It’s hard to find a vet that will see the owner and pet together in a room like the good ole days of pre-covid. Mainly why I was jazzed about GPC. Thought I made the appointment with Dr Kim but got Dr Huang. Guess Dr Kim left suddenly. What vet doesn’t touch the animal? I brought both my cat and dog. Both sweet and submissive. Dr Huang had me take my cat out of the carrier, hold him for this and that. Same with my dog. Even had me collect the urine sample.(Collecting was nearly impossible and took days) I’ve never had to pay so much, to do all the work. Way overpriced, she did not do a typical physical exam or physical tests on either dog or cat, such as dental, abdominal, walking, movement. Did all the talking without hearing of the medical history on either. Made assumptions about flea allergies and prescribed meds and shots that were not in line with my pets tolerances. I did all the work, paid WAY too much money, and neither pet was any better off. She recommended my dog get an ultrasound because her urine protein was elevated. Suggested cancer or tumor. How about not jumping to the worst case scenario first in hopes to gouge clients for money on unnecessary worry and tests?? Go down the street to San Dimas Animal Hospital where the bedside manner, care, and prices are all beyond better and reasonable.

They were friendly and they treated our pup with care. Seemed a little on the expensive side. But after leaving without every thing the dog needed. We managed to leave with a bill of under $160.00. They are about the same price.as other vets. But they give you a choice. Thank you. Seniors.

I took my Ginger there after deciding to try a new vet. A few friends recommend it. I love this place. Everyone is terrific. Ginger loves it. It's a bit of a drive, but well worth it.

Dr. Haung is wonderful she takes great care of are pets. She takes the time to talk to us making sure to give us every detail about our dogs she answers all of our questions gives of different recommendations on certain dog foods, or products. The staff are always so friendly and kind as well. Thank you everyone at Glendora Pet Care Center for doing such a awesome job!! ????

Took my dog Rory here and she loved it! I will definitely be continuing our pet needs here she actually gets excited to go here! All the employees actually seem to enjoy caring for our furbabies

I initially followed Dr Oliver here a couple years ago after she left Glendora VCA. So glad I did. So sad Dr Oliver left shortly after arriving here but my cats and I were very lucky to be in the very capable and caring hands of Dr Huang. Both of my cats are now 20 so as you can imagine their care is both more challenging and delicate. She has been so amazing and impressive with her approach to their health. She has skillfully navigated the ups & downs while being genuinely empathetic. She’s upfront and honest yet kind and understanding. Not an easy balance to strike. Her staff reflects the same approach and attitude and are very friendly and thorough. Upon the rare occasion I may have to wait but it’s few and far between and I don’t mind as they do their very best to be respectful of our time. Plus, they give amazing care so it’s worth the rare instance. To top it off, gtg great care at an affordable price!

Dr. Huang has been such a wonderful veterinarian. She has taken such great care of my kitties and is so knowledgeable about their health needs. The office staff is also so very kind and responsive.

Very good customer service and the Veterinarian took her time to explain things regarding our puppy.

Everyone at the Vets office was really nice, My dog was squeezed in for a last minute visit and was treated and sent home with meds. It was quick. the Vet was amazing. My dog ???? loved ❤ the Vet visit. I'll forsure keep this my to go Vet for my fur babies ????

The staff is very professional and caring.

I get the whole social distancing someone has to come out % retrieve the pet bit to leave us outside waiting for 20 mim! We went to another pet clinic. Took the cat in 5 mib after we got there. Ww didn't get an apology for having to wait when they called us. Made me wonder how animals were being treated

Dr. Huang is awesome. Always very caring and thorough with my pet. Takes time and answers all of our questions and provides best care for our dog.

So glad I found this place. I took one of my dogs there for a minor ailment. The doctor spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and didn't try to talk me into running unnecessary tests on him. An added bonus they answered the phone, got me in same day and didn't have to wait too long to see the doctor. Very impressive.

They have a friendly front office staff which is different than most vet offices. The staff genuinely seems concerned about your pet and does check in after visit to see how things are going.

The. Best. Vet. So caring and helpful yet direct and thorough. I really appreciate being able to get an appointment quickly, being seen so quickly upon arrival but then, feeling that once the vet came in the room the exam is never rushed and she is so detailed in her information. So grateful for this location.

This is a great place to bring your pet. Dr. Oliver is the best Veterinarian she is so kind to your pet but to you as the pet owner as well.

Caring people here. It doesn't get much better and we were treated fair and compassionate.

Dr. Huang took excellent care of our rescue kitten. She informed us that our lil girl rescue was actually a boy....even tho we kept calling him a she out of habit. Dr. Huang treated our rescue kitten for ear mites, worms and fleas. She gave us knowledge on proper feeding, training, and follow up care. She is very honest and caring. Thank you to Dr. Huang and her assistant for providing us with excellent service. We highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Huang is very capable, kind, and attentive to what our critters need. Also, this facility has recently been fully upgraded and is state-of-the-art. I highly recommend this place.

This is my first time taking one of my dogs to Dr. H. and I love her and the staff. I first met Dr. H a few weeks ago when I dropped by without an appointment to discuss a holistic approach to treating my dogs condition.Unfortunately we were not able to take that approach today but I am very impressed with Dr. H and all her staff who made myself and Loki very comfortable. If you are a former patient of Dr. Oliver I strongly recommend Dr. H .

DON'T GO HERE! The doctor and the nurse team don't handle fragile small animal with proper care. My guinea pig died in their hands a few weeks ago. My pig was sick but far from dying. They took her for some lab work, and in 15 minutes they told me that my pig was gone...in a very cold voice. All they said that they didn't do anything and my pig suddenly died. Anyone can believe this?! Do you see any respect to life, or care for the pet or owner in this case? I would give them negative review if possible.
