I can not express how truly grateful I am to this team. Dr Mock was our veterinarian today and I am completely grateful for her compassion, knowledge and total honesty regarding our puppy. We Now have our Vet. No place has come close to the real ness, compassion, knowledge and over all caring as we received here. Thank u Dr Mock and all other Tec s for make an extremely hard moment so much easier. I highly recommend VCA Alosta Animal Hospital above all else Thank you!!!

My dog was examined by both Dr. Chadik and Dr. Tam...they were thorough and had great communication. The staff here are great and are always on top of things. I also know they love my dog. We occasionally board our dog here and he gets excited (happy excited) when we pull in the driveway. Even the groomer is great! It is a little pricey, but you can choose the best options for your pet.

Took my dog in for a broken back (his 2’nd one) They were very good here. I have 4 dogs currently, i’ve had dogs my whole life and I’ve been to Probably 50 veterinarians in my life. These people were cool, Dr. was knowledgeable and kind. Very thorough all the way around. They explained everything great. The people with bad reviews are probably just a crabby. People get hotheaded when they feel they don’t get what they want. Just my opinion, but these people are very good with me

Absolutely the best animal hospital ( Best "animal needs place" cuz they do it all, not just emergencies), I've ever been to! The staff are AMAZING, super helpful & so nice! There was an assistant named Kelcy who was awesome, she was so kind & truly cared about my animal! I was turned away from over a dozen other places due to my dog current skin condition, for which he sees a dermatologist (they were closed). This was the only place that agreed to see him and furthermore, help him!! Dr. Chadik, was hands down, the best vet I've ever come in contact with! Her passion to WANT to help & her ability to actually help animals is amazing. If it wasn't for VCA ALOSTA, my dog would be dead! I recommend this hospital for any animal needs someone might have! They are my new permanent vet for all & any of my animals needs! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR AMAZING HARD WORK!

Dr. Chadik helped our dog after we were turned away at 2 other vet offices. She and her assistant Kelcy were compassionate, friendly and incredibly tender and our dog was treated like he was their family dog. They went above and beyond to make our dog comfortable and you can tell the doctors and staff here care about animals and are passionate about the job they do.

I have been bringing my puppy here since June 2019 based on the recommendation of a friend, and both my pup and I have been very pleased with our experiences here. Everyone is helpful and friendly, the facilities are well maintained and appear well cleaned, and my dog is well taken care of. People are quick to answer the phone and respond to questions and concerns. The only reason I would consider giving four instead of five stars is that I have had to wait more than 20 min past my scheduled appointment times to be seen, which is stressful due to a demanding schedule; however, I understand that it is easy to be kept long with previous patients and appointments, and it is evident that VCA Alosta works hard to run as effectively as possible.

I have always went to this animal hospital when it was alosta animal hospital..the staff was very friendly and caring..now the new staff are very rude...will not recommended to anyone..I believe every animal and human deserve there respect..I was turned away yesturday according to them I was late to the appointment..I believe if you are taking an animal it's because it needs help..and they could have made arrangements to accommodate..not turn people away..

I haven’t a clue as to why so many bad reviews. I’ve experienced nothing but greatnesses from all staff members. …

Office staff is awkward and not the friendliest. Doctor is ok as far as I could tell. However, I took one of my bulldogs to get neutered here and he was TRAUMATIZED after the experience. He was in lots of pain and scared of everything. A year has passed now and my dog has become untrusting of people and terrified mostly of tall men. Not sure if this had anything to do with the doctor but the problem only came about after getting him neutered here. Don’t know what happened that day but will NEVER go back after my dog reacted this way. Very upsetting.

I took my 9 year old shihtzu into the hospital yesterday because she was breathing heavy and had a slight cough they checked her over and everything seemed to be okay or so they thought. They sent me home with some antibiotics and some cough medicine. about three hours later she was dead. At least they got their money for the medication. And I got to bury my baby.

No good for boarding. Neglected a health issue and misplaced paperwork. They showed a 4.3 Google rating, but when I read further, 2 recent ratings were very bad and the rest were done anonymously years ago. I think they're bogus planted "anonymous" good ratings.

Called 3 vets and all were around &170. to $230. to put down our 48 pound small Lab. Get up to VCA at 4:00 on 11/11/15 with an appointment confirmed in the morning of 11/11 at the $170.00. To include cremation and return of the remains. Before they put Lucy down they asked for payment of $589.00. That's right FIVE HUNDRED and EIGHTY NINE dollars. So I nicely explained the situation and the discrepancy in fees and the lady apologized and said she would due the best she could. Now she quotes $254.00. So I give her my credit card and she say's "Your total is $389.00". As nicely as I could, cause I'm steaming now, I instructed her to return my dog, and that I felt I was being ripped off AND THAT that very morning the $170.00 was confirmed. Came home, called Cypress Animal Hospital and was quoted $220.00. AVOID VCA AT ALL COSTS! James Kemp

I am just giving everyone heads up that they sold out to Banfiled who, are a group of shareholders ( Doctors) who don't give two cents about you or your pet only the $$ that their doctors make and mind you they must meet a quota every month or their booted out. So you know what that means cold doctors who don't care about your circumstances only how much they can shake out of you.
