We called around to so many places when our 20 year old cat woke up in pain. Dr. Winnick was the very first person to return our call and the first one to have any availability over the holidays saving us so much time. She was professional, comforting, and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend her services.

Peaceful Pathways made a terrible time so much better. Dr. Chrissy was so kind and compassionate and let us have all the time we needed to say goodbye to our much loved pet. She explained the process clearly ahead of time so we knew what to expect. I highly recommend them.

It's been nearly 2 years since Dr. Winnick helped with my beloved dog's passing. She was absolutely amazing and I strongly endorse calling her. Everything was done as best it could be. I am so deeply thankful and grateful, even years later, for what she did for me and my family. Thank you!

We called Peaceful Pathways and, fortunately, Dr. Winnick was able to come that afternoon. We were so impressed with her compassion for us and our beloved Nutella. She explained everything in detail so we would know what to expect. I was afraid I would be hysterical during the procedure, but Dr. Winnick was so compassionate and calm that I was able to stay sane. Dr. Winnick never rushed us. Dr. Winnick gave us every opportunity to say goodbye and give last kisses. I have already recommended Dr. Winnick to friends who have dogs. I know I will see Nutella again in heaven. Did you know that the word animal comes from the Latin word anima which means soul? Yes, dogs have souls, and all dogs go to heaven!

Dr. Metzger is truly an angel on Earth. Upon arrival, and after assessing my dog's state, she was incredibly sensitive to the situation and very comforting. She reassured us that we were doing the merciful thing for putting our dog down (given how much he was suffering). She even consoled me and rubbed my back during my moments of deep sadness and gave our family several moments of alone time to process. After we had put our baby down and helped to load him into her car, she gracefully tucked him in blankets, laid a pillow under his chin, and placed a flower on his head before we said our final goodbye. It was all very resectable for the passing that had just happened. She also made a clay paw print for us to remember him by and saved his fur in a little baggy for me to keep that had been shaved off for the injection. I even received a sympathy card in the mail from her a few days later sending her condolences for the traumatic event. I would highly recommend Dr. Metzger for anyone that is having to endure the hardest moment of being a pet owner. You will be in great hands. It is a moment I will remember forever, and I wouldn't of wanted it any other way thanks to her. She made the whole experience peaceful and honoring to our sweet boy. Thank you! xo

To be honest, neither my wife and I were expecting the amount of grief we experienced when we put down our cat. It sucked. But it would've been a lot worse if it weren't for Dr. Winnick. Dr. Winnick was very patient, calm, and respectful. …

Dr Winnick responded to us very quickly and then waited for us to be ready. Everything went just the way we envisioned: our cat rested peacefully in our arms as we said our goodbyes. We knew it was time but it is never easy. Dr Winnick made it as easy as it could be. We are very grateful for her help and guidance.

Kind and compassionate. Her services are highly appreciated because of the nature of what she does. She saves beloved pets from having to leave their homes and be at a scary vet's office for their end of life. It is vastly better for the animals to be at home, and it is comforting and less traumatic for the whole family

Jenn was such a blessing for us. This decision and the loss of our dear kitty was so very difficult. We are grateful we found the most comforting and kind person to let into our home and guide us through this process. We could not her recommend more.

Dr. Winnick offers a wonderful service at a very difficult time. She was genuinely compassionate and caring, and helped me every step of the way. She helped ensure my dear, sweet Emmy departed in comfort and with dignity. I highly recommend Peaceful Pathways to anyone faced with the need to euthanize a pet.

Dr. Winnick was very quick to respond to my inquiry. She provided lots of helpful information and in the end, I decided to move forward with her services. Based on availability, I was able to get an appointment right away but I chose to book the following day. When she arrived, she was very respectful and walked my husband and I through the whole process. She explained every step and what to expect before and during the procedure. I am very grateful for Dr. Winnick and appreciate what she does as there is no way that it can be easy. I'm glad that she understands that it is a difficult decision for any pet parent to make and I'm glad that she provides a peaceful way for our fur babies to cross that rainbow bridge.
