Dr. Kopit and the office staff at Brook-Ellis Pet Hospital are the best! They came recommended to us for our greyhound due to Dr. Kopit's familiarity with the nuances of the greyhound breed, and they have taken excellent care of him since! They are always willing to accommodate any urgent, medical appointments we have had. They also send great preventative care reminders, so we are always able to stay on top of our greyhound's care.

The staff is friendly and genuinely care about all my (and everyone's) pets.

Hands down the best clinic! I will not take my babies anywhere else. Dr. Heidi and Dr. Wayne are the kindest. They are human and treat everyone with respect and are so very knowledgeable. Their patients and patients owners get treated like family. And it does not stop there. The staff is amazing. They make you feel right at home. They will work with you to resolve any issue. I know my babies are in great hands here.

I have taken my pets to Brook-Ellis Pet Hosp for several years and have received excellent care for my pets. Dr. Kopit and Dr. Heidi are caring and friendly and listen to my concerns. All staff members are efficient and patient with my temperamental Chihuahua Mix.

The end of life is hard on any pet owner. Everyone at Brook-Ellis was respectful and kind. It was the best it could possibly be for the difficult decision. The care has always and continues to be top-notch.

They're the BEST! My yorkie fur baby had acquired a weird cough and obviously wasn't feeling well. I was visiting from out of town, called and as a new client was able to get a appointment that same day. The staff was prompt, courteous, polite and professional. With covid I had to wait in my car as my pup was taken inside, but I could tell he was in good hands. A few minutes later a man came to my vehicle. It was the Vet who came to speak in person, not just a voice over the phone. He explained my pups diagnosis in terms I could understand, as well as the treatment options. My pup received TOP NOTCH treatment and I felt I was treated with legitimate concern for his well-being. All in all, he's better and although I live over an hr from their office, the service & care they provide is WELL WORTH the drive!

Dr Heidi is the most caring physician! I have 2 dogs and a cat all three get all their care at Brook-Ellis. All staff caring, timely care and work with you on making sure your pets get the highest quality care!

For about 10 years, Dr. Wayne Kopit and staff cared for my five rabbits until the last geriatric rabbit died at age 11. Dr. Kopit treated them with expertise, kindness, and affection. Rabbits are very fragile animals and require expert care, which I received at Brook-Ellis. Now Dr. Kopit cares for my poodle mix, Chloe. She was a very ill dog which we adopted from a Los Angeles Animal Shelter in 2015. Chloe was extremely malnourished and had multiple infections and dermatitis of various kinds. Only by Dr. Kopit’s care and our attention do we believe Chloe survived. I have been through many sad moments with our rabbits, and many scary times with Chloe, but Dr. Kopit knows how much our pets mean to us and always provides care and attention to us, the caretakers of our dear animals.

Appreciate the care they are taking so that my cats can be cared for and I do not have to worry about my health.

The best pet clinic. Small little building. Huge on service. We are new here and didn’t know what to expect. Super friendly and professional. Jimmy was made very comfortable. Dr Heidi examined him and gave Him his vaccine without him even knowing it The techs were hands on and very friendly. Thank you to everyone. Jimmy will now have a new vet. Dr Heidi. You’re AWESOME

I took my 5 year old pup, Max, in to BrookEllis for a 2nd opinion. I really appreciate Dr. Heidi explained what she felt was going on with Max and took the time to give me background and answer my questions. I felt so relieved after speaking with Dr. Heidi, and knew I made the right decision to switch vets.
