Disappointed, my cat's chewey prescription was up, vet would not renew so I needed to take him in. The order ended up canceled because it wasn't approved in time so I went in to get a paper copy of the prescription to upload as well as to buy some food as I was out. The vet said he WOULD NOT provide a paper prescription because I could just buy the food there. Not a fan of being forced into a vet visit and then forced into buying the food from them. Will not be returning

Dr Sran is a great doctor. He saw my 13 year old German Shepard and was so knowledgeable about his needs and issues with his age. The staff is also amazing and helpful. I received a follow up call to check on my buddy. Thank you Dr Sran and staff! I would recommend to anyone he needs a reliable veterinarian.

So we had our Husky spade before thanksgiving. At first i thought they might have misinformed my husband and not informed him over the phone that they didn’t take checks for the first visit so I used my credit card. During the procedure they texted me and told me that she was still bleeding and was in heat. Really? We know she’s been over this for weeks!!! I had no choice but pay an additional $75. It seems like everything was okay, picked her up after the procedure and they gave me a return appointment to get her stitches out 10 days after. I asked if they were going to be open the day after Thanksgiving and the reception said “yes”! Really? Got there at 9:45am for our appointment in 10 days and waited 20 minutes! We called the emergency numbe listed in their door! Was told that they were CLOSED!! We can bring her in at the Emergency office and pay an additional fee if we want her stitches out!! No we did not go! We waited until the next day to get a courtesy call!! DID NOt get A CALL EVER! So unprofessional! If you decided to closed for the day, you people need to call your customers to let them know!! They were UNPROFESSIONAL AND TO THIS DAY ,12/01/2021, we have not received a call!! Will not recommend them at all!! They just want your money and ignore you after!!

This man is a crook he is the worst vet I've ever been to I would never recommend it to anyone unless you hate your animal took me for $150 trim my Piggies Nails put her in her taxi with her nail bleeding 3 days later I called the vet never returned my call wanted to put my animal to sleep drove 800 miles to Portland Oregon and had her put down never ever in my life will I ever recommend this that absolutely no bedside care

I went here for my pup he had diarrhea. He also had the worst check up I couldn’t go in Im sure they knew what they are doing . My bill came out to about 400 or more for his shot and diarrhea and the Indian still wanted to charge me more for test . MOST IMPORTANTLY my puppy had an ear infection they did not catch or even bother helping us with I will never go back . Btw emergency visit fee is $70 to add to the total crazy I think

The Dr charged me for services I did not need. He took advantage of my situation he knew that I was very concerned about my pet and that I would do anything I need to do to get my pet well he overcharged me he charged me for medication I did not need he charge me for test I did not need I paid $450 out the door to treat my dog for kennel cough. I rescued a dog from the SPCA and I was given a free voucher for a free check up turns out my dog had kennel cough the doctor overcharged me for the whole visit he also gave me a receipt that had white out and my information was on top of the white out I felt like I was ripped off the second I walked out the door I would never ever go back or recommend this place

Best pet Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of taking my pets to. Honest..tells you the hard truth, if needed. Highly recommend Dr Sran for all pet needs......

This place is horrible if I could give no stars I would. The so called vet prays apon the elderly that love there animals i know 4 different families that have taken their animals here and they have died so sad and this guy needs to be shut down.

Dr. Sran is WONDERFUL! He saved my fur baby, Emmy. She had a prolapsed uterus and was close to death but he saved her and at a very reasonable price. Thank you from the bottom of out hearts!

I'm writing this to warn people about this "doctor" not only is this practice money driven, they are very careless. I blame this "doctor" for the death of my pet. I brought my pet as an emergency, in my most vulnerable moment, I was scammed out of money and my pet was not treated properly. As soon as my pet was seen, he was misdiagnosed. No labs no blood work no x-rays that should have been crucial to diagnosing my pets condition. He suffered in pain for a week of me taking him into the vet and was just over charged for an IV and shots of medicine that was incorrect for the illness he had. I was told by the doctor that he would call and check in, he didn't. I called them and told them my pet was not getting better and was getting worse. I was told the doctor would call me back, no call ever came. I had to resort to taking my pet to Fresno Pet ER where I was told my pet was suffering from constipation and had a bad infection. The vet at Alta said my pet had severe diarrhea and in fact gave him meds that made him worse. After a horrible week we were left with no other choice but to have our poor pet euthanized at the pet ER. We were also told that had our pet been properly treated, he would have recovered fine and that the treatment Alta gave him would have ended up killing him. Seriously DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. The doctor here is very rough with pets, my pet was a small exotic and this doctor handled my pet like an object with no feelings. There was no compassion from him and in fact I could tell that all he wanted was money. The "bill" never showed what medicine was given to my pet just price for "injections" it wasn't until I was given antibiotics to take home that I finally saw the name of one medication. I hope the next person looking online for a vet sees this and I hope I can help others not fall into the same nightmare I just lived.

They were extremely nice and caring and got me in in a timely manner. They kind and compassionate. Had a chicken pit to sleep and they didn't charge me and arm and a leg. Would go back.

We were there to a follow up, for minor surgery....and the staff are friendly and professional...they came to the car, picked our dog, and brought her back out in less than 10 minutes...with instructions

Great place. My baby had an emergency and was able to get seen and treated very quickly. I didn't have an appointment, she was able to have her surgery and was released within a couple of hours. You can really tell the the doc and staff truly care about animals and take what they do seriously. By far the best vet I've ever been to and I highly recommend them.

I Called ahead to check what the charges were for what my dog needed so I would be ready to pay. I was told that the service my dog needed was $35.00. When my dog Molly was finished being taken care of the bill was $189.50. The bill was going to be $498.82 for tests they wanted to do that were not related at all to why my dog Molly was there for. I will not go back to this veterinarian clinic again. If after reading this you do go there be prepared for charges that may or may not be necessary. If your not for sure what your animal needs are call to other veterinarian clinics to get pricing and advice first.

I don’t know of any vet that doesn’t allow walk-ins. I think all vets would want to help the animal even though you don’t have an appointment. I will never call this place or take any of my animals here. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I took a dog to be put to sleep. The staff was very kind and the whole process was quick.

Please do not take your pets here. This Doctor is only out to get your money. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way. I rescued a dog in April right when the pandemic hit. Alta let hospital was the only vet open (since everything else was closed due to covid) I had not choice but to take my dog to Alta. This Doc ended up doing a botched spay on my dog. She was in so much pain aftersafter her surgery, she couldn't even sit. During her recovery, her incision became infected, so I took her back to Alta. The doctor looked at her for no more than a few mins and told me she had a fox tail imbedded in her incision and that I would have to leave her over night, because he would have to put her under and re-open her incision to remove the fox tail. And heres the kicker.... The doctor said it would cost me $400 and it was mandatory that I would have to leave my dog over night. I said absolutely not on leaving my dog over night. But that was besides the point. I know my dog did not have a fox tail. I know what the doctor was saying was BS. I asked for my dog and took her to another vet. The new vet gave my dog some antibiotics and in a week or so the infection improved. Dr Sran was going to charge me $400 and butcher my dog for no reason. Please don't take your dog here. Go on Yelp, read the other reviews from people claiming the same thing. This Doctor oy cares about money. Find another vet to take your pets. It's not even about the money, it's about your pets getting the best care. Please don't take them to a doctor that is going to do them more harm

Terrible place to take your pets. Front staff was very rude, the doctor is a scam and only cares about the money. First thing he started to do was name prices instead of genuinely looking at what was wrong with my dog. He rushed me right in and out. And just gave bad vibes all the way around. My veterinarian was booked and I had no choice but to come to the first place available. But never again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

It was amazing to find a vet that took our discount program and had a same day appointment availible. When being helped the receptionist was nice but seemed a little distracted by the vet assistant. After asking me a question I tried answering it and she started talking with him. After 2 or 3 times trying to finish my statement I stopped trying and let then two finaig their conversation. Then when she was ready I continued explaining why me and my dog were there. Also the vet was confused about my discount program and almost charged me $100 extra but it's a good thing I spoke up. They got my dog in and out fast. I had to order my dogs meds online as they didnt carry what we needed. Overall I'm glad to be back in LA and glad we only had to go here one time!

Misdiagnosed my cat and charged 500 dollars for it. I had to take cat to another vet days later. Blood results came back on a friday didn't know let me know results till Monday. Also took 4 days for results to come back. Would not recommend and will not go back.
