questions we had about how or what to do were answered. This vet group was so extremely helpful and supportive. I really can't express how thankful I am for everything they did. (I'll spare you the before photos ????)

New digs for a awesome veterinary internal medicine specialist, Dr Vivian Yau. Dr Yau is a excellent clinician with great caring staff. She diagnosed his IBD and has continued to help me stabilize and maintain my dog's health.

Dr. Yau has a rare combination of clinical knowledge & skills, compassion and efficiency that give any pet top-notch care. She quickly diagnosed my cat's serious condition and recommended all options including pros and cons. There was not a moment I felt she took her focus off my cat. She called me back after hours to discuss new discoveries; she carried out the most efficient way in confirming the condition. I appreciate and recommend her greatly.

I can't say enough about how much Dr. Yau cares about her patients, the level of care she provides is unparalleled. She has treated two of our dogs for serious conditions and she is so very thorough and communicative. She also knows where to get foods and meds at the best price, she really empathizes with her pet patients and their parents. Highly recommended.
