Visited with my dog, paid over$300 for visit and pain medication. Requestedthey get my records from another state...that was not done. So now I need another RX and they won't do it, even though they should have records that would make this possible. Neveragain.

My dog would have died waiting for this veterinarian clinic to return a call or text. My dog needs heart medication to live. They never answered my call or text to refill his medication. This was during business hours. Thank God for a different Veteran in the area that made an effort to get his medication right away.

I took my dog in over 2 months ago. They charged me for prescriptions that they did not have in stock, and said they would call me within 2-3 weeks so I could pick them up. It has been 2 months and they have not called me back. I call and it goes straight to voicemail. I email them with no response. They are completely non-responsive. And when I took my dog in, I was there for several hours for a simple ear cleaning. They had to "put him out" instead of just putting a muzzle on him (so they could charge me more) and did not seem to care about his digestive issues. In fact, they never brought it up. I asked about it upon leaving and they said "we don't know" and that was it. I will not be taking my dog back here. I don't care if I have to drive 2 hours to somewhere else. Overpriced, unprofessional and unresponsive. I can not get a hold of them to give me the medication I already paid for.

After being a client of this Vets office for over 14 years, I am told to take my dog to Las Vegas for an emergency because they cannot schedule appointment for at least 6 days away, it was not just the response it was the "cold" attitude in which this was handled, very unprofessional.

I moved to Bullhead roughly 5 mo ago and chose them as my vet. I have a senior cat that about every year or so gets bouts of IBD which cause diarrhea and vomiting and he won’t eat or drink as he has stomach issues. I know what type of meds he needs as I know how to treat it. When his symptoms start it’s immediate. He started his symptoms so I called the vet and told them my situation(it was a Wed)and they would not see him until Mon. I said he won’t be alive by Mon as he will not eat or drink and vomits and has diarrhea. I asked if there was any way to bring him in to possibly squeeze him in and they said No. I was floored!! All of my past vets where I have lived have taken him in the day I call because they know the severity of the situation. I went ahead and made the appt but then frantically called other vets to try and get in anywhere and I could not. I called my old vet in Henderson and they said Bring him right in..no problem. So I’m driving him to Henderson to get the care he needs that Colorado River Animal Hospital refused to do. They should be ashamed of themselves for not caring if your animal lives or dies. They were not caring in the phone and were so adamant about not seeing him. Please find another place for your animals.

My two Springer Spaniels went to Colorado River Animal Medical Center to have their teeth cleaned. Overall an important procedure for them, and their smiles are beautiful. The staff made the whole experience easy to understand, and the boys had excellent care.

Always a pleasure working with the Vets Office and taking care of my dogs. Even during this time make a work around to protect Staff. And taking time to care for our dogs.

I took my kitten in for diarrhea and various other concerns. None of my concerns or questions were answered. I called and spoke to Dr. Rehm who was personable and professional. He kept saying he was sorry and that there must have been a miscommunication with his staff. I had previously told three different staff members why I was bringing in my kitten. He advised me his staff would get together two medications and call me once they were ready. This was Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I have not heard back from anyone. I have left several messages, none of which have been returned. Finally, on Friday morning I received a text advising me that my kitten's medication was ready for pick-up. My kitten had an adverse reaction to the topical medication. The hair under his chin was falling out. I called the office again and never received a call back. I have been to this clinic before and saw Dr. McGee, who was so kind and thorough. Unfortunately Dr. McGee wasn't in the office and Dr. Rehm was a temp vet at this location and normally practices in Las Vegas. I will NEVER go back to this vet.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr.Rehm. The communication and commitment he has for his patients is amazing. As scared and worried as I was for my baby I felt he was in the best hands with doctor Dr.Chris Rehm I highly recommend him as a vet I brought him in after a very pricey night at Colorado animal medical center and he continued to care for my pup and if we could permanantly keep him as are doctor wed love to hes so good we might even schedule some las vegas doctor visits to stick with him ; we hope to see you again dr.Rehm !

I wish I could to NO star! After taking my puppy here it took 2 weeks to get the call with the test results, it then took another week to get them to call me back with the prescription information that then turned out the vet did not write it up right, then it took another 4 days for them to then call my husband with the prescription information. During this call they are trying to charge a very high price for the meds (my dog had been on this meds for over a year now I know what it should cost) so we asked for the paper prescriptions so we could have it filled not with them, after arguing with us for 30 min they FINALY agreed we could have the paper but that it would be $5 per script!!! What the hell I have never been chard's for the paper... please to not take your babies here they are only in it for the money and will nickel and dime you at every turn. So sad!

Great staff and great doctors. Extremely reasonable pricing structure. Show genuine caring concern for your pets. We have been very thankful for the care our pets have been given by everyone at this practice.

$140-$170 for a one time kitten check-up/one shot. Dropped off kitten for not even 30 minutes gotten a call from the operator asking for approval for more tests I did not sign for and they claim they don't need signatures for their tests. If you don't mind paying an Arm and a Leg for them.

I have been bringing my dogs here for over 2 yrs and have been very happy with the friendliness, kindness and compassion of the entire staff. Wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else.

I am from Iowa and my pet was sick, we took him in and the Vet and his staff were very caring. Teddie, the dog has diabetes. The Vet explained the situation and the staff showed us how to give Ted his shots. Can,t thank them enough.

I called asking for a visit today at 9 a.m., due to my dog experiencing pain that I could not control. I was then scheduled to come in at 9:30 a.m., and was able to get everything done that was needed within an hour. Thanks so much for taking care of my dog, AND my Day!

What a wonderful place to take my very sick dog! Dr. McGhee took a lot of time explaining and is very passionate. The whole staff was very caring. I highly recommend!

I brought my Yorgi in for sutures to be removed and the nurse technician was nice and helpful. We did have to wait quite a long time even with an appointment. I would recommend Dr. McGee to anyone needing a good veterinarian.

During Covid-19 our fur babies’ health and well being are just as important to us as ever, if not more. We just moved here permanently and had a great Vet back home so having someone we can call on and have ease of mind is comforting to us. We called at 7:30 and was able to have our little girl seen the same day. We arrived, called from the parking lot, was met by two wonderful assistants; they took all our information, brought our baby back and we went back to our car, waited shortly, called by Dr. McGee, who was kind and caring. Then we were met at the door with our little girl and she was fine! Wonderful experience for trying times???????? Thank you ❤️

When we got to the business we had to wait over 15 minutes in the heat! We called them ahead of time and they said to wait outside and they would be out shortly! Needless to say they didn't come out, we were overheated and Amy our Chihuahua was too! We were fed up and went home! Then we get a text that said we were going to have to pay a cancellation fee of $30! We were there on time so I will not pay that fee! And in the time we waited out in the heat 2 other owners and their dogs just walked in without waiting! Not happy with this place at all! We went home and called Stockton Hill Animal hospital in Kingman and got an appointment right away! We won't ever do business with them again!

Had to get our cat vaccinated and nails trimmed. Girls at the front desk were very kind and professional. The weigh in process was great! Her nail trim is fantastic and the doctor was extremely fast giving her her vaccinations. While we were there a family came in with a cat that was in the final stages of life. The staff gave that family the utmost respect and priority. Sadly, the cat passed while they were there. I went to this vet on the recommendation of a friend; I'm glad I went.
