Overall I had a good experience. I had trouble finding a vet to take in my dog to check him for an infected bite, then I was referred to this place. I visited this vet hospital on a weekday evening so it was too late for them to accept me as a walk-in, however, staff told me to try again the next morning. I did, and got my dog in for surgery and drainage of the injured area. I didn't feel like the vet was trying to over charge me or sell me on things my dog didn't need. And front desk staff were always very kind to me. UPDATE - 3 weeks later and my dog has recovered at a good pace is looking and acting normal again.

Staff is very kind, knowledgeable. Their hours are very reasonable.

Took dog in to have his tail looked at… Great Dane, that has Happy Tail… open wound, bloody and sore… I waited from 11:30 until 3:30 just to get into the room… then waited until 4:00 before anyone came to see me… then they wrapped it and before dog left the room he had taken it off… they told me that they didn’t have any cones for him but that they would rewrap it so he couldn’t get it off…(why didnt they do that the first time?) well that took another hour to get someone back in… I ended up leaving at 6pm with a wrap that took them 10 minutes to apply… 71/2 hours for that…. Never again.

Long wait for walk-ins but friendly staff.

The vet and assistants were great with my pets and the prices are super reasonable. Since they are one of the few vet places taking new patients you have to make an appointment, and trust me they get you in the next day. They don't take walk-ins right now due to such high demands on their services.

Service was excellent & the price was reasonable but the building is rundown a bit.

This is a great place to bring our fur babies.... Great service and not so expensive

I took my cat and they could never find out what was wrong with him. The vet there don’t care she just wanted money. Long story short all the medicine and ear drops didn’t not work. I took him to a different clinic and they told me his nick got hurt but it was to late for treatment. This client could have saved my cat if they had more experience. Now I have to put my cat down ????

December 2021 update: We randomly got assigned to Dr. Carlie Hall and not only have I never heard of this vet before but she’s horrible at what she does. Dr.Parikalov and Dr.Reijne are AMAZING at what they do but Carlie is not. Not only did she completely ruin the routine for my puppy but she thought it was a good idea to prescribe my dog something that causes hearing loss and not warn us about it. She refused to follow routine and decided to ruin everything. The previous two vets know exactly what they’re doing and know exactly what my dog needs but this new one doesn’t even bother reading previous case notes or doing what not only I but the previous two vets have been doing. Her and the assistant Brianna are clueless and stubborn. Pánfilo has been a regular for several years but after this I will no longer be taking him there and don’t recommend others to do so either.

Great service its kind more expensive then the regular vets but service it's fast and great recommendation find insurance for are lovely pets that will help and if not to emergency Valley vet its affordable great care to but yes definitely I do recommend this Cedar Veterinary hospital

My cat is alive because they saved him ....they were very helpful in explaining his illness n his plan for survival ...I am thankful I came to them n will continue to go back on future ..thank u

Great Lady Vet here, very nice office staff.

This place has to be a joke, it’s like you have to tell them to do there job, if you can’t perform your job as a Veterinarian do to your old age or your just tired then give up and stop wasting everyone’s time. I guess some people can get a degree off a match book.

Literally brought my pup back from the brink of death due to parvo. I'm so grateful to them! It's as if he was never sick!! When we go into the vet, they know him by name and are so excited to see him. The best bet in both Clovis and Fresno!❤️

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Brought my elderly dog in at 8:30 this morning, took them over 4 hours just to do an examination. Now they've had him over 9 hours and haven't even begun the additional examinations he needs because other dogs were prioritized over mine that has been there all day. According to the person I spoke to, dogs' who's owners wait in the lobby are given priority over those who's owners cannot wait all day in the lobby. When I dropped my dog off this morning, I was not given any information about how the prioritization works in their clinic, had I been given all of the information I would have not taken him there at all. Next time I will go to the vet clinic on Kings Canyon, they have phenomenal reviews. Really ridiculous how those of us who work and cannot afford to sit around for 9 hours are put on the back burner, will never come back.

Very expensive just the initial cost to see your pet and test for rabies $174 plus any further diagnosis cost...

Charged me 1000 dollars for my German Shepard skin issues gave me pills that did not work when i called them they were so rude

Everyone was so happy and friendly... although my little Marty screamed when she went back to the room...but Thanks to you all my Marty is doing million times better..

Extremely helpful and kind service with me and my pets

The treatment they gave my dog was top of the line. They were friendly and very I understanding of my concerns. My dog (very reactive shepherd mix) was comfortable around their staff. We continue to go back whenever our pets need care.

I took my 18-year-old cat in for upper respiratory infection bad sneezing and mucus vet checked her lungs and her heart all sounded clear and prescribed her with clavamox and an anti-inflammatory $100 later I go home and realize that they've shorted me the antibiotic by 7 days worth requiring me to have to call back and go back down there and get more antibiotics after the 10 days there is no change in my cat she still sneezing attacks but her lungs and heart all sound fine I called the vet back to get a different antibiotic prescribed what she said she would the first time if this was ineffective however this time she requires me to bring my cat back in so they can charge me another office fee of course and then when I get there she tells me I need to do blood tests and x-rays now I don't know what an x-ray is going to show for upper respiratory infection but she would not prescribe another antibiotic unless I had blood tests and x-rays done this is a total scam and rip off the only thing that's changed is I'm $100 poorer and my cat is still sick do not go to this place they are awful
