I love taking my dogs here!

I've been taking my dogs here for 7 years and was very happy. Then the pandemic hit. The dropped their "newer clients" and won't answer their calls. Really disappointing. On the upside a found a great new place for my dogs, with better customer service

This is the best dog grooming facility around. They always take care of my pup and provide excellent service - they’re always smiling! Your pup will come out looking great, smelling fresh & wagging their tail every time. They are not high volume however so appointments are limited. Be patient :)

The greatest! They love our fur babies, as if they were theirs! Wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤????????‍????????❤ YOU ROCK HAPPY DOG!

I love Happy Dog! They take such wonderful care of my Lulu and took great care of my previous dog Gidget as well. Since they're so experienced, they were the first to notice that my Gidget was having health issues and recommended a vet visit. I'm so grateful to them.

Might be good, but too hard to tell since they canceled my appointment and left me hanging with no other options. I gave them a 2nd chance and tried to reschedule later and despite the inconvenience of the cancellation, they wanted to schedule me over 2 weeks out with no apology or attempts to make good. Plenty of other groomers in town who appreciate my business, this just isn't one of them.

They are good but not really there for the service. They have just enough dogs scheduled to pay the bills, and it doesn't seem like they want to work any harder to pick up new clients. There are too many other shops that do a good job. I used them in the past because their location to my home was convenient but a few blocks away my dogs are just as happy.

They were great with my small dog, were kind, gentle and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

These lady's do the best job for my shih tzu. I've taken him to three other places locally and he never looks as good as he does when he comes home from happy dog. The only thing that is a negative is that they are booked out for about two weeks, but that says a lot about their loyal customer retention.
