They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They care about our animals and always have our diabetic dogs food.

They were able to see my dog without an appointment and helped him see another day

They replaced 2 watch batteries for me at a low price. Very nice people and a nice store.

I called the clinic and received recording to send message to them, I sent a message and I have not heard from them since, Assuming they are too busy or do not want my business.

They absolutely refused to see a dog that was in Respiratory distress and told the owners to go somewhere else! The poor dog died! Absolutely no compassion whatsoever and these poor people had to watch their beloved pet die in front of them. Don't go here ever and I will be spreading the word to never ever rely on them for pet care. How utterly shameful !

Doctors and nurses were very caring and listen to what you had to say. My cat was checked out thoroughly given the care she needed. They are not only courteous and friendly they are very professional

Great clinic! Friendly staff and the vet was knowledgeable. Only tortoise doc in the area.

My 11 year old, blind, diabetic dog was very sick. I was prepared to have him put down peacefully. After 200 dollar bloodwork, which I requested, Dr Dean said he had a bladder infection and 104 feaver. He said with antibiotics and pain meds he would recover, but would take a few days to see improvement. Paid them an additional 261 dollars for these drugs. 4 hours later he began having difficulty breathing. He got worse by the hour and died an agonizing death 10 hours after leaving Dr Deansoffice. Dr Dean accepts no responsibility for his mistreatment of my beloved friend, nor will he refund money for costly ineffective drugs.Bottom line is this,my dog suffered horribly, which would never have happened if Dr Dean had not recommended the treatment he did.

They were the only vet in all of bullhead city that see's exotic animals. They were able to give me an appointment within 2 days of me calling. The staff and doctor were very informative and friendly. I highly recommend North Valley.

Don’t bother! They will not take any new patients whatsoever, you will be turned away. Don’t waste time begging for help they do not care unless you’re privileged enough to be already a pt with them. Not sure how to get on the lucky list of pets who deserve help and need it, but we’re not it. Take your pets anywhere else because they will not be seen here.

The lack of effort is and was stunning .We told the vet the problem ( totally ignored it) and sent me home with allergy pill and a nice bill .my dog suffered the rest of the day and after hour of my dog screaming in pain I had to take my dog to an after hours hospital where a REAL VET and techs actually did their job and thoroughly examined my dog and found the problem ! THE SAME PROBLEM I TOLD THIS vet ... BEWARE ....

Great place...wish they were open on the weekends. We recently lost a pet because we were unable to go to Vegas on a Sunday afternoon. My daughter has been very pleased with the staff there over the years.

We are taking our pups to Arkansas and the Vet made us aware of the heartworms, ticks, and fleas there. The staff got us in immediately to get our dogs tested and the meds ordered for the trip.

Love Dr. Dean and Dr. Kate! They are top quality vets…. I just had to have my fur baby ( Charlie) of 17yrs put down and they were so very professional. I was able to hold him on my lap the entire time so he was comfortable and not scared, which made all the difference in the world! The very next week my other baby ( Rosie) had to have a bladder stone removed ( pictured) which Dr. Dean did the surgery with no complications and they called right after surgery to let me know she was ok! And the following month they had to neuter my newest baby ( Oliver) Dr. Kate did this one and again the exact same service. I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary hospital. From the Dr.’s to all the staff all professional and friendly… they also sent me a sympathy card for my baby Charlie. They go above and beyond here … Dr. Dean also has great advise for helping train a new puppy as well!

Never went called for my dog, but they said appointment was 4 weeks later, called advanced , and they got me in same day, by time this appointment came up, he was cured. Not good service!!?

An unfortunate visit for me having to put down my elderly dog, but the staff was kind and consoling.

Our first visit was yesterday and Dr Dean was great with our Fred who isn’t always great with people. Dr Dean is nice and knowledgeable and is giving us a whole new direction to go towards helping Freddy’s skin allergies. We appreciate it. Thank you

After my daughter took her kittens in to be fixed they had open wounds a few days later. They made her wait a week before getting her in to have the cats looked at they told her they would come back out and let her know what was going on. They came back out with the kittens and tried to charge her $600. This should’ve been a follow up appointment. Very disappointed in that service and now because we have complained they will not let me take my dog to be seen. So much for them caring about animals. It’s all about money to them.

The doctors their are the bestest. I have two puppies Bella and Fido. Dr Dean is friendly and knows what he is doing.

During the hardest time in my life, they treated me with compassion and understanding. They went out of their way to try and help me take care of this tough situation. I can never thank them enough for all they have done.
