This is not dog training club, rather training dog parents on how to train their dog. Most of what trainer says is available in YouTube videos. Since my dog is super distracted , I went here. Very disappointed, they should clearly say this training the trainer , not dog. Fees is super low, so you get what you pay for.

Fremont Dog Training Club has not had any recent reviews, so I wanted to make sure that anyone needing a training class for their dogs to please check these classes out. We have been coming for 5 weeks. Our last class is next week. I have had a great time learning how to train my dog and my dog has improved on the commands he already knew. He's a 5 year old rescue. This class included more things than I thought. We learned to walk around cones, walk our dog at a fast pace then a slow pace, walking our dogs near other dogs. This comes in handy on a walk. Kathy has been a great trainer and will tell you the things to work on. Due to Covid, our class was about 9-10 dogs. Perfect! The room is marked with green tape to keep everyone safe. I like the fact that the dogs do not get to sniff each other or have play time. Its a place to learn and train your dog. I was quite worried about taking my dog who barks and pulls at dogs while walking. Well, we have made progress. Learning the commands and keeping him at a heel position has been so helpful. Walking your dog, does not mean they get to walk wherever they want to. My goal, was to have a dog that was a good citizen on walks and by golly, he is! Just because you go to training does not mean your dog is trained. Training is an everyday task; otherwise your 6 weeks was all for nothing. I am already looking forward to taking him to the Intermediate class. By the way, Cooper and I say, thank you and we've had a fun time!!

Very convenient drop-in class schedule for working stiffs like me. Good variety of classes - rally, obedience, general novice, etc. Can't beat the price either

My wife trains our 70lb Poodle to be obedient at this club. She and the dog are very happy results are excellent.

Fantastic Place! I have been taking classes at Fremont Dog Training for many years in their Obedience, Rally and Conformation classes with different dogs. Well informed and experienced instructors who also show their own dogs. Highly recommended!

Great instructors with lots of experience
