Good for a lot of things and had fun with pictures even though Santa did not want dogs on lap

Had the pet supplies I was looking for in logical places, register was busy though

Friendly staff we were able to shop for our dogs for their xmas presents. They had a great sale this past weekend! We picked up 2 full size dog beds so cute prints with paws and bones light blue color. We pick up a large cookie cane then 2 cookie trays plus a set of squeaky toy balls. They are going to be exacted when they see what they got for xmas can't wait to show them!!!

Smaller, compact, didn't have exactly what we were looking for, too busy to get any help. Just ended up leaving.

Grooming is always well done. Be sure to be specific on things you want done to your pet.

They always have an abundance of items for all pets; a vet is on staff, and the employees are friendly, too!

This might be the cleanest, most will stocked PetSmart I've ever been in. Holy cow I was impressed. We got everything we need and then some. Love my new green Cory too!

Cashier was very polite and helpful Manger nice but not willing to go the extra mile

This is my 3rd and last bad experience with Petsmart! My appointment was at 3pm arrived at 3:10 due to accident on the Freeway! Drove 25 miles for nothing they would not accept me because I was 10 minutes late! ???? This is the day before Thanksgiving and I wanted my Husky groomed for our guest. They have no consideration for there customer of 6 years.

I prefer PetSmart over petco because this store always seems to have an associate willing to help. I like the layout of the store and the fact that they price match with stuff I find online. The employees are alway very friendly!

Great staff, friendly very professional for once no one complained about my Service Dog NOT on a leash.

So much stuff. Went there to find dog dewormer. They had a variety picked one...nice clean store river park..

They had a good selection and it looked like the employees enjoyed their jobs. They were very nice and retrieved an item for me when a piece of the item was missing.

They have a lot of stuff for small dogs but limited stuff for cats.

Lots of money for a shot and nail trim. They did do a good job though.

Horrible experience here at the groomers. One out of two of my dog threw up from being nervous. They call my wife to pick the dog up immediately. They threatened my wife that they will say we abandoned our dog and send it to the spca. After my wife explains that she does not have the car to get them immediately. They made her walk 3 miles just to get there and tell her that there almost done with them. Why even threatened us with that? What was the point ? Very unprofessional. You can ask me if its okay to keep them for 4 to 5 hours but if I don't come get them when you say ur threatening to ship them to the spca. These people don't care about ur animals.

The second time I went in... I was standing at the fish section, there was a girl in the reptile area, I asked if they had any more of a certain kind of fish... and she just said if it's not there it's out. So I pressed the service button and several employees passed me without asking if I needed help or if someone was helping me... it took a while for someone to come help me also.. the workers seems like they are bothered and when they do finally help it's forced "hi how can I help you ????" there are so many ppl that need a job a would be grateful to have what you have... c'mon riverpark! We can do better than this!.

Wonderful vets, great service at the front desk. Always a great experience and great care for our pets.

tHE GROOMER LEFT ALL 4 OF HER LEGS IN DIFFERENT LENGTHS. she SAID MY DOGS SKIN WAS GETTING IRRITATED. being i USED TO OWN MY OWN GROOMING SALON. tHE ONLY TRUTH TO THAT IS THE GROOMER DID NOT LET HER CLIPPERS COOL DOWN.
