Maybe a list and price of what you guys are able to do also remind date and time of appointment through email to see what else we want more or/and what your team able to do with cat/dog and have us pet owners to not forget their appointment. Glad your team did a great job with my cat, Oreo and did more what I asked for. Especially cats don't like water or loud noise. I'm proud your employees are able do that and hope she wasn't horrible to your staff. She's a complainer and attention seeker without too much being held with others. Please thank who had to deal with my pet and hope she didn't ruin his/her day. I'll be coming here for now especially my first time at any groomers location and hers too. She feels relaxed and more loving at home.

I took my cat here and I wasn’t sure she would behave. This was her first groomer visit and she is not friendly at all. I asked them to just let me know what she could tolerate and call me. They did just that! My baby just couldn’t handle the wash and cut... What I appreciated was that they did not charge me anything for the appointment. I’ve seen places charge for their “trouble” , but they did not! I would definitely return there for grooming as I feel they are Professional and they were kind!

My family’s dog has been traumatized by this place. We willfully pay the extra fee charged by this establishment because we are aware of how grouchy our pup is. That being said we believe the groomers who attended to him treated him terribly. Since we brought him home on Wednesday 1/27 our pup has been hiding under the furniture shaking with anxiety. As I pulled up to this establishment walking in I noticed the groomers washing another dog making annoyed faces and pointing at the cage where our pup was. We get he’s grumpy but usually he gets over discomforts after a few minutes. It has been days and we are lead to believe the groomer was too aggressive with him and may have hurt him. Never will we bring our pup here.

Canceled my appointment for being late by 5mins...being the first time customer and new to the city didn’t realize 4miles would take 20mins

I have been taking my dog to Shannon for 4 and a half years. A few weeks ago, two days after his grooming, he was acting funny and I took him to the vet who told me he had massive ear infections and if I’d waited even a few hours longer before coming in It would have been extremely serious. He says the ear infections were a result of water in his ears from the grooming. What made things worse, is when I confronted Shannon about this today she said not one word. No apology. No acknowledgement Of my expense and his suffering.Nothing. I will not be taking my dog back. My name is Elaine but I’m posting on my granddaughters account because e I don’t have an account and I thought it was really important that people know about this.

Paying 100 for baths only was alittle high and the fact that my dogs have not stopped shedding since they came home has been a huge issue for me.. my dogs don't shed like this and I mean its hair everywhere...and ibhave to admit the customer service wasn't good either the lady in the front was rude and was very impatient... will not be returning

Did a terrible job trimming my dog still had gobs the hair did not do her ears , When I got her home to Walker she walked like she was in pain I looked at the Bottom of her paws looked like they had been burned, As in razor burn. Her but was not true at all but she smelled good

If I could give this zero stars I would. I made an appointment to get my dog groomed and when I arrived for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I was told that they couldn’t find it. I showed them a text from them stating that my appointment was going to be scheduled and the guy looked at me like I was lying. Said he would put me down on the cancellation list. I will not be coming back here ever again. Horrible staff waste of time and gas driving over for an appointment That I guess in their books never existed. Highly Unprofessional and not a great first experience.

I was really happy with the service I received here. From the initial call to schedule the appointment to the time I left wth my dog everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate that they take care to keep the shop smelling nice. My dog seemed to enjoy her visit.

Shanon is amazing! I have 3 dogs ranging from 11lbs to 62lbs and she took perfect care of them. Even my disabled, large, senior guy. He's cleaner and fluffier than ever. ???? I will definitely be going back!

Amazing service! Everyone is nice and they will love your pets and your pets will love them! My toy poodle got a haircut from here and they spoiled him, they also gave me a cute little magnet with his picture on it. I also brought my maltese here, and they did such a good job, I would not have wanted it any different, they knew exactly what I wanted! Amazing work. I would definitely reccomend this place!! And the prices are not bad at all.

We took our Persian kitten here for her first grooming appointment and she is beautiful! They were very affordable, have super friendly staff and they did a lovely job. Plus she came home with a fancy bow!
