Samantha is the most gentle and kind groomer I've ever come across. This shop is very clean and neat, and friendly employees. Great groomers!

Daniel takes great care of my Pomeranian-Eskimo, Miho. He does a fabulous job with grooming and he is gentle as well. I highly recommend.

Well what can I say when I first got my baby's "puppies" I was scared to take them just to any groomers but man I can honestly say I hit the jackpot with this one MISTY is my pet groomer for my baby's and just the way my baby's get when they see her and just how she is with them I can tell they love her ❤ she's such and amazing person it's hard to come across someone you can trust with your baby's now and days but everyone in the building that I have incountered with is super awesome thank you MISTY for everything you do for my babys...

I have been taking Our Shih Tzu Bella to Central Bark for Four Years now, and her Groomer Daniel does an Excellent Job with her... Actually All the Groomers there do an Excellent job... I won't take Bella anywhere else...

I personally liked and didn't like my experience here. I personally would not gone back if it wasn't for the excellent groomer that I had. First I'll write why I liked it and then why I didn't. The groomer was helpful in educating me on what suggestions he had for my dog. He ended up really liking him and was very kind. However, there was a secretary that scared me out of my mind. She ended up telling me that they were going to sue me because I didn't have my dogs vaccinations. First of all if you knew who I was you would know that I am so NEW to all of this. I am trying to do the best to get informed. When I asked her if I should come back to make sure that he had his vaccinations she said well you already signed so that would be on you not us. I was scared out of my mind and called my relative to make sure he had his shots and fortunately he was up to date with everything. I'd rate the groomer a 5 and the secretary 0. She needs to learn how to educate a customer that isn't aware and new to the facility. Instead of belittling a persons knowledge educate them.

The staff is amazing and the groomers are friendly. They are great with my dog. He always comes home happy and well groomed. The only downside is it takes a while to get an appointment and the staff doesn't call back right away. I usually have to call them to set an appointment. However, it's worth the wait.

I have a 16 year old shih tzu named Mistii, she hasn't been fully groomed in 2 years because groomers won't work with her age and the fact that she wiggles like a maniac. She has been sent home unfinished, or completely denied service. I took my dog to this place, and she was done by the groomer Misty, lol. I think it was fate. For the first time in so long, my baby is groomed and beautiful and cute. She's so happy, running around like a puppy. Misty said she would happily groom her again, and I will definitely take her back. This place was worth the price. To see mystical groomed and happy and running comfortably...I highly recommend this place!

When they cleaned inside my dogs ears, they left a bunch of water inside, and inside one of his ears was scratched. My dog had been shaking his head and ears for hours and hours due to the irritation, and not acting like himself. Took him to the vet the next day and they had to clean his ears again, and said he had an ear infection. Now he needs ear drops for 14 days. First picture is a few hours after the grooming, the second picture is the next day.

Safe and caring. Social distancing is observed, they were in constant contact regarding my cat, and they the only grooming shop that can and will take care of my cat.

My Shih-tzu has been going to Nancy for a few years & recently when calling for an appt I found out Nancy is not there anymore so I scheduled an appt with another groomer not knowing who at the time, which I was definitely nervous about because you hear horror stories. Well happy to say I am very pleased with Gizmo's groomer Daniel. Gizmo looks AMAZING & seems very happy to have all of his winter fur gone. Thanks so much Daniel. Gizmo will be back!

We brought our 5 dogs in for an appointment with Steven. He was friendly, knowledgeable and forthcoming with everything he was and was not able to do. We have a dog that was a stray and is a fear biter that always needs muzzles at appointments. We were incredibly impressed with how he handled her, completing the whole package when we were only expecting her nails and glands to be done due to her temperament. Two of our animals were fearful in the beginning and the patience and experience he showed in handling them makes us certain that we will be coming back again. Shout out to Steven!

I brought my two small dogs to get their nails clipped. My "Bella" being the sweetheart she is was no problem. My "Baby Girl" was horrid. They had to muzzle her and I had to hold her but they were finally able to do the job. They're so awesome at Central Bark! Thanks to all...

I had taken my two dogs there for quite some time but in December we were treated so poorly and rudely by the groomer that we decided not to take our dogs back there. Very appalling customer service.
