Sudie is our skittish diva. But she was so happy after her visit. The vet and vet assistant were very professional, friendly and wonderful with Sudie, even though she’s a squirmy girl. I know that when the Signature Veterinary team comes to our home, our pups will be in good hands.

I couldn't possibly recommend Dr. Fontana and her team highly enough—the exceptional quality of the care they provide to to their patients, the convenience of their mobile service, and the professionalism of their work is just second to none. We needed a health certificate for our dog when we moved to Hawaii, which is a pretty intense process, but Dr. Fontana and her team made it feel so easy and straightforward. They guided us through all of the required documentation and steps we needed to take, and answered all of our questions, making us feel at ease and ultimately ensuring a successful move for our family. It was also super convenient to be able to chat with Dr. Fontana ahead of the health certificate checkup over their mobile app to make sure that we had all of our ducks in a row During the health certificate checkup, it was amazing to have the team come to us and not have to bring our anxiety-prone rescue dog to an unfamiliar place. Dr. Fontana and her team made Biscuit feel so comfortable during his time with them, and the whole process was very efficient despite bing super thorough and comprehensive. We felt like we were in the best hands the whole time. SVS is great for any pet, but particularly wonderful for pets who struggle with anxiety around new people or during vet visits. The whole team is so caring and kind, and great at providing a fear-free experience for the pets in their care. They'll always be out favorite vet in San Diego! Thanks for everything!

What could be more convenient than having a veterinarian along with a fully equipped exam room come to your door? I'm sold!

I have had both the Vet Dr. Simone and Cat the vet tech to my home on several occasions for my elderly kitty Dixie Chick. I love both of them they are kind, caring, professional and reasonable for a mobile vet. They do not try to upsell and respect the opinion of the parent of the fur baby! What is even more impressive is my kitty has to have her BP checked every month or so and "they" offered for me to have Cat (vet tech) come out instead of Dr. to save money since I am on a fixed income. Who does that? No vet I have ever found. Integrity all day long! I couldn't be happier!!! Thanks Team Dr. Simone and Cat.! You are the best!

I just can’t say enough about this group! We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 15 year old Pittie recently and no one in our area (murrieta) was doing mobile services. Obviously it was a sad situation, but was made so much easier by everyone. I just know they went above and beyond in helping us out, especially now when vet services are so busy.

They treated my elderly mom with the utmost respect. They didn't trick her into extra cost. She is definitely staying with them.

My dog recieved exceptional care. The doctor and her assistant were so gentle and kind with my senior dog. Amazing service.

Signature vet I will never have Signature Vet treat my dog again. Nothing against the rest of the staff—but I regret letting Stacy Baumann treat my dog even once. If you’re looking for all the paperwork to get done and for all the loops to get closed; great. But she’s not going to get down on the ground and acknowledge your pet when you bring him or her out to meet her. Not like the vet tech, who appears to be more in tune with animals. She was too busy pointing out to us that there was a five day discrepancy in my dog’s birthdate between two pieces of paperwork. And that my dog had a burr in her paw—“has it been in there since you relocated from out of state?” She was also noticeably displeased because our last vet hadn’t forwarded our dog’s records over yet. It was Monday. She had contacted our vet Friday. She put our past vet in a negative light for this while repetitively pushing for us to call her on the spot. The worst part—She spent an excessive amount of time grandstanding and talking at our door. In the meantime she had my dog in custody. It’s Covid. My dog gets separation anxiety. Do your job then give her back to me! If you care about having a vet that is kind, intuitive, and just good with animals, I personally do NOT recommend this practitioner.

I was as pleased as could be! delightful, professional, efficient, good listeners, very attune to my old dog's emotional and physical needs.

I emailed Signature Veterinary Services regarding my older beagle and my great pyranese . They responsed quickly stating they will come to my area and provide my beagle with a full senior exam and work on my concerns regarding my pyranese puppy. They ordered the records from the previous vet and they were well prepared, very profesional, and very loving to our dogs. Our other dogs who did not have an appointment came around to meet them and it was an immediate connection. We will follow up with their treatment plan and recommedntations and schedule the other pets as time permits. Overall excellent service.

Dr. Fontana is dedicated to her profession and is incredibly generous in helping people with their pets.

Wonderful experience with Laura and the team at Signature Veterinary Services. They are very sweet and gentle with my dogs and genuinely care about their well being. I highly recommend their services!

I used their mobile clinic recently and the Veterinarian and Tech were awesome. Both took the time to explain everything from what they would like to check to how the check went. They took such great care of my dog that's 10yo. As soon as they got lab work results they called we right away to let me know the results. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr.Laura & staff are very professional & pleasant to deal with.Also very gentle&caring to my fury family.I would recommend them,they are always on time & very organized w/thier record keeping.They we're most compassionate when i lost two of my pets,they went the extra mile for my 2 cats,providing humane care with great understanding of what they meant to us.Gave us time to grieve our loss w/our pets & remembered to send us a sympathy card w/hair & whisker's as requested.It meant the world to me,We will never forget it.Thx.Dr Laura&family!???????????? Signature Veterinary Services was great in helping us through a difficult time of putting our cat down. Danielle and Stacy came to our home and were knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. I hate that I even have to right this review. My heart is still breaking, and I am still in a miserable place of grief over my boy, but I have all wonderful things to say about SVS. I had my amazing boy just over 15 years. He was my pup, and I was his human. In our big family, he and I were pretty inseparable. I promised him as he became so senior and started having such bad hip problems and such severe back arthritis that as long as he was happy and enjoying life, we would give him everything, but I would never let my baby suffer. After all he has given me, and all he has seen me through over the years, I will be there for him and strong for him when he needs me to. His last year and half he had to be on injections and rimadyl to be comfortable. But, he was happy and we went on our daily walks, etc. fast forward, and I believe possibly acute liver failure or worse he had been hiding cancer and it hit hard. He just within a day lost the light in his eyes, had a fever, was shaking and trembling uncontrollably, was in racking pain, and couldn’t even rest. His misery was unbearable. I didn’t want my baby to have to pass anywhere but with us in our home. Our regular vet doesn’t come to your house. I was a wreck and distraught. My friend mentioned they saw this posted on our neighborhood page. They communicated with me via email to make the appointment, were kind, and came out the day of. A bit late, but it’s ok. It gave me an extra half hour with my love. I wish I had years with him left. I miss him so bad. Dr. Laura was absolutely wonderful, patient, kind, understanding, and didn’t rush us in our grief. She let me say bye as I needed to, and was caring with our kids and our other dog. We are so thankful for her and will use them again for sure for regular care for our Shepherd. I wish we had met them through better circumstances, but I am so thankful they were there when we needed them most. Their prices are more than competitive, and very important for us, they come on base!!! Thank you, so much for all you gave us and our boy! Thank you for being there when he needed you and we needed you. As much as I am dying without him, I know he couldn’t keep going. Thank you for being so wonderful and offering this mobile service at competitive prices.

This team is wonderful, and so caring. Our pets are like our children, only they aren't able to tell us how they feel, or what hurts, or what they need. They were able to fit us into the schedule when our nearly 11 year old Great Dane was unable to get into the car, and time was an important factor. They were very timely, thorough, and extremely caring. Plus, the total cost was very reasonable. If you are considering a mobile veterinarian for any reason, please give Signature a call, I am confident you will not regret it. Also, I feel the cost of hiring them, as opposed to taking your pet into a veterinary office, was fair. A wonderful, local business who loves and cares for our pets at a fair price AND can fit into our crazy California schedules.
