Once again Waterhouse Veterinary Clinic saves my pet. Do you remember a story about a beagle named Rocky that got stabbed? It was all over the news. That was my dog. Anyway, I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else.

They manage to stack procedures I know are costly and unnecessary . They made it nearly impossible for me to provide care for my animal. I don't recommend the place.

Service is good but for the wait you feel rushed with the vet when they do come in. The vet techs are super friendly and non-rushed when with you.

We saw Dr. Williams. She was a compassionate and thorough vet - knew her stuff! Her tech Tyler was also very personable and knowledgeable. It was great to actually go into the office, instead of sitting in the car! Screecher is responding nicely to the medication! ????

Dr R is broadspectrum and covers all her bases. Her empathy is strong. Office is clean despite being busy.

The people who work here are so amazing and kind. My dog had an emergency a few months ago and was at risk for liver failure due to him getting into some gum with xylitol in it. Dr. Page was immediately on top of things and since I couldn't go in with him due to Covid restrictions, she gave me regular updates and was there personally when I had any questions. I'm pretty sure my dog wouldn't be alive if it weren't for them working so quickly and efficiently. All of the vet techs are so nice as well, you can tell they're all there for the right reasons- cause they care for the animals that come through their doors. They're now my primary vet and I couldn't be happier with how they treat me, but more importantly, my baby boy. Thank you!

These people are mask nazis and they have no idea why. The second I walked in the door, their very first concern was that I mask up, not tend to my VERY nervous dog, which I was trying to calm down, before applying a face diaper. When asked why they demand that vaxxed people wear masks, with no local or state requirements to do so, all I got was "i don't know - it's our policy". I feel sorry for the sheep that work here, who are forced to enforce 'policy' which they cannot even support with any kind of logical, scientific support that simply explains why. If there was some kind of logical justification for this, to protect the animals, I'd be all for it. Instead I was harassed by an army of complicit staff, who had no idea why this policy exists in late 2021, who were more concerned with my compliance than the welfare of my K9. Ask WHY.

Very kind & compassionate during my dogs last days. Understood that I was on a budget & did their best to work with me. Been going to them for years with all my dogs & wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

If Dr Waterhouse was made aware of the things Denise does with im sure her full trust I have to wonder if she'd put Denise s ego and lack of interest in finding the truth of situations in Check.

It was great I normally wait and doctor's offices for at least a half an hour or more in the waiting room yet there I got in within probably 10 minutes they did what they needed to do and I was gone. Riley also loved it she didn't have any problems at all and she's now a happy camper.

Absolutely love this vet. All the staff and the Vet have always been amazing. I never feel rushed and I've never been made to feel like I was asking to many questions. Price is also very reasonable.

First time I went to Waterhouse I watched the front office staff try to coax a dog that they clearly knew into the office. The dog was obviously scared and they were all so kind and playful with him instead of dragging him in forcefully. That alone made me want to go back. In addition to that they CALLED to check up on my dog a few days later AND sent a welcome letter. It was these personal touches that are making me switch vets. This place is further for me but well worth it.

One of the best vets in town! The staff members are so nice & seem like they genuinely care about the pets there! Minimal waiting time, quick & professional exams/diagnoses, & affordable prices!!! Also a very sanitary & welcoming office! ???? I highly recommend Waterhouse to anyone who has a furry family member ????

A vet here suggested seresto flea collar for my dog and after telling her that one of my dogs had a seizure from wearing one and also caused me a dizzy spell because I was sleeping next to her head she still insisted it was perfectly safe. She also said it would only cause a seizure on a pet that already had a seizure but my dog had never had a seizure before. The seresto flea collar was recalled in march due to 1700 pet deaths and over 75000 incidents. I use advantage II because it doesn't go through my dogs bloodstream and cause damage even though I was told by other vets. here it doesnt work as well I feel safer using it. Most vets. I have seen at waterhouse listen to my concerns but this one didn't seem to even hear what I was saying to her. I am concerned they are still suggesting using this toxic flea collar here.

In the last 3 months, my eldest cat had pancreatitis, my new puppy was diagnosed with a liver shunt and today we put my other cat down at their office. We have worked with Dr Eid, who is exceptional, as well as dr stopinski, and dr shrieber. Today a Dr Williams did the procedure to put my kitty Milo to sleep, she was so sweet and at one point it even seemed like she was emotional with us. I couldn’t watch past him being sedated, but I knew he was in good hands with her. I hope she sees this, thank you dr Williams. And thank you to the other doctors and vet techs that have helped us with Boston, Remy and Milo Bell. Also thank you to the girls that answer the phone for taking all my crazy calls. It’s been a rough few months but this office helped tremendously

Made an appointment for my puppy’s second set of shots. Drove all the way across town and when I got there they had no record of my appointment because the girl who made it didn’t put it in their system. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.

I feel 3 things about taking my dog on the 2 episodes of concern: 1. They ARE thorough and communicative 2. They are pricier than other vets in town 3. I cannot shake this feeling in my belly that they constantly use the word cancer to freak out pet owners and get them to return for further testing.

If it wasn't for this place my dog wouldn't had made it past age 5. I have a doberman who has a rare autoimmune that manifests itself in deadly fevers with absolutely no other symptoms. No one I went to could figure out what was wrong with her. The vet I had been going to finally said there was nothing more he could do for her and basically gave her a death sentence. However, when she didnt have these fevers, she was a young, happy, healthy dog, so I couldn't bring myself to give up on her when she had so much life in her otherwise. After many moments of saying my goodbyes, failed treatments and the piling vet bills, I brought her to Waterhouse as a desperate last ditch effort. Her current vet met her during one of her scary "episodes" and pinpointed the problem on the first visit! Honestly they can be pricey but they are the best in diagnostics. My vet is awesome and because he understands how much money I had put into treatments before coming here he is always thinking of ways to keep the cost down for me. My dog is now 7 years old and perfectly healthy. I am so glad I took the chance and came here.
