The staff although friendly didn't pay attention to what I told them and originally tried charging me for medication that I told them I didn't want. I had my cat put down because I was tired of it suffering and being told to give it this medicine or something else and it not getting any better. For over 8 months my cat was suffering from stones and had blood in his urine. My wife and I spent over $3.000 between 3 vet offices and still the same results. We loved our cat, but couldn't afford to keep spending money on medication and special food for him and he wasn't getting any better!

Took my two month old multipoo, Joy to see Dr Henwood for her first official checkup. Joy only weighs 1 1/2 lbs and is a little spit fire. The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. Love this place. Thanks Advanced Animal Care.

Honest, transparent and willing to work with all situations. I saw it in person (about other clients, not me. Really care more about the critters that their owners lol). Good ppl who truly care for the patients! Got my old man up to snuff again in no time flat!

The staff are always kind, compassionate and ready to see a sick or suffering pet when needed. We love them all. We feel fortunate to have them in our area.

Called them on a Saturday afternoon and they got my lil Buddy in Sunday afternoon. My other half took him and was very impressed with the care he received. We will definitely use them again.

My cat was very ill and needed to be put down, cancer. They said I wasn't a client so they wouldn't do it.

We absolutely love Advanced Animal Care! Our dog and cat have been seen here for the last 2 years and Dr. Cartwright has been amazing every time we’ve come in. Recently our beloved cat passed away and the ladies here made every step of saying goodbye easier and our little buddy was handled with the upmost care and compassion. Getting the sympathy card today in the mail just solidified how wonderfully caring everyone here is. 100/100 ❤️

I'd highly recommend them to everyone that needs any type of animal care. Their kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient.

I love that this pet hospital keeps irregular hours. Many vet's offices will see your pet on a Sunday for a substantial fee, but Advanced Animal care is open every Sunday. The staff was very friendly. My one small complaint is that I've had a hard time reaching the office on the phone. I reccomend showing up in person with your pet if you have an emergency during business hours!

First of all after reading other Reviews I noticed that what happened with the people at the front desk is what happened to me!!! They were rude and blamed their rude ignoring ways on me. They turned aroung the reasoning on me and said that I was rude about the emergency pet when in fact they ignored us as we had the appointment Wouldn't want to go back even if they were the last Vets on Earth!!! They tried to invalidate the reason that they ignored my dog and I when we had an appointment for more than a few weeks ahead of time. They proceeded to take an emergency over my elderly dogs appointment, but never said anything to me as I sat there wondering why we weren't being seen. They said they told me not to return for what I said to them about the emergency. They said that I said that I did not care about the emergency dog's care, When I actually said that my dog does matter and that I care that they did ignore my pet over the emergency as anyone would feel when they fully ignored us. I would have been more understanding if they would have informed me of the wait. I was very angry when they just blew us off and we sat there not knowing what was going on!!!

Was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Quicker than going to a human doctor too bad we all cannot switch!!!! Hahaha

Okay this place stay away from it I had a friend who brought his dog here and they said they couldn't do anything for him and they suggested to put him down when the damage due to his jaw or done to his job was actually quite fixable I give him the benefit of the doubt took my pet in there or was going to I put a deposit down they told me not to come in to call when I got there I called three times sat in the parking lot burnt gas up and they never return my call till later that evening several hours and said I missed my appointment so they took my deposit I didn't miss my appointment nobody answered their phone not a good place at all I wouldn't take a pet skunk there
