My Persians were matted and overall had fur in bad shape. They look gorgeous after their visit. Staff was professional and friendly.

First time customer, we loved the professionalism and care of the whole thing. Super nice, very thorough and right on time. Coming from Petsmart, night and day difference. Will be back next month ????????????‍????♥️

I take both my doggies here I have a Shih Tzu mix and she loves to her her hairs done by them and I also have a Great Pyrenees mix and he is on the feisty side and cries a lot I was nervous taking him because I didn’t know how he would react but he did amazing and they took care of him very well I really recommend this place to people who are scared of taking their dogs to the groomers and don’t know what’s gonna happen with their reaction because they were very well with them and the prices are amazing

The staff are very communicative to their customers, sending text messages for delays or any changes required because of complications with the grooming process. Also very reasonably priced.

Took all my dogs here for grooming. I was very satisfied with the cuts. This was my first time using this grooming place. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs there after meeting the staff. I recommend this grooming place.

This was my first time taking my Bichon Frise to them. They did not ask for any records for his vaccinations I showed them myself just in case. I specifically asked them to shave his ears. Keep the face rounded (teddy bear) look. I picked him up and didn't even recognize my dog. His ears were still fluffy with hair, his face was completely shaved down . He went in looking like a bichon frise came out looking like a poodle.

I love this place! I have an appointment this Thursday scheduled for three family dogs. Look for my photos (before and after) to be added to this review then. You can make up your own mind then.

We normally go to PetSmart, but they were fully booked, so we thought we would give Pampered Pet a try. My dog was in desperate need of some TLC, and they did a fabulous job. We will definitely use them again.

They have the best groomers there and they love animals so much I've been taking my dogs there for at least 25 years. Their prices are so reasonable.

I would literally gives this place no star if I would, because when we left our dog he was perfectly fine but then he started have lots of pain where his tail is at. He keeps on licking his back to much and we don’t know what to do. The only thing that he wants to do is sit down or lay down he does not even want to play at all and that unsually of him cause he love to play around. It very sad to see him like this. I do not recommend this place at all for your pets.

I acquired 2 new fur babies named Tink & Lizzy. They were previously housed at "The Cat House on the Kings" & its going to take some time for them to get use to the *Groomers.* The ladies at Pampered Pet Grooming are very patient and kind to my babies. I'm so glad for their professionalism. I highly recommend anybody to take their fur babies to this establishment.

My dog looks great. They're very friendly and patient with the animals. My terrier can be a little uppity and skittish.

I have a question, I have a Maltese and his hair has a lot of knots. He also has black stains on around his eyes due to his tears. He does not let me cut his hair he wants to bite me or he goes crazy. I was wondering if you guys put him to sleep and cut his hair

I called to ask what time they would be closing this afternoon, Monday 9/28, & I was told 4:00 p.m.. I arrived at the establishment before the time of closure and the doors were locked and no one was inside. I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone. It's very unprofessional and not reliable especially when you're driving from Madera Ca to Fresno Ca. It's very rude to waste eople's time and gas!

I would leave no stars if I could. My mother took in our Shih tzu Gizmo for a grooming appointment. He ended up with a compressed vertebrae that leads to horrible pain into the tail. These people have no idea what they are doing. He’s in severe pain and may not recover. He will most likely have to have surgery. Please don’t go to these groomers. They are mean!

I took my puppy to have his hair cut and they left him very hurt, he is afraid he will not want or move, he has 3 days like this. not a good place to take them

I have been taking my pet poodles there for sometime this is the best place I have been to in Fresno California she is number one in my book

My lab got his first grooming other than at home. They did a great job and I plan on going to this place for now on!! Excellent price and service!!

Denise the owner is friendly and my dog loves going there!

I have been taking my dogs to Denise for over 20+ years but will not give her my business anymore after yesterday...her daughter has no customer service etiquette. When working with customers you do not argue with the customer but her daughter doesn’t seem to understand this fact. I was charged $30 over the stated price for my 2 dogs to be groomed, I don’t know how these people budget their money but most people cannot take a $30 additional hit to their planned budget without a phone call to authorize the increase before services rendered. So much for long-time customer loyalty.

We love the people here. Thay take the best care of our Maltese dogs...everyone we have sent there have been very pleased. Communication is very good. Just talk to them. They are not mind readers. If you want something a certain way advise them they have always bent over backwards to help us.
