very rude front desk. totally short staffed. Not accommodating. not able to work around any schedule changes. Certainly short staffed with Vets as admitted by staff and inflexible about schedules. Vet not concerned nor sensitive about pets needs. Poor reception and poor vet manners not worthwhile taking your loved pet to these insensitive humans.

Have been taking my dogs for a long time here. Lately noted that they are Not flexible about appointment times It’s unfortunate that they have lost the good Vets and staff as well

Spoke with front desk and was advised as of 5/24/2021 they are not taking any new clients.

Went for a Vaccine shot for my dog. The receptionist comes to vehicle in parking lot and takes dog inside.

I have never had a bad experience with any dr or staff members. From pleasant greetings when walking in, to anyone who we have had the pleasure of seeing my little old pup. I have recommended a few friends and their fur babies here as well and they love it!

I was very unhappy that the nurse just took my dog to a room and gave her a shot. I didn't know what happened in the room because I didn't see her getting a shot. I won't let that happen again!!

Speaking of the Vet I don't have any experience with them since I have been bring my 3 dogs and cat to VCA in Union City. However I encourage people not bring their pet for their boarding service, go check somewhere else. My 7 years old lab has been house trained and ever have a single accident inside the house. After two weeks boarding at VCA mission facility and we pick her up from vacation, she just no longer keep her pee and poo schedule and she just pee and poo as will inside. She developed diahera after boarding and it has been two weeks. Don't know how the staff at this facility has treated her and something just doesn't look right. Now I feel like I picked up abdfferent dog and need to house train her all over.

We had the best experience here with our dogs. Unfortunately we have had to try like three differents vets in a short amount of time before we found VCA Mission San Jose Animal Hospital and we are so happy. They actually take the time to get to know your pets, they interact with them and with us (the owners), which is great. We love them.

Dr. Peterson is GREAT with kitties. She is so thoughtful and thorough. Everyone we have visited there has been kind, welcoming, intelligent, and just a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this location.

We have been taking our cats here for 12+ years and have seen most every vet. The vets are great and very caring, and always take the time to answer questions.

I'm new to the area and my German Shepherd needed a broken tooth extracted and they did a great job! The staff is very helpful and comforting.

The new vet techs are incompetent. And the vet that you are trying to see never seems to be there.

My cat and I are in love with this vet. Dr. Hogan was extremely friendly and patient with my cat’s temperament during the exam. My first visit went really well and the staff took the time to full explain and answer any questions I had. Not to mention they gave my kitty some free snacks and gave a lot of recommendations for over the counter products and remedies for my cats excessive meowing. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

Best place to take you pet if you want caring professionals to take care of your pet. Our Doctor, Doctor Hogan, is the greatest. She actually gets down on the floor and interacts with our dog before she even examines him. She doesn't stop until she finds out what is wrong with him. I trust her more than I would trust any specialist. The staff is really kind too. They always greet you with a smile and always seemed concerned about your pet. Great place to take your pet and know he/she will always be loving be cared for.

Took my friend here this time but I've gone here for my pets too. Staff and Dr.s are always welcoming and willing to work with your budget.

Really kind and patient staff

We took our dog here for the entire time she was a part of our family. Her needs and comfort were always their primary concern. When it became time to say goodbye, they were caring and compassionate.

After several bad experiences with local vets I finally found a group of very caring doctors. They only order tests that are absolutely necessary not something to pad their pocket books. I arrived recently with my very sick dog without an appointment and expected to have a long wait. I was taken in immediately and was quickly seen by the veterinarian on duty. The bill was quite reasonable and better yet, my dog was cured within several days. I received a follow-up phone call the next day which was nice. The staff is pleasant, the office clean and would recommend this place to anyone searching for a new vet.
