My babies were treated with patients, understanding and care.. The groomer explained everything in detail My dog has anxiety and gets nervous when she's having her nails trimmed . So in regards to all these I really like it they're patient and they always have an opening when I need one

Love coming here. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I was able to call and get in same day due to cancelation which I appreciate. I recommend calling well in advance this place is popular and usually booked out a few weeks. They're quick, took only 2 hours to have him all finished up.

The employees are VERY polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The price is average for the industry and the facilities are impeccable. My dog came out of there smelling SOOOOOO good and EXTREMELY happy!!

I have been going to Victor since 2017 from when he was at Petco, My dog is a Pomeranian and he does such an amazing job making her look like a happy lioness pooch, I have found her a forever groomer and friend.

I have taken my dog here two times since her previous owner gave her toe and the first time I took her, she looked great.. Stephanie does an awesome job! THEN the second time I took her, someone else groomed her and they kept her for four hours! No phone call or nothing. She's usually out in an hour to hour and a half. I was pretty disappointed with her cut. I asked for short all over and the hair on her legs was still kinda long. I'm going to keep taking her here because that was one incident and her previous owner said he's never had a problem..mistakes happen!

I did not expect this kind of service here , the groomers were pretty good at hearing the customers on what they want and did exactly what I told them. I would be a regular customer from now on. The prices are also reasonable.

I love olly's always dose a great job with my Dogs. Which is hard to deal with when it comes to there nails. Try to image a Great Dane pit mixs and a Siberian husky mix at home by yourself and running after them to get there nails done after a bath. I high Recommend this place great staff great price does a great job. And tops it all off you get to be the good guy by the end of the day.

Took my boxer there for the first time and he enjoyed his grooming appointment. Staff was very friendly and my dog even came out wagging his tail. Will definitely be coming back here.

Great customer service. I have a very energetic cocker spaniel and the groomers are so patient and loving with him. They do an amazing cocker cut. I'm always satisfied with their work.

My family and I had been bringing our dogs here for about a year already. I even referred people. Now I'm very disappointed in this place. There was an incident recently where they scheduled us for the wrong time, which is no big deal, but instead of treating us with respect as their clients, they told us that we made them waste their time and that it was our fault, why would we possibly schedule for a time when we're busy? how is that our fault? there was absolutely no need to be rude and blame it on us. We were not rude to them in any way. I believe Victor was the person we spoke with. He was extremely rude to us over the phone and in his way of handling this. It seems they have many new clients now and don't care about treating their existing clients with respect. I will be letting the people I referred know about how we were treated here. Overall, if you plan to bring your dogs here, don't expect great customer service especially from Victor. He needs to check his attitude and be nicer to his clients.

Lady loves her groomers. She normally barks at everyone when she is on a walk but for some reason here she feels at home. ❤

Took my dogs here for nail trimming today as a walk in and they immediately took us in. Normally, my dogs don't like getting their paws touched to the point where one pooped herself, BUT with Victor he showed great care to their sensitivities and knew how to work with both of them.His experience with dogs truly shows. We were shocked at how well our dogs cooperated with him and how clean their nail trims are. I am most definitely bringing my dogs back! The grooming salon is so clean and there are lots of rooms for your dogs to get a haircut. I highly recommend this grooming salon!!

Highly Recommended! We were having trouble finding a groomer during the lockdown and we came across Olly's and saw the good reviews so we gave them a try. The results were fantastic. Both our our dogs look amazing and they were done very quickly. Couldn't be happier.
