These are true angels received this precious gift for my my bday it was short of three days, when I rushed Alegria to be treated , she contracted parvo, and passed away after they made attempts to save her ❤ my heart aches ???? R.I.P. Alegria means joy in english

Really Afforable vet - I had my cat spayed here in November 2021. Was definitely the best price out of the few vets I called. I Recommend this place for anyone looking to spay/neuter. The staff was very friendly/helpful as well! They also have a rescue cat named Oliver that lives at the office - he was the cutest and so welcoming!

Staff was very kind and helpful. They're reasonably priced and have a wonderful system of appointments, going in and coming out. They gave Dodger the best treatment a cat can want. Dodger is even scheduled to be neutered. Thanks again to the vets and staff at this Pet Hospital/clinic.

Took my boy in to get neutered. Staff was super friendly and informative. The price was reasonable and no one tried to upsell me. My boy is recovering nicely. Will be looking into changing his full time care to Vet Care Per Clinic!

I was so impressed with Dr. Fong and the staff at VetCare. My pup has extreme anxiety and has a difficult time with vet visits. I've been looking for a new vet who would be a good fit. Our previous vet, who is just down the road from VetCare, was always rushed, seemed uncomfortable with my dog's anxiety, was quick to examine and diagnose - sometimes incorrectly, and charges were quite high. Plus pet owners are still not allowed to go in with their pets. VetCare on the other hand, allows pet owners inside during their appointment. Dr. Fong was so patient and very thorough. She was calm and spent all the time needed to make my pup comfortable. She examined her and explained several options available. I did not feel rushed or pressured and the cost was so reasonable. This is exactly how a vet should be. I definitely will be bringing my pets here in the future.

It's a convenient service. I've been using the service for several years. The vet at Ontario place was nice, but it seems like they no longer come to Ontario. So, I had to go to Rancho Cucamonga place for a few years. The RC vet was very arrogant. The vet didn't do anything. He was like sitting on the chair with his arms crossed while his assistant did everything for him. I wish they come to Ontario again.

Wait time. I had an appointment. I arrived early. Waited at least 10-15 minutes to enter, then another 10-15 for my pets to be treated/receive vaccinations that took approximately 10 minutes to complete.

I'm very happy with my experience at this clinic. It was small. The nurses were very professional and kind to my lovers cat who's kinda skittish. But he loves that cat, so it made me feel very reassured when the nurse took just as much time to put him at ease as she did with his furbaby. The care was thorough and to the point. We all left feeling very satisfied with the manner in which we had been treated. Thank you. Our animals don't last so long so we need to keep them round for as long as possible.

The receptionist on the phone when I was inquiring about surgery dates... She could have been a little more patient. She was very short and rushing me off the phone. That being said she still got me the appointment I needed. The day off the surgery was great. Joshua explained everything! Koda seemed very well. The only other thing, I think maybe the cone was a little massive for Koda. Her head is so deep in the cone, she can't eat or drink without help. Vet care Pet clinic is a great place and their mobile clinic is awesome, too!

I chose this hospital because of the great pricing. I have two feral adopted kittens, and the unexpected costs were not something I had planned for. The price is more affordable by far compared to the dozen other "affordable low cost" clinics, so as far as service and quality of visit I honestly wasnt expecting much. It was so smooth, the drop off and the pick up without much wait time (far cry from the usual 30-45min waits at other vet offices), and they were very friendly and informative. The fast paced nature of the services is a no fuss style- theres no overly detailed attention, but thats what I was looking for. They do the job very efficiently, and the price is beyond comparison so I am very happy with this clinic. Neuter or spay needed? This is definitely a great and affordable place!!

They are NOT low cost vaccines. We paid $75 for vaccines that others would of charged us $15. I called RC animal center & they said they had a low cost clinic on weekends done by vet care pet clinic. I called vet care and receptionist was very rude and they didn’t give me the cost per vaccines or much info. They figure know one would show up if we knew the cost upfront. We decided to go on sat since we liked that it was drive thru it be safer during this pandemic. We waited In the lot of Rc animal center in our car for over an hour. My husband paid the high price since he just wanted our dog vaccinated & didn’t want to search for another place. He thought maybe vaccines have gone up ALOT since the last time we had our previous dogs vacc. We we got home I searched other vets and they were all much lower for same vaccines $15-$30 they are ripping people off and rc animal center needs to give the vaccines themselves and get rid of this vet
