Really helpfull and they always have what i need

The pandemic has been tough on all of us, and to help manage my anxieties with it, I've been always choosing to opt in for curbside pickup. Today however, was probably the worst experience for any curbside pick up order. I arrived there at 7:04pm, 4 minutes after they no longer do curbside. I called and asked if it's still possible and the person I was talking to was quick to say no because they end it at 7. I asked if people are wearing masks inside and she replied that although they require it, their customers don't. I get it. So I asked again if it's possible for them just to bring it out and she was quick to say that all their members are busy helping other people. It is not my first time there and I know they are not that helpful or busy. It is hard to believe her as well since she didn't check since she was busy telling me no each time. If you're willing to bend other rules, why not help me out who is only 4 minutes late? Petco apparently has curbside pickup until 9pm. Petsmart was closer to my home, but they wont waste more time driving there or writing this review. Chewy also has better prices if you can wait 1-3 days for shipping. Decided not to leave only 1 star since I was the one who was late.

Petsmart has quite a huge selection for almost anything animals. I've only been here a couple times, they have some cool fish and birds some dogs very cool experience to be able to see them all. I think they also have a preventative care vet type thing also l. I havnt used it myself though. It's pretty easy to navigate and I'll probably be back. They carry foods amd treats of all kinds too!

I went to pet smart with my smart pet Nicolas to get him a comfy sweater for the cold weather. It was after X Mas so the quantity and styles were a bit limited. Nicolas didn't seem too interested in the fashion style as he was over the female dogs there. He did pick himself out a sweater, some dog chews, and grabbed a stuffed animal he paraded around the store in every aisle with. He loves to go shopping. The gentleman that helped us out was a big help as he looked around for more inventory. It's was a good shopping experience.

The associate checked out a new shipment when I phoned, and found that it contained new cat grass I wanted to buy. He set one aside for me, and I picked it up shortly afterward.

Great store but a little low on cat food stock. Probably food in Long Beach Port!

Alejandra is the absolute best groomer!!! I only book appointments with her now and I highly recommend taking your pup to her too! She is so kind and patient with my baby, even when he gets nervous going in. She even fills out a cute “Pawgress Report” so I know what i need to do to better maintain his health in between appointments, and how he did during the appointment. Thank you so much Ale! <3

Love Petsmart Grooming they do a great job on my hyper boy!

Usually always out of the only brand of food that my red ear slider eats, but very friendly customer service and more and cheaper products than Petco

Bought my second pet mouse from here a little while ago and the two workers i talked to could not have been nicer in answering all my questions. I wish I remembered their names, but it's evident they really care about the animals there. To the workers that helped me pick out my fat little grey mouse, Bridget is doing wonderful! Thank you for the help!

Tried buying Nulo Adult Beef on October 14 Wow Sale 6 for $15!!! None available I was Told by clerk SHIPMENT coming Friday so Come back Returned on October 18 Monday. Still none available. Clerk now tells me WE DONT KNOW WHATS ON THE SHIPMENT!!!! Gee thanks.

I am furious. I spent many years in high-school bathing dogs while my best friend groomed them at a small mom/pop grooming place so I am familiar with the difference between people who love animals and their jobs and people who don't. Well these people clearly don't. Specifically Dayana did my golden mix puppies bath/brush package. I usually do my dogs baths but wanted someone to do the ears, the puppy pad hair, teeth and w.e else is on the list. 3 hours later (which the time didn't matter to me), but when I got to my car and realized that they did absolutely nothing but shampoo condition my dog I couldn't believe it. She wasnt very kind warm and I was regretting it almost immediately, but was already there and stressed with having a 3 year old running around with me. My dog still had matted hair on her left ear area and they didn't touch any of her pads which was my main reSon for paying $40 bucks for a bath.The man who answered the phone said they are supposed to do that and to bring her in, but it's not worth the hassle they took no pride in making my dog look descent. It's more trouble than it's worth they just won't have my service and hopefully no one goes there or that groomer. The vibe I got was that they aren't happy working there, they don't get paid enough, and they don't value there job.

What was witnessed last night was horrific. Everyone was scared. Why would an store associate engage in violent behaviors with a customer? And yes, he only videoed her when she was outside yelling very loudly. They were trying to yell over each other. She was wrong, but as an employee you never fight fire with fire, she is a customer. That man was doing things to antagonize that lady. We were all scared. Even the girl worker who helped out in the end, she was so professional. You cannot fight with customers because the line is long. This was shameful

Never have an issue coming here. Everyone is always so helpful and courteous.

The employees are all helpful and make your pets feel welcome. I have seen many who stop what they are doing and rush to be helpful. It seems like that should be the standard but not many places have such cheerful workers. We also have had pet training through Petsmart with awesome results.

I like it for sales and clearance but otherwise expensive.
