Really great place to adopt a new best friend!

I visited Carlsbad Kahoots on Saturday, July 24th, around 1 pm and Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary hosted an in-store adoption event. When my dog and I walked next to their table, one lady yelled at us and said: "your dog is scaring our cat. Go away!" My dog is a 14-year-old rescue and lost her balance a few months ago. She has trouble walking and can not walk very fast. The lady continued to give us dirty looks and stared at us the whole time we were in the store. I am outraged by how she treated my dog, and her behavior was very disrespectful. I am a dark skin person with a black dog, and I wonder if this lady (white) will act differently when a white person with a white dog walks nearby. You should teach your employees how to respect both people and animals. I also post a complain on its Instagram; however, it gets scared and blocked me. What a rude company!

i have been there a few times and the pets are always taken care of. such cute ones. dogs and cats. i recommend them to anyone looking to help pets or adopt one.

I made him a ramp for the back porch so he can go into a private yard in the daytime. He can not see it very well but he knows where it is. I have never regretted adopting Wally. He is almost 13 now. The F.A.S.has some really cute dogs there. I just saw the most adorable weenie dog there yesterday. Go see..........Just remember, no one can be sure of their age unless they came from the original owner.

Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary truly cares about every animal that comes through their doors. You can see it. You can feel it. And Darcy is the best of the best. Heart of gold that one. Highly recommended FAS to anyone in San Diego county!

I do not understand why FAS does not have 5 stars. To me this is heaven in Fallbrook. By good value I mean they value the lives and care of animals no matter the cost. They feed the highest quality food. The volunteers are reliable and responsible. FAS is cleaned everyday. Laundry done everyday.

They work so hard to rescue animals and place them in homes. They are a no kill network. Please help them help fur babies. Make Donations to; fallbrookanimalsanctuary.org we love our rescue fur baby we found with them.

I hadn't been here in a few years and tried to adopt a senior or disabled dog to buddy with my small dog that was just diagnosed with degenerative knee problems. Their shelter is totally closed due to Covid and the adoption fee seems to have skyrocketed, website said something like $300. I don't mind spring the great work rescue shelters do, but that seems a bit steep! Especially considered with other shelters. We have decided to try County animal services as the poor dogs picked up off the streets etc seem much more in need.

The people there really care about the well being of every animal, love it!

Wow!!!These Animals are in.a 5 Star Facility. While looking for a lost precious dog,I was blessed to see the place.
