It was a pleasure meeting Mike on Christmas Eve. Yes that’s right he helped me on Christmas Eve when he was already very busy. He was very nice & i was comfortable right away. He welcomed me into his workspace and showed me around. He was very knowledgeable about dogs and answered all my questions with warmth & enthusiasm. He did a lot of services for the grooming fee so i think he’s a great value & my dog even came out with a Christmas bandana that was very cute. I think the biggest concern we have when giving our dog to a stranger is trust & i am so happy i found Mike on my random google search for a dog groomer.

Did a wonderful job on my cat. He was severely matted and he did a beautiful loin cut. Very happy with his services.

Mike came and groomed 3 of my dogs and did a great job found my new groomer and he loves what he does.

Called this business to make an appointment for my dog. Some guy named Mike answered with an extremely annoyed tone and an obnoxious beeping sound on his end of the line. He didn’t even say hello. I asked Mike what areas he serves and he said “first of all I’m not taking new clients” then he literally hung up on me! Not at all professional!

Do not trust him with your pets!!!! He did a terrible job on my dogs!!!

I have been using this groomer for over a year now and he is very reliable and always reaches out to me with my dogs wash schedule. He has started to groom many other pets of family friends and they all love him!

It took me a while to find this company again to change my review. He showed up one day and groomed my dogs like normal but when we got one of my dogs back she limped for a week. When we tried to call him to see what happened he ignored all of our phone calls and never got back to us. Do not trust this groomer.

He complained about my dog the whole time.... said my dog was naughty and was trying to bite him and had to charge me an extra fee! My dog is the sweetest dog and is very calm, he was very traumatized after his cut.

I text the owner for a quote and he responded with the price and I asked him if he can do it for less. He immediately got upset and told me to shop around for another groomer and that he was going to delete my request. I called a few other places and they never returned my call with a quote. I then told him I was ready to start a recurring account with him and he replied that he was not interested. I think as consumers we have the right to negotiate and shop around. I felt that he doesn’t like that and retaliates against him/her by refusing service.

The guy was polite generous did a great job did everything right clipped the nails shaved the hair plucked the ears and my dog was in and out in 30min. He deserved that tip

Reliable and leaves my pup looking and smelling amazing. Literally transforms him from a gremlin to an angel. Great service , and he comes to you which saves the hassle of taking your dog on a certian schedule or having to take the whole day off.
