John came by and met my dog, Shamu, recently adopted Shamu from a shelter and is a very big Bulldog. John did a great job with him and I know Shamu was very nervous. Thank you for your great service, John!

I love my groomers. Door to door service. Impeccable

First time we tried there service the lady did good job but we book them again we ask for same lady but different lady showed up. She didnt do good job at all it’s like she just took my dog and bring back as it is . We called the owner he said he will come himself and work on our dog . We asked him why he didn’t told us that he sending different lady . He didn’t answer about that . Well he never showed up and he stop answering our calls too . I will never recommend them . Worst service ever .

My dog can’t go to a regular dog groomer, he has anxiety issues. Scruffy has been groomed by John and his wife for several years. He does the best job and takes care of Scruffy. John communicates with Scruffy and he is sensitive to his fearfulness. Scruffy looks really cute every time he is groomed.

My little dog is a bit anxious and does not do well in the traditional grooming environment. They put her in a cage. It feels like an assembly line. There was no personal interaction with her It feels cold and almost robotic. They muzzled her. My dog was so upset and freaked out they were unable to groom her. She wouldn’t let me brush her after that. But she had mats and needed to be groomed. So when I found The Pack Leader, a mobile grooming van, I thought I’d give it a try. I am so impressed with the service!!! They actually care about the dogs well being and make it a positive experience for my little Wookie! Plus they do a fantastic job! John and his staff are gifted at what they do. Wookie comes out of the van with a huge smile on her face. She looks great and she knows it! We have been regular customers ever since The price is very reasonable, especially for the convenience that they come to your home. They are always on time. They text a reminder the night before your appointment and they text you when they are on the way. I highly recommend The Pack Leader.

We made an appointment for The Pack Leader to come to our house and groom our dogs while we were at work. They called us later to tell us that our gate hadn’t latched properly when they closed it and one of our dogs had ran away AN HOUR EARLIER. It turned out that they’d spent an hour searching for him without telling us. They even said that they’d spotted him but couldn’t catch him. If they’d told us to begin with, we’d have been nearby to come over and retrieve him since he wouldn’t have run from us. The only positive is that after a couple hours of searching, WE were able to find him. He’s back home safe. Do not use this company if you value your dogs safety because they sure don’t. A responsible company would’ve called us immediately rather than putting a dog’s life at risk by trying to hide the issue.

I started using The Pack Leader in 2013 and will never use anyone else. My dog was always so scared to go into the other place I used - he would cry, pull on his leash, and shake. Leaving him for the 4-5 hours they required, the chaotic environment, and the impersonal groomers was just too much for him (and me). When I first tried The Pack Leader, I was hooked......the one-on-one personal touch is perfect for him - my aging pup is in a much better place mentally before and after the grooming with the Pack Leader. I love that John and his family and staff are so calm and gentle with him. It really shows they care so much about their furry clients.

What an awesome service! We were hesitant to call a groomer to take care of our dog, after all we have always done it ourselves and we felt we didn't need one. Lately that changed and our dog stopped letting us cut his hair specially on his legs and this became very frustrating. We decided we needed professional help and with a 5-stars yelp review we decided to call the Pack Leader. Over the phone call they sounded calm and really nice, they were able to accommodate our busy schedule in no time so we went ahead and schedule the appointment. They did an incredible job on our dog, he looked so good and they took care of everything nails, trimmed his hair and specially his face (which was always a problem), he even got a halloween bandana. They took their time getting to get to know our dog and take care of him. I can't emphasize how much I recommend them, we are definitely going to call them again and again!!!
