They’re customer service is terrible. I ordered a Xmas box for my dog that was lost during shipping. They offered no assistance in trying to resolve the situation and ignored my emails requesting assistance other than directing me to USPS to file a claim.

Both my dogs love the special treats from Jackboy. I use to buy my dog bday cakes elsewhere but my dogs never took to the cakes like they do here. Great service and lots of variety. Inexpensive.

I ordered a birthday cake for my pup. The online ordering process was easy. The bakery staff and service was great. The cake was beautiful. However, I have to rate this bakery a 3 star because the birthday pup (1 yo) did not like the cake so he did not eat it. My senior dog also would not eat the cake. Accordingly, I had to throw the cake away after the 2nd day of unsuccessful attempts to get my dogs to eat it. I'm just glad we at least got great birthday pics with the cake.

It is our lab Brody's first birthday. He loves Jackboy's cakes as does our almost 12 year old lab too!! They gobble it up!! Our dogs love the cookies also! It makes it special for our fur babies to have this wonderful bakery for them!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. So many treats to choose from. Highly recommend!! ????

cute cakes mostly for picture.. didn’t upset the tummy of the doggies that did eat it but my furbaby did not even want to try it so next year we will be sticking to whip cream & saving $20.. store is full of different dog safe treats!

Wow! What a fun place. We brought our puppy for her first birthday. We got her some fun treats, a birthday hat, bandana, toy, and a cupcake. Customer service was amazing. I highly suggest swinging by for your dog's birthday, or if you just need some puppy snacks. Prices for the beautifully made treats are very reasonable.

Anaheim hills ..i won't go back there. Been 2xs since Covid ..no baking being done shelves empty. Slim selection. Cupcakes only 1 flavor each time. Then I go to corona yesterday. Get 4 cupcakes and they only had pumpkin.. now you are ordering premade cupcakes. These are awful. Dry bland flavorless and at 4.00 a pop half the size. You just lost a good customer that spent 75.00 a week on doggy treat.

Great service and clearly popular for a reason. Was able to get a very reasonably priced, personalized cake for my dog. Pick up was seamless and the woman that helped us was so nice.

Came for the first time and I had an amazing experience, owner was very friendly. Nice and quick, literally spent like 25 minutes in there buying a cake and other stuff. Definitely will come again. I highly recommend going there.

Called and left a voice mail. Aisha called me back and she was so helpful and assisted with placing an order. The day of the pickup, the counter clerk was super sweet and gave out dog a treat. We will definitely be coming back.

Got a cupcake for my pups birthday and the staff was very very helpful. They have a bunch of other doggy treats and snacks to choose from. It was a very nice experience being able to bring my dog into the shop and she was able to pick out a baked treat from their case, we also bought some dog safe brownie bites. Everything organic and fresh which was great.

Great bakery to get wholesome treats for your pup. They make treats in-house and all is reasonably priced.

As always, this place is amazing. We shop here every time we are in town. The staff is caring and very thoughtful. The treats seem fresh and my dogs love them. I wish they would do gift baskets during the holidays but other than that, everything is perfect

Aaah I visited here to get a cake for my dog who turned 4 this year, before here I would order cakes from a couple states away and pay extra to get it in an ice box so it doesnt go bad, but now i get to go here, pick out a cake last minute , she baked small cakes daily, so always fresh and i can even get them some treats, she even has hand picked dog food brands of higher quality and has for almost any size and age group. Loved it!! And it's right next to my work more or less lol.
