Been using them for 12 years, they take real great care of our dog when we are on vacation. The love and compassion they show our pet is amazing! Great staff. Great service!

Becareful here they had an outbreak of covid amongst workers and yet are still opened they didnt even close to do a cleaning! How Irresponsible!! If you recently been here id get tested because other people tested positive around these girls.

I'm worried because my dog was so scared when I picked it up, and he stayed only one night. So I wondering how they care our furry friends.

This was our first boarding experience for our puppy, Magnus. We had a terrific experience from the check in process to the check out process. The staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely caring of our puppy! Next time we are in town, we will certainly use their services again! Thank you Animal Friends Pet Hotel for making Magnus' first time away from home a most enjoyable one!

Both my dogs just love this place.

We have boarded three pets at the facility over the years and grooming services. The vet who owns this and neighboring clinic has done great things for the community and provides excellent care and service for pets. The facilities aren't flashy but everyone is friendly and caring and our pets have always appreciated them.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place. Looking forward to making future business with them again. I would like to thank all their staff for their hard work.

We always take Barry here. 3 times already in last 6 months. They took our adopted 9 yr old on short notice. He is always cleaned & groomed for me upon return. And he really needed it. They truly care about your pet as if their own. Never any issues with this place! U can trust them. Thx for being so good to Barry.

The front office staff were friendly and kind. We left our dog here for 3 days and the only thing that bothered me was that when we picked her up we realized that she smelled like a mixture of baby powder (did not have this scent on her prior) and feces. Come to find out that she had dried up fecal matter on her paws...I'm sure there are a lot of dogs to take care of, but I wish there was an attempt to clean her up a little bit rather than mask the smell.

Puppy was happy at the end of the week.

Good pets' hotel, my dog has been taken care well for three days, reasonable price.

Took my medium haired ginger kitty in for a lion cut. He looks adorable and smells great.

The first time i took my dog anywhere to stay without me i took him here. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Not overly exspensive which is nice and my dog also got a bath there and they go on 2 walks a day. Cathy and Jennifer are the sweetest.

Came early because i had to work didn't helps at all didn't treata me with any respect and just said "we don't open til 8 take a seat or sit outside"

When you need to leave your beloved furbaby with people who go the extra mile. I highly recommend this facility with all my heart. For twenty plus years I have taken all my dogs here for overnight stays, grooming and day care. You can rest assured that your pet will be pampered and cared for by loving nurturing individuals. Exceptional care and grooming at very reasonable cost.

I worked there for 3 weeks. They have absolutely no respect for their staff and customers, constantly got yelled at, they don't put any safety hazards on the cages for aggressive dogs, Managment lacks on punctuality and they refuse to provide any PPE for their employees. There was gloves only in 1 size, no hand soap, and no hand sanitizer. I also got attacked by one of the dogs there and supposedly they forgot she didn't like men even though it's been in her records for 3 years and didn't even mention anything. So if your looking for a job don't do it.

I have a geriatric chow and I explicitly explained his medical conditions over the phone and they said "No, problem." The day of our trip we took Ollie to their facility and my baby has respiratory issues, it is age nothing contagious. Well we barely entered the lobby and Large Marge comes out and starts bellowing out that there is something wrong with Ollie. So I am calmly trying to explain Ollie's condition but Marge was not listening at all. So my husband took Ollie outside because she was scaring him with her loud voice. Ollie may be old but he isn't deaf and neither are my husband and I. So after getting no where with this lady she tells us that Ollie has to see their vet...ok. Well she takes Ollie from us and takes him to see the vet. Since we weren't allowed to go with Ollie, which is odd... She comes back and tells us and everyone else within ear shot that Ollie has laryngeal paralysis. I am a nurse and I tried explaining Ollie's condition to her but this woman loves the sound of her booming voice. After speaking with my husband we decided to board Ollie at another facility and we had zero problems at the other hotel and I am glad that we found out how incompetent this place is....So hell no would I recommend this place!!!!

First time bringing my dog here for pet boarding. Cathy and Marie are awesome and took care of him very well. My wife and I are extremely happy with them and now we can have peace of mind every time we travel and can't take Chewby with us. Highly recommend this business and their people ????

They are the greatest staff with my two German shepherds, Heidi and Shea.

I've brought my dogs here for over 25 years. Never a bad experience,very clean. We call it Doggy camp and all my dogs have LOVED it!
