Idk how these horrible place is even open. They don’t follow the health code or any guidelines. This place needs to be closed and reported. If you value the life and safety of your dog so not take them there

Clean establishment and friendly service. Took my maltipoo in for haircut, nail trim, bath, etc. they did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

When I called to see if they had any same day appointments, they told me if we got there quickly, they'd be able to give my dog a full groom. Great. They were shown a picture we show every groomer as to what length is good. Well, they called me after about 40 minutes letting me know my dog was ready, which really confused me because my dog's groom (American eskimo / Pomeranian) normally takes about 2-3 hours. I immediately knew they didn't try very hard and I was right. My dog's hair was way too short, they basically just shaved it all off. Would not recommend.

I love Verdugo Pet Cabin. The groomers are so loving and accommodating. One of my dogs is a biter and the other one is extremely scared and shakes the entire time. They have never complained about my dog biting and they accommodate my other dog in making sure they have her in and out within an hour, so she's not in the crate too long shaking and being scared. My girls always come out looking adorable and smelling fresh.

Our dog had his first nail clipping today. We were fortunate to meet Annette. She pet the dog and let him feel comfortable before clipping the nails. It was so obvious that Annette loves her job. Mike was very relax since Annette was very gentle with him. So much kindness in her towards dogs. I would like to thank Annette for this very good experience I am sure we will return for more services. Also thank you very much for the clean environment.

The staff is always friendly, the business is clean, and price is fair. My dogs go in looking shaggy and come out looking great! My small dogs are $50 each. This includes the shampoo and hair cut, nail trim, gland expressing, and a cute bandana or bow.

Diana is one of the best groomer's around she has been grooming our dogs for over 25 years. She is patient kind and gentle with your fur babies. We have had her groom our rabbits over the years I'm fortunate also to call her my family.

the owner does a good job. when she is busy she has her friend groom the dogs. this woman does not have a license and cut my dog, plus did a terrible job. this woman is clueless. do not take ur dog to this place. they also cut off a dogs tail. bad place

Been going to Diane for years. It’s the only place to go if you want happy and calm when you pick them up. She’s gentle, so they aren’t scared before or afterward.

my puppy had a bad experience previously so he was scared of groomers. Diana turned him around. Now he loves to go to his spa appointments. :-)

Diana has done such an amazing job with not only grooming the dogs, but caring for them and making the experience for both the pet and the owner very personalized. I am on my 3rd dog that I look to Diana to care for him as I do. She is a good person doing good work. I have recommended many of my own friend & customers to utilize her services. I am glad she is around for all of us, hope that the community continues to support her special pet cabin.
