Pampered Pet Groomers are great! Stacey has been my fur babies groomer most of the time He hates being groomed but Stacey has gone above and beyond to earn his trust and love.

I came in for a splash and dash with my two dogs on Tuesday August 17th 2021. With splash and dashes in the past I have been told that I don't need to make an appointment and to just walk in. This is how things have been handled for the last 2 years I have been a customer at this establishment. The young lady working the front desk was very short and rude to my husband and I. She was insistent that I needed to call before I come and was extremely short with us. Once everything was said and done, we went to pay for our transaction. She did not offer a receipt and while my husband was standing there waiting she looked at him and in a very curt tone said "can I help you?" To which he responded that he would like his receipt. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at him. I have never been treated this way in the past and was extremely disappointed in the customer service she provided. Everyone else was great, even the groomer apologized for the front desk actions.

They do a great job here. They book hourly appointments so your dog doesn’t have to sit in a crate and wait for their turn. All of their groomers are very talented and kind, and it’s a fun place to visit because they have a little shop :)

They did an awesome job trimming my pup's nails (they're black and hard to trim) and his groom was great too. Very nice people. Would come again!

After having a terrible experience at another groomer in town I decided to give pampered pet a shot. I called them and told them my concerns and my needs. They were so patient and listened. I ended up scheduling my puppy an appointment with Alex. Alex did such a phenomenal job! She made him look just like the photo I showed her. My Diego looked like such a handsome little dude prancing around with his fresh cut. I was so pleased. My husband was also very happy with how Diego was groomed, so much so that he wants me to take our other dog to pampered pet for grooming too.

Just for disclosure I did email pampered pet about my issue. In short, it was my third little incident with them and I was more upset that they lied. My dog's nails did not get clipped not a big deal, but again it was the fact that they lied. I noticed when we got home his nails had not been done. When I phoned, I was informed he was skittish and they only got a couple nails clipped. They did not inform me of this when I picked him up and offer maybe a small discount or for me to bring it back another time. But the fact is, they lied... NONE of his nails were clipped. I have just decided I will be finding a new place to bring my boy.

For some reason my review didn't post so here it is again. This place looks all bougie and nice on first appearance, but its terrible. The front desk people have no idea what decent customer service is, and make no effort to be friendly. The stylist don't know. how to take direction. I went in there for a cut for my golden retriever, and the stylist decided that taking off some hair from my golden meant to shave her. Thats right, this incompetent stylist shaved my golden retriever. Enough said.

We have been going to this salon for over 4 years and for the most part they are pretty good. They have not gotten the grooming right every time but when they do it’s great. The last 4 appts I have made have had to be rescheduled due to double booking or I’ll staff. I get if someone is ill but double booking? This is very inconvenient for someone who works full time or for anyone especially when they are booked out so far. I’m told they are under staffed and can’t people to stay or find anyone to bring on. I’m sure there are reasons but I really don’t want to look for a new groomers.

The groomer Roxy is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Was in looking around and she was talking to one of the receptionists. This woman was extremely rude to the receptionist and had the worst attitude. The receptionist looked like she was going to cry. If a company lets an employee treat another like that while a customer is around, I can imagine what she says when there aren't any.

I have been bringing my daughter in law's puppy and a few days ago the receptionist in the front with the dark hair was pretty rude. While shopping around I heard her speaking condescendingly to the other receptionist. Really rubbed me the wrong way. Then she was again and again. I'm just disappointed seeing that from such a great salon .

If you want your dog to rot away in a tiny kennel while the staff ignores it for hours then this is your place. Got my dog back and it was horribly traumatized. Not to mention, their prices are unbelievable high. Take it anywhere else. It'll likely be better.

Hit and miss. Make sure to find who works best for you and keep requesting them.

Everyone is so friendly and they do such a great job. They won't let you in the store because of covid but are quick to meet you at the door when you arrive.

It took them 4 hours and my dog was still dirty!!! Not ok. Complaints to the Manager landed on deaf ears. So BBB here I come! Groomer was the redhead that other people were complaining about on here! She didn’t do a bad job because she did nothing! Now that Ive read the other bad reviews on here - the same thing happened! Shame on them! Total rip off!

We've had nothing but good experiences using Pampered Pet. Their prices are comparable to Pet Smart. They have a cute little boutique and nice clean facilities.

Good grooming. My dog looks like a dog star after he has been there. Lucas is our preferred groomer. My dog is not anxious when we walk in. I consider that to be a good sign.

I can't say enough great things about this place! Service is friendly and my dog always leaves happy and well groomed.

This place is an all around awesome spot to bring your dogs. What really amazed me, was how comfortable the staff made me feel with them handling my dogs. I brought my dogs to one other pet salon a couple years back and my experience was so bad, I didn't think I'd ever try another salon again. I decided to give Pampered Pet Salon a try and boy, was I amazed. I couldn't be more satisfied. My dog has very sensitive skin and surprisingly, they knew exactly how to deal with it, while grooming him at the same time. I'd recommend anyone looking for a pet salon to give these guys a shot. You won't turn back!! Great staff and awesome environment!! Thanks guy!!

Amazing selection of gifts for your fur babies you can purchase here! I'm in love with the llama purse, got a purse for my daughter with a horse on it. Tons of pretty leashes, outfits, home decor, high quality treats, shampoos, and so much more. Worth going in just for the products let alone the grooming.

THE GROOMER HURT MY DOG! He came back with a broken tail! AND they did a lousy job bathing him! Complained to the Manager after finding all this out at the Emergency Vet- she is terrible! Offered no resolution. Never even offered to return my money or pay my Emergency Vet bill! This place shouldn’t be allowed to stay open!!! DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!
