Do not, and I'm talking never, purchase a dog from this woman. You'll start with a $2500 vet bill because the puppy will be sick. Keeping them in the same cages only spreads disease, and yet as a 'breeder', she doesn't know better. Never purchase from her.

Beware. They lied to me from beginning by saying they would bring two dogs, no they brought 1 dog with long tail. Then the 1 lady tried to charge me for the baby shot. Now my dog is a year old and I have never ever received the AKC papers saying she is purebred. If u just want a dog, ok. Totally took advantage of me being a senior citizen. $2,000 for a dog. Oh yea they also said it wouldn’t be over 5 lbs...another lie. Seriously thinking of going to DA to file fraud charges as promised papers and never received. FRAUDS Donna Terrado

We bought a "tiny maltipoo" for $3,000.00 They promised us she would be no more than 5lbs and it is now 12lbs. I just feel taken advantage of.

I got 3 dogs from Kari. 2 for our home, and 1 for my nephew. I called her the day before and told her exactly what I wanted and why I was getting the dogs. My daughter was just released from the hospital with a life threatening condition, and I wanted a little "teacup" for my daughter who was gravely ill. Kari knew this. I went the next day and picked them up. 2 boys and a girl. I was told all 3 were shihpoos and they would be about 5lbs. Tgey are 5 months old now and one of my boys is already 30lbs and expected to be 40+, the other 2 are about 20lbs expected to be 30lbs. They are healthy now but they all got a severe cough right after I got them. I also did a DNA test, and they are poodle, pitbull, Doberman and a bunch of other breeds. They don't even have shih tzu in them. We were not given any paper work or a receipt. She doesn't answer my messages but I have all our previous conversations saved. So be careful. She's not honest.

Was disappointed when I picked up the puppy that all I received was a hand written receipt . No vet paperwork only a picture of a calendar with a sticker that showed the first shots. I expected more of a professional transaction based on the amount I paid for the puppy.

I picked up my Olivia, my baby girl about five years ago. My sister went to Fairfield with me. Kari greeted us went over Olivias paperwork and she gave me her food kit with instructions. Then I met Oli. We went back to San Jose and I made an appt wit the vet. He checked her out, dew claws, docked tail, scanned her chip. She weighed 3 lbs. “estimate “ weight full grown 7 lbs. Took fecal for testing. She was and is perfect to this day. I get her groomed and she is cut down very short because she is out side rolling in the grass and dirt all day! She chases squirrels and she’s tore up a few! Dear God what happened to my little delicate doggie? Olivia chases possums. She weighs 10 lbs eats everything. I know that’s not good. I’m not blaming Kari. She wore a bow for about a week and now she will not have it. When I try to kiss her she turns her snobby head. She only gets affection when she wants it! She yips until she gets what she wants. She does have hip problems and I was warned about Yorkies eventually having this problem. She used to jump off my sofa and bed. No more! After all this, I am so happy with Olivia and Tiny Yorkie Kisses that I got Cassandra! She was not cheap but I wanted a smaller Yorkie. Now she was a different story! Picked her up and noticed her coughing off and on I took her to the vet she had Kennel cough. She got her treatment regimen and I called Kari. She apologized and told me to continue taking her to the vet and then send her the bill. Cassandra went to the vet about five times and the bill not small. Sent Kari the bill and she reimbursed me the full amount $$$$$. Cassandras complete different personality than Olivia. She follows me all day, my constant companion. she’s my prissy and weighs only 4 lbs. That’s what the description said it would be and she is. I love Tiny Yorkie Kisses they did everything they said and backed up their word for my girls. And I would go back again.

ZERO STARS. My yorkie is 15lbs and growing. I was promised 6lbs max. Furthermore i don’t believe he is even a purebred yorkie. His coloring, height and freckles skin show he is mixed with something else. After fighting and asking i finally received papers on him that are clearly not for this dog. He is a parti but doesn’t show a single parti in his extended pedigree. Additionally the breeder listed on his papers is someone I’ve never heard of, not Kari. He also came home with giardia, kennel cough and now we just found out he has papilloma virus. He seems to have an extremely sensitive trachea for his young age - which is what caused the death of my last yorkie when she was 14. She had a trachea collapse. It appears he will have the same issues but very early on. I don’t expect him to live to an old age that yorkie should. I messaged Kari to tell her of these issues and find out about the health guarantee and she never responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BREEDER.

I purchased a parti yorkie suggested weight to be under 5 lbs. Ginger is huge and I’m sorry she does not look anything like a yorkie parti or otherwise. She still has her claws. seems to be healthy. She is 6 months old and I will keep her and love her but not what I though I was purchasing. Disappointed to say the lest. She did not show me the 2 I saw on website, Said they were sick. I traveled 3.5 hours seems like she should have told me that when I called her that morning DeAnna Nevada

I would give them no stars if I could. Kari the owner does not treat the puppies with care as stated on her website. I went to see the puppies and it looks like she kept them all in a car port until someone wanted to view them. She had 8 small cages in one room with at least 3 to 4 puppies in each cage. The price for my puppy on her website said $800. When she left the room to pick up his folder, which took her a bit long, she showed it to me and had erased the $800 price and wrote in $900. She looked like she was on drugs. I took my puppy and as soon as I placed him in my car he started hacking. I dont know this was how puppies coughed. I took him to the vet that Monday and the vet heard the same thing. The vet gave him antibiotics and some cough meds as a precaution. As soon as he was finished with his antibiotics he immediately got sick. He was vomiting, had bad diarrhea and continued hacking. He didnt want to eat and he just looked so sad. I rushed him to SPEC and he was assessed to he in critical condition. The xray revealed that he had pneumonia and his lungs were completely black. He had to stay at SPEC in an oxygen tent. The next day I had to transport him to my vet and again after observation he was placed in another oxygen tent. Luckily, my pet survived the ordeal. $3,000 later. I called and texted Kari with no response. It took me sending them a demand letter letting them know that I would sue them if they didn't cover the medical cost for someone to respond. It wasnt Kari who contacted me but her neice. I finally, was reimbursed for all the vet costs 3 months later. I do not recommend anyone purchasing puppies from her and she should be shut down. It is not fair for those puppies to be suffering.

We bought 3 puppies fro Kari, one for myself, one foe my neighbor, and one for my mother. All three dogs had parasites and were very ill for the first few months. Between all 3 dogs the vet bills were over $1500. She did end up taking the puppy my neighbor got and returned the money but she never paid m back for the vet bills for the dog she got back and sold to someone else. The health guarantee is complete BS. My dog was at the vet the very same night I got her. She was vomiting and had diarrhea so bad it scared me and I thought she was going to die. There is no possible way that she didn't know she was selling sick dogs. They didn't get parasites on the car ride home. Kari no longer responds to my texts or calls but I save all my messaging between us and I'm going to take her to court. I wish I had taken the bad reviews more seriously. I thought it was possible the bad reviews were just people you can't please. I was wrong. My mom's puppy is huge. It said in the ad that he'd be around 6 lbs. He's over 20lbs. My puppy is 10lbs and it said in the ad she'd be around 5.5 lbs. Make sure you get everything in writing on approximate size and vet payments if the puppy you get is sick. Personally, I'd stay away from her completely. Ask if you can see the parents. She gets her puppies from a puppy mill, so there are no parents to be seen.

Do not buy a puppy from Kari mine was sold to me with distemper she died within 5 days got vet. Certificate she did not return money or offer another just stopped answering phone took my babies to vet the next day she gave me phoney papers I paid 3400 hundred dollars for 2 pups saved 1 the spca, wants her bad everyone turn her in I would have taken her to court but an 69 years and have lung disease she will get hers it's called karma I have found a breeder that is wonderful. Please do not buy from this crooked greedy woman the law is just waiting to get her

I tried to purchase probably a 5000 dollar yorkie from her and every time I tried to get a update or anything from her she would say not yet I will today so she’s totally missing out on my business because of being so unprofessional

This woman “Kari” has questionable Bussiness practices. I was going to buy a puppy from her and got a run around for two days! It was as if she didn’t have a puppy to sell! Please take your Bussiness elsewhere.

I purchased a puppy from the vacaville home which is affiliated with this site also! I purchased a male yorkie born Dec2016 and going to weigh 5lb as adult! Purchase date march 17 2017! I took him to my vet in winters ca on march 20 2017! He weigh2 and hlf pounds! The vet gave him a good check up! The vet also said this puppy looks very good! 2 teeth out of a line but not to worry right now! All of the paperwork was given to me except rabies certificate! But jo whom I purchased the puppy from said she has mailed it! So I can't give this business a bad review unless I have reason? Now as of June2017 my male yorkie is6Mon and weighs over7lb! So I can say this site doesn't tell the truth! They just put a price on these pups and sell them! Nothing is real except I might believe the Fairfield lady is giving some shots! The paperwork under Beverly fox is bogus! This Beverly fox has been citited in her state for bad dog care! So I would do my research before purchasing from this site! So far my puppy has double teeth which can't be known ahead of sale! He does have some issue going on inside but seems to be healthy! He is beautiful! I wanted a very small dog and I thought for over a thousand dollars and no real paperwork to speak of at least sale me a small dog but really they just put the price on the the age! Some ppuppies might b only4 to5lb as adult but I sure didn't get that!

Hi I have bought two healthy beautiful yorkies from this lady ...One six years ago and one just a few days ago..all shot records was there..the paperwork for the yorkies to register is there..the tails are docked and they are declawed.. I will definitely refer her. To someone..the puppies are cleaned and well taken care of..and my doctor gave a good clear bill of health for my puppy..plus he recommended for the puppy to get rabies shots when they are 4 months cause my puppy is so little. I also asked about weight he said if you have her on a proper diet...she will stay small.. but it's also not a guarantee on the size of the puppy it's a estimated guess.

I went to purchase a puppy there and when i purchased my baby and i got home I realized that the folder she gave me did not have his papers in it. I called her the next day and she said she would get them to me. Its been almost a year and nothing. Also the ad stated that he was to get no more than 5 pounds and he is 8 lbs and slender. It stated in the ad that he had a chip and dewclaws removed. He has no chip and still has all of his dewclaws. After arguing with her I got a statement from the vet and then she said that she would pay for them to be removed and to have the chip inplanted in him. We could not removed his front dewclaws but was able to remove the back. She has never paid for any of it. She now does not answer my calls or texts as I am requesting my money back and no way will I return him. But she has alot of false advertising!!!! Beware people. She is a puppy mill!!! No papers......no chip.... has dewclaws..... and he is not a TEACUP!!! Buyer Beware. The reason I have waited so long is I was really hoping that she would come thru with her word.. But she has not.. And she has not responded to me for 10 months

Terrible. I called to today ready to buy one of her Morkie Mix pups. Not professional, She didn't even answer the phone stating the name of the business. Just said, "sorry i'm not available today". Not. "can I get your email or information so I can call you back or make an appointment?" She just lost out on $1000.00 by being so unprofessional.
