EXTREMELY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF with an IQ of a 2nd grader. The veterinarians here have been misdiagnosing medical issues and have been killing people's pets and will not take accountability for their actions! They are more expensive than VCA and everyone knows VCA is one of the more expensive vets in town! Their staff are incompetent and they should not be allowed to practice!

DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE! INEXPERIENCED, UNPROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! Always late for appointments, double charges, extra non sense charges like "supplemental support", and inability to answer medical questions and return phone calls! They have KILLED many other people's pets because of their malpractice! Read their yelp reviews! Their bad Google reviews are not being posted and a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake! They charged me almost $300 for an ear infection and couldn't provide me with a receipt, and when I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste, I was told I would be receiving one by Dr. Fedyniak and Noreen, yet somehow they "forgot". I've called 4 different days this week asking to speak to the Medical Director, Dr. Delvecchio. ALL front desk staff, noreen, Cindy, and Lacey are completely dense and lack common sense. When I called to speak to the medical director, Lacey kept questioning why, despite previously calling and explaining to her that I never had a chance to speak with the doctor yet, and still had questions regarding Dr. Fedyniak's assessment and treatment plan. Lacey cuts me off while I'm talking and says well looks like the vet already sent you a long email on the Sunday (which is before I asked to speak to the medical director) and so how is that email related to my current questions and phone calls? Did you even read the email? Had you done so before saying something so dense, you would know it was a copy and paste vague email regarding diet, totally unrelated to the medication he prescribed or why we were even there in the first place!! She wasted 15 minutes on the phone with me only to keep asking the same questions and then ask well what questions do you have with his medications? So now receptionist have the scope of practice of doctors and can answer my question of why Dr. Fedyniak is prescribing ear medication that is DOUBLE the dose and DOUBLE the treatment time of what's instructed by the manufacturer!? The medication was also more than double that of other vets and petco!!! They also claimed they cleaned the ears and charged $80 for it, yet I still saw debri in there. Dr. Fedyniak is an amateur vet with less than 5 years of experience. He called me PRIOR to his assessment to tell me his plans and if I was ok with the charges. I said ok and expected a call from him once his assessment was completed and to explain the medication he's going to be giving, but instead someone named David called, who did not identify his job title and simply said the medication is to be given. He had no idea if it was a steroid, or the doseage, or side effects. Come to find out it makes your dog DEAF. Furthermore, Dr. Fedyniak prescribed a doseage for a 60 lb dog, not a 10 lb dog!! If he can't resolve a simple ear infection, let alone follow the instructions on the manufacturer label then he should go back to school or seek continuing education and be under the supervison of a vet with more experience. With that being said I have filed complaints against both the medical director and Dr. Fedyniak to the California veterinary board to have their practice investigated. This vet is a complete rip off and tried to change me for 2 exams just to do a rabies titer! I called over 10 other vets and they are the only ones who did this! Every time I called and asked to speak to a Manager, or Medical Director I was told they would call me back and no one ever did. If you love and care about your pet DO NOT take them here! Dr. Fedyniak's inexperience and malpractice and Dr. Delvecchio's negligence may cost your pets life!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Parkview for years, and I’ve always been given high quality customer service. All the vets at Parkview are excellent. However, recently my dog, Snoopy, has been seeing Dr. Kramer and she is by far one of the best vets I have ever met. She is so thorough that she actually caught a few cancer diagnoses in my precious fur baby. She has such great compassion and dedication to the field of veterinary medicine. I am forever grateful for everything she and everyone at Parkview has done for Snoopy. I highly recommend Parkview.

Parkview Pet Clinic is top notch!. Dr Delvecchio is the best! He is always so kind in addition to being highly skilled and professional. It is also obvious he really loves the pets he treats. The other doctors there are terrific as well. Taking your pet there for care, you are in very good hands.

I have been taking my pets to Parkview for about 15 years now. Very satisfied with the veterinarians, their knowledge, care and responsiveness. I live in La Crescenta and drive an extra 4 miles because I have been pleased with the overall quality and service over the years.

Such a complicated thing to write. We’ve had many sicknesses and said goodbye to a few loved ones here. The staff is happy to answer all questions, front desk staff is outgoing and gives 110% everyday. Great docs.

I used to like Parkview Pet Clinic who had many years ago seen many of my dogs and cared for them. I brought my dog here for a possible stomach obstruction, and they misdiagnosed it, and after charging me $1500, told me to bring my dog the next day at 8 a.m. When I brought my dog to be seen the next day at 8 a.m. and called their facility that was there, they told me that I was not on their schedule. What made it worst was Lacey (who worked there) started making excuses for them, saying it wasn't their fault because they're short staffed. Well, it actually is the business's fault to make sure staffing issues are addressed, and since they misdiagnosed my dog, this was serious. And that I wanted to speak with a manager about this. No matter called me on my cellphone. I ended up taking my dog to MASH, which correctly read the x-rays and found that it was an obstruction in the dog's stomach. it turned out to be a toy that he chewed up and got lodged in the stomach (don't know if it was in the small or large intestines since i'm not the doctor). Luckily, MASH came through. What I did not appreciate was Park View blaming me, getting defensive when it was their mistakes, especially after failing to schedule my dog for the follow up, and then refusing to allow me to speak to a manager about this. Just horrible services. This place has gone down hill.

I would highly suggest you look elsewhere if you are in need of a Vet Clinic. The staff there are rude and not helpful when issues arise. The head Vet Joseph Del Vecchio is highly incompetent in my opinion. They only care about is churning cash flow for the clinic. I won’t make this a long diatribe but short and to the point. My dog had a severe ear infection was treated by Dr Del Vecchio prescribed medication and after close to $400 was told to come back after medication and home treatment. All is good right so you think my dog was better we come back for the recheck of his ear for another $100. The Vet Dr Del Vecchio gives my dog a look plus does another ear sample for infection tells me straight your dogs ear infection is gone. Two days later my dog is doing the ear problem behavior again shaking his head etc. I call the office and explain my problem and tell the staff the Vet Dr Del Vecchio just gave my dog a clean bill of health 2 days ago what should we do. Of course they recommend bring your dog in. I say I was just there do I need to pay a fee? They say yes another office visit fee? I say can’t that be waved maybe the vet missed something or the test was faulty why should I pay again for your miss diagnosis? No answer the right thing would have been just bring your dog back maybe we missed something or the test was fault. Nope! Stay away from this incompetent vet Dr. Del Vecchio and the rude staff at Petview Clinic. One last note I’ve been a client there for many many years and spent lots of money you think that would mean something. Find one of the many other clinics in the area.

I have been taking my pets to Parkview Pet Clinic since 1991! Over the years, there has been a change in ownership and management, and all of the changes have only made my experience with my pets' care even better. The team of vets at the clinic is excellent as are the vet techs and office staff. I appreciate that the clinic is open 7 days per week, and even through all the difficulties with Covid, Parkview makes it easy and safe to schedule appointments, bring pets in for visits with techs or vets, and communicate all necessary concerns and info. The care is thorough and compassionate and advice is knowledgeable and clear.

We had a cat being treated for high blood pressure (a side effect of her kidney disease). Her readings were 197-203 which is VERY high. Each test we were told that if the reading was in the normal range, we would receive a call from the front desk/tech. If not in the normal range, we'd receive a call from the vet THAT DAY. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. For multiple months we attempted to talk to Dr. Delvecchio by telephone. We'd call being told we were on the callback list for that day, or the person who took the call would deliver the message in person, or a note would be put on his desk, all for a callback that day! Instead, we would receive an email up three days later from Dr. Delvecchio, AFTER we put in a request for a callback. If you aren't going to talk to the client be honest and let them know. Treat your paying client with respect! We could have resolved in 5 minutes on the telephone what took days leading to 2 months of emailing back and forth. The issue was not resolved after 2 months of email communication. We took our cat to another vet. Immediately the vet altered the medication(s) for the high blood pressure. One week later the blood pressure test came back normal. The vet called me right after the blood pressure test was taken telling me it was normal continue as you have been doing. A 2nd blood pressure reading was taken a week later. Normal, again the vet called me directly right after the test was given with the same update. Now that is how you treat your clients.

Everyone at Parkview has been continually great for our little Kona! Even if we got onto a rocky start (she peed on the first technician to pick her up from our car because she's a quarantine puppy) she loves going to the vet. Whenever we have an incident and they are closed, they get back to me as soon as possible to fit Kona in between appointments to make sure she is okay. We've been able to talk to a vet and ask all the questions we have whenever something comes up. She had her spay surgery last week and they have been calling to check-in and even let us bring her in to make sure the stitches are healing okay. Thank you to the whole team at Parkview!

Parkview Pet Clinic is the best clinic for pets. I absolutely adore the vets! My pets and I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alec Fedyniak, who has taken care of both my loves, Louie and Nala! So happy and grateful for the quality of his service, along with his sincerity and humility, traits you look for both on a personal and professional level. Look no further: take your pets to Parkview!

We used to take our cats to a vet closer to where we lived, but I always felt he was just doing a job, and that he really didn't see the animals as companions who mattered to their owners. We had a heartbreaking experience when one of our elderly cats had to be put to sleep, and I swore I'd never take another pet of ours there, ever again. I found Parkview online and brought in our youngest cat to be neutered. I loved how they treated him and us, and I had no problem making Parkview our regular place. All our cats got their shots there, and when it was time to let the next kitty go, they were kind and compassionate and Dr. Tang mourned with us. We brought in our newest little girl for her shots and Dr. Kaplan was just as wonderful as everyone else has been. AND they made a followup call to check on her the next day; we don't get that kind of treatment from our OWN doctors! It's a bit of a drive for us, but we don't mind. They're also very good at discussing options and costs and not pressuring us into making quick decisions. Parkview is the only place I want to take our pets. I just wish I had found them years ago.
