Ardenwood Pet Hospital Fremont, California

I have been unable to get a hold of anyone now that the Ardenwood Pet Hospital is servicing clients at their sister hospital Irvington Pet Hospital. When calling Irvington Pet Hospital, an automated message informs you that you will receive a call back within 24 hours, but I have yet to hear back since I left my first message 2 weeks ago on 2/17. I have sent 2 emails that have gone unanswered as well. If you are looking for a reliable and responsive vet, you will no longer find one at the Ardenwood or Irvington Pet Hospital.

Overpriced. Watch out for the "highly recommended" tests.

Fast service. Professional staff. Clean facilities.

Conveniently located, small vet clinic, most of the staff are very nice. Not too much wait after arrival to get in (usually a few minutes only) but it can take a while to get an actual appointment. A bit pricier than some other vet clinics I've tried, but over all worth it.

Dr. Rue and staff are great.

The Vet and staff are friendly and puts the health of your pet first.

All the past reviews must be fake reviews but I am a real google reviewer with lots of reviews, photos and videos! I recently got a new puppy! I made my appointment before my puppy was to be transported from SC. Time for her appointment and they cancelled it without my knowledge!!! Poor thing has a ear infection and now I have to look for a new vet! I trust the reviews on here but the office apparently thought I was a vet since I tried to ease my pets ears a few days till her appointment since I couldn’t make it earlier with a alcohol and vinegar solution. That doesn’t make me a vet and cancel her appointment. Shame on these ladies talking my to me the way they were like I didn’t read the email right; I will not tolerate you be talked down too esp while my baby isn’t feeling well! I did everything right with plenty of time and they wasted all that time! Don’t wast your time here. They don’t have time esp for NEW pet PATIENTS BEWARE! Thanks for nothing and wasting our time!

Dr Rue and guys staff are so kind. They made time to see our cat at the last minute on a Saturday. He didn't suggest any unnecessary things to increase the bill. He was honest and we really enjoyed his care. His staff is very professional and you can tell they all really like working there.

If you love your pet you won’t bring them to this place. I brought my cat here and left running! See for yourself it should be shut down! Overpriced and run down!

Excellent care, the vets are great, explaining the issues in detail. My 9 month old Labrador first visited as an emergency case, as she had ripped out her toe nail, but now this is our regular vet. The staff are super kind and helpful. All round great experience.

they do low cost spaying for stray cats but i had a dog that went here with heart problems the doctor gave me some pills for my dog that paralyzed her and i had to put her down a week later because she couldnt even eat or stand after i started giving her those pills. i will never take another animal here unless its just to be fixed

I had to appetizers and they were so good one was a beet salad the other was broccoli and cheese. I was full with just 2 appetizers I can't even imagine what the rest of the menus like. We bought a bottle of wine delicious. I highly recommend that you try it at least Once.

Place is clean the staff is great. Doctors handles your pet with loving care. We been coming here for a long time and very happy with there services.

We only trust Dr Rue and his team for our veterinary needs. We have been coming to Dr Rue since 1999, Dr Rue is knowledgeable and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I use dr. Roux at Ardenwood Pet Hospital when my regular vet is not available and I've always been very pleased with the service. I saw doctor Park on this particular visit and she was very thorough and spend time with me as well.
